Job Responsibilities
You will take design lead and be responsible for the electrics in our projects and products regarding electrification in such as Battery Electric Vehicle. It means close cross functional collaboration with other areas such as mechanical design, production, market and purchasing. As an electrical designer at Customized Truck Development, you need to analyse customer requests and brake them down into actions. Usually, this means defining and reusing electric parts and cable harnesses from the existing Scania modular system and/or writing hardware specifications, designing new circuit diagrams, cable harnesses, cable routings, and mounting instructions. You’ll verify the design during test assembly together with production. Perform functionality and hardware test by yourself or with the support from our testing departments initiated by you.
Who You Are
You prefer to be a generalist rather than a specialist and enjoy having several ongoing tasks with short lead times. You need to have high stress tolerance and high work capability. You are sociable and a team player but also capable of working independently and taking the initiative. You’re not afraid to break new ground, doing mistakes and learn from them. You can organize and plan both for your own and others’ deliveries. You are a team player with leadership skills.
· You have an academic education at university level (Bachelor or Master) within electrical, mechatronic, or automotive engineering.
· You have experience in 3D-modeling, preferably in CatiaV5.
· You have experience in 2D-modeling, preferably in Saber ESD or Capital.
· You have working experience of 2 to 5 years in product development.
· Work experience from the automotive industry as a design engineer or from a relevant cross-functional area.
· Professional fluency in English is required, fluency in Swedish is beneficial.

Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced IT Controller to take ownership of financial steering, planning, and governance across the R&D IT function. In this key role, you will act as a strategic partner to IT leadership, ensuring strong financial control, transparency, and structure in a complex international environment. Role Summary
This senior leadership role sits within TRATON Group’s Group Product Management (GPM) organization and reports directly to the Head of GPM. Based in Södertälje, Sweden, you will operate at the center of TRATON’s product strategy agenda, with direct exposure to executive decision-making and group-wide priorities.
As Head of GPM Business Development & Strategy, you serve as a strategic integrator and execution partner, translating direction into coordinated action across brands, functions and regions. Role and responsibilities
You will be the voice of our customers. You will communicate daily with distributors and customers globally. By receiving, understanding and prioritizing deviations you will prepare field quality items for further processing within Scania. Travelling to site will sometimes be necessary to fully understand complex deviations, approximately twenty days per year. Our field quality team consists of five employees and a manager. You will have your own area of expertise and together our team are the inlet for all deviations concerning Power Solutions.

As a Software Support Engineer, you play an important role in ensuring that our prototype buses run the right software configuration throughout their development lifecycle.

Role Summary
The Test Cell Operation ePropulsion & Drivetrain group is responsible for providing powertrain development teams with testing capacity, including test rigs and personnel. The group owns and operates approximately 30 test rigs used to verify gearboxes, propeller shafts, electric and conventional rear axles, inverters, and electric machines, among other components.
We as a group have a great team spirit, and we always help each other to succeed in our deliveries.
In recent years, many of the test rigs have been rebuilt to meet the testing needs of electrified test objects. We are now continuing to develop the test field with more inverter testing and an increased focus on ensuring the quality of the measurement data we produce.

The thermal management system has a central and important role in the future of sustainable transport.
As the world moves toward an electrified future, the thermal management system that allows the electronics and batteries to operate at optimal temperatures becomes increasingly important. It improves performance, range, and charging capability in a cost- and weight-sensitive environment.
For an electrified truck, the thermal management system controls the temperature of the power electronics used for the truck’s electrical systems. It manages battery temperature, the driver’s cab climate, the electric powertrain, and many other subsystems.
This role is part of TRATON Group R&D, located in Södertälje, Sweden.
Job Responsibilities
Your assignment will be to take responsibility for one or several installations, optimizing the routing that brings coolant to the batteries, charging unit, electrical powertrain, and related systems. You will follow the parts in the routing installation through their development stages, from concept to industrialisation.
You will have the support of highly skilled and experienced colleagues throughout the organisation, both within your own team and across functions within TRATON.
Examples of responsibilities include developing the part, setting the part time plan, and aligning interfaces with other design teams (batteries, charging, electrical powertrain, etc.). Your tasks
Responsibilities of the (Senior) Export Control Manager will include leading the work of the Export Control and Trade Compliance experts in the local GR&D entities, moreover, include the further development, management and execution of the Group R&D export and import compliance program, while significantly contributing to ongoing operational tasks.


In your role, you will have the opportunity to:
Lead a team of Export Control leads in the R&D entities (in Germany, USA, Brazil), individually contributing to operational elements of customs and export controls
Implement – in alignment with TRATON SE Export Control – Governance needs for Export Control to Group R&D
Develop, improve and execute all aspects of a compliance program (policy), including locally applying procedures, process design, classification works, periodic self-assessment in strong alignment with the brands and the cross-functions

Ensure that the internal R&D classification team and the operating companies are compliant with domestic and foreign export and import requirements
Work collaboratively with R&D business and all other stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure the implementation of effective internal controls into their procedures and work instructions, to maximize business opportunities and minimize risks
Act as a business partner to enable R&D leaders to take strategic and operational decisions e.g. on collaboration with external parties and in different countries (e.g., China, Brazil, India)
Be the Go-To-Person for R&D, business and brands in all questions related to export controls and trade compliance
Establish and conduct training programs to ensure understanding of Export Control and Trade Compliance
Review, respond to, and escalate as necessary all government inquiries
Manage internal and external audits related to Export Control and compile requested reports
Maintain robust interaction with authorities to facilitate technology transfer projects

Your qualification/ minimum requirements
Bachelor’ or master’s degree in law, import/export business administration or equal qualifications
Minimum 5 years working experience with Export Control, Trade Compliance, import/export administration, preferably with management experience is a plus
Knowledge: Swedish, EU and US export control laws and regulations; EU and US Customs classification, valuation, country origin rules and regulations
Team player: able to work both individually and in collaborative, cross-functional team environment with counterparts across the world
Business minded: positive, self-motivated personality with strong verbal communication skills, high accuracy and attention to detail

About the Role
This role is a part of TRATON Group R&D, located in Södertälje, Sweden.
As a Business Change Manager, you will play a central role in our Business Change Management function within CAD/vPDM – a department of around 150 people developing and maintaining CAD and PLM systems for vehicle development and production, supporting over 13,000 users globally.
The role combines operational Business change management for system releases with strategic work to strengthen our ability to plan, communicate, and execute changes in a global and complex organization. To be clear, for this role you do NOT need to be a CAD expert.

This Is Us

The Export & Trade Finance department belongs to the Scania Financial Services organization within TRATON Financial Services AB. Export & Trade Finance is a competence center for special finance and trade finance within the Scania Group. The term special finance is used for a wide range of financial structures with a high grade of complexity, such as project finance and structured export finance.

We work cross-functionally with the Scania sales organization around the globe and together with banks and credit insurers as well as development banks, multilateral organizations and private funds. The team today consists of five colleagues and is based in Södertälje, Sweden, but we are open for a discussion about working remotely if you are located outside of Sweden.


Role Summary

In this role, you will take ownership of Scania’s trade finance activities, with a particular focus on structuring and executing bank guarantees and structuring letters of credit. You will play a key part in driving and developing the trade finance business, ensuring that our solutions support Scania’s global operations and customer needs in a professional and value-adding way. Working closely with internal stakeholders across sales, finance, legal, and treasury, you will structure and execute trade finance deals that balance commercial opportunities with sound risk management.

Beyond day-to-day operations, you will also contribute to strategic development by participating in group-wide initiatives, including monitoring and contributing to the trade finance policy and multi- bank trade finance system development. The role offers the opportunity to broaden your scope over time as we continue to strengthen our global financial solutions offering.


Job Requirements

With a relevant academic background, you are a skilled and business-minded trade finance professional with 5+ years experience. You:

have a strong understanding of bank guarantees and letters of credit
have a genuine interest in developing effective financial solutions that support international business, also in challenging markets
enjoy combining analytical thinking with a hands-on approach, taking ownership of your areas and driving improvements with both structure and initiative
are comfortable navigating complex transactions and can communicate confidently with customers, banks and internal stakeholders alike
collaborate naturally and thrive in an environment where teamwork, curiosity, and continuous learning are valued
have excellent proficiency in business English, both spoken and written, and knowledge of French is considered an advantage
see the bigger picture, connect details to strategy, and are motivated by contributing to a business that is evolving globally
have an interest in expanding your expertise into export and project finance, as we encourage learning and growth within our team.
