Position Overview:

Role Objectives
Develop a functional concept to showcase cross-regional capabilities within SAP BTP, using a selected subset of integration scenarios.

Required Qualifications
12+ years of experience in SAP integration work, with at least 6 years hands-on experience in SAP Cloud Integration.
Strong knowledge of SAP API Management.
Experience in setting up custom domains within the SAP BTP landscape.
Deep understanding of integration security, including:
Inbound and outbound connectivity within SAP CPI
Client certificate authentication
Principal propagation mechanisms

Preferred Skills
Experience integrating SAP Cloud Integration with tools like Apache Kafka.
Familiarity with additional BTP services such as:

You will be part of the “Functional safety and system requirements team” and work closely with 15 other skilled and passionate engineers in a global agile team.
Assignment
You will work with functional safety artifacts such as HARA, safety goals, fault tree analysis, functional safety concept, breaking down and write requirements on system level. The work is characterized by networking and collaboration with other competences within our organization such as safety manager, system architects, software developers and test developers but also with other development departments for both software and hardware related topics. You will perform own deliveries as well as supporting the organization with your competence in functional safety and requirement topics.
Your profile

As a development engineer in our unit, you will work with varying tasks related to embedded system development for propulsion related functions, such as:
Function development in embedded systems with programming in C and Matlab/Simulink.
Development of propulsion and brake torque distribution, accelerator pedal functions for optimizing drivability, speed control functionality and auxiliary brake torque control.
Verification of developed functionality in software-in-the-loop (SIL)- and vehicle- environments.

Who you are
We believe you are a driven and curious engineer with an interest in mechatronics and embedded systems. You share a strong interest for both state-of-the-art function development as well as hands-on vehicle testing. You hold a master´s degree in mechatronics, physics, mechanical engineering or equivalent field. The role requires experience in software development using C, Matlab and Simulink. The Software factory at Scania, including embedded development, is undergoing a large transformation right now, becoming more flow-oriented with the goal to be faster and with better quality! This affects how about 1000 employees are working with the development of Scania´s electrical and embedded systems.

Your future job
You will be part of the Android Infotainment domain team with creative colleagues and work in close cooperation with the rest of the Infotainment area but also other groups and sections within Embedded SW and Functions and globaly with colleages from around the globe.
We have several teams distributed globaly with members sitting in Ukraine, India, Germany, US etc. These teams are working within Infotainment apps, system frameworks, and more. You will join one of these teams. Examples of tasks:
· Leading a team which is developing Scania/Traton apps from scratch, using predefined SDKs or building user interface adhering to the company's design standards.
· Prioritize the work in one of the development teams.
· Defining the scope for the coming product increment and closest sprints.
· Ensure a updated and well prioritized backlog.
· Ensure cross functional communication.
· Taking part in daily scrum meetings.
· Help the team to ensure that we are taking the correct technical decisions.
As a person, you are a team player, unpretentious and transparent with your work, and are happy to share your knowledge with your colleagues. You are at your best when you have the opportunity to use your strong problem-solving skills, communication and creativity.
You have a B.Sc or M.Sc degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar. Strong experience in Android development, applications, or framework. You are used to working with tools like Git, JIRA, and Android Studio. Knowledge of AOSP with a focus on Automotive applications would be a great advantage.

Create the driver's new digital workplace!

Scania is now transforming from being a supplier of trucks, buses, and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions.

We are looking for a Test Framework developer to be part of one of the most interesting and challenging projects you will come across! In this very intense and interesting development phase, our goal is to create the driver's new digital workplace. 

Our team is implementing a test framework that is utilized for automated testing that will increase a team’s test speed and efficiency, test accuracy, minimize manual intervention, and increase test coverage. 

Your work assignments

In this role, you will get the opportunity to work on the big picture, and at the same time dive into details.

* Develop and maintain the platform in a flexible, yet stable manner, allowing Stakeholders from different domains to use the solution and be able to deploy it via continuous integration (CI)
* Develop a Test Execution Engine that communicates with various APIs from different systems, and hardware components, centralize and evaluate the results based on certain business logic
* Tools for generating detailed test reports, metrics, and insights to assess product quality
* Keep the code in a good form by using Design Patterns and/or SOLID principles
* Having a high interaction within our team as well as with our many users within the embedded software community at Scania
* Gain a broad understanding of most of Scania’s vehicle systems and functions

Your profile

You have good communication skills, are cooperative, and take responsibility for having a good test framework for our project. You are at your best with a high workload and use your strong problem-solving skills and creativity.

You most likely have a few years of experience as an Embedded Developer and have worked with test frameworks or platforms and relevant software tools. You are experienced in embedded programming with C# and Python. Experience in test automation, Android, and Linux, knowledge about OOP, and ability to handle multithreading/multiprocessing programming is required. Experience with Vector tools, Squish, with Software Development Design Patterns, and .Net Desktop apps is an advantage.
