Due to our continued growth, we are now recruiting for an Application Engineer to be based at our customer site in Södertälje, Stockholm.
The role:
The scope is global so description, understanding and insights of the organization is vital to be able to have scaling and economy of scale.
Understand how the whole group’s constellation, organization, products, flows, processes, management systems regulations etc.
In order to have a global insight we are now building up an organizational Digital Twin that should “mirror” the actual organization in a digital system. The initial focus will be describing the operational business, e.g. business models, operational products.
Responsabilities:
The Main task is to build up one or several data pipelines and report visualizations to cater for the need.
The task will also require user friendly and adaptable experience, so the different user interact with different views. It will also require to set up integrations to other systems and enable the utilization of dashboards and reports (e.g. Power BI).
The solutions utilized will be according to good practice internally at TRATON / Scania (most likely be AWS , snowflake, and Microsoft’s Power BI ). Coding and database management will be according to the IT departments preferred way of working. Possibility to migrate and ingest data easily to other systems are also a must.
The consultant must also be willing to learn and utilize the process modelling tool ARIS.
Knowledge/skills:
Person that is outgoing and can have dialogue with stakeholders, take own initiative in how to improve functions and functionality. Have been in large scale organizations and can navigate such a situation. Is driven and focus on results and can deliver fast incremental results that can be built upon.
Experience working with front end, back end, data base and information/data management (e.g., full stack + UI and data base management with relationships).
