Background
The CAD/vPDM environment plays a critical role in vehicle design and product development, supporting a global user base of more than 13,000 people. New functions, improvements, and other changes are released through agile cycles, which makes structured business change management essential to ensure smooth adoption, high user satisfaction, and long-term value.
The current focus is on operational change management for ongoing and upcoming initiatives, while at the same time strengthening the strategic foundation by creating frameworks, models, and tools that can scale the organization’s change management capability.
Assignment Objectives
The consultant will support the transition toward a sustainable, strategic, and proactive approach to change management.
Key Contributions
Develop an overarching agile business change management strategy and framework for the CAD/vPDM environment.
Define KPIs and success metrics, including feedback loops for continuous improvement.
Produce a playbook with templates such as communication plans, stakeholder maps, and impact assessment guides.
Design onboarding and training concepts to build leadership and team capabilities.

Deliverables
A documented and approved business change management strategy and framework.
A rollout plan along with education and training material to support implementation.

Required Expertise
At least 5 years of proven experience in business change management within large, global organizations.
Solid background in defining KPIs and embedding change within agile delivery models.
Ability to develop practical tools, frameworks, and training programs.
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across cultures and roles.

Own and drive the product roadmap for PII and SPII

We are looking for a Mandarin speaking Assignment Manager within complete vehicle testing at a Technical Centre in Södertälje. Start is ASAP, 1 year contract to begin with.
The team manages a fleet of vehicles running in different types of tests, both internally and on public roads. Tests are carried out to detect deviations in hardware and software. When deviations occur, the responsibilities of this role include:
• Leading and coordinating the work in gathering relevant information regarding deviations.

Role Summary
The CSMS (Cybersecurity Management System) process architect is responsible for defining, developing, and maintaining the process landscape that enables the organization to meet regulatory (e.g. UNECE R155) and technical (ISO/SAE 21434) requirements for vehicle cybersecurity. Develop and maintain the CSMS process architecture

Who You Are
We believe that you are a systems thinker and a strong communicator with a passion for cybersecurity and regulatory excellence. You bring:
Background in system architecture, embedded systems development, or automotive cybersecurity.
Solid knowledge of ISO/SAE 21434, UN R155, GB/T 44495 or other Road Vehicles Cybersecurity Engineering and experience implementing management systems in a regulated
development context.
Excellent skills in stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination.
Experience in defining and auditing cybersecurity processes, ideally within a vehicle OEM or tier-1 supplier.
Familiarity with cybersecurity tools and methods (TARA, penetration testing, vulnerability management, requirements traceability).

Role summary

This role is a part of TRATON Group R&D, located in Södertälje, Sweden.

As the System Owner for the CBS Zone Controller, you will be the go-to technical authority for your system within TRATON Group R&D. The Platform Group is responsible for developing software for TRATON’s embedded mechatronic systems. We are currently looking for a development engineer to join our team, which today consists of 16 people. 

Job responsibilities  

As a developer, you will write drivers in C to hide the electronics in an embedded system. You will also program the system to interpret signals from the sensors and actuators found in a modern vehicle. 

Examples of work tasks include: 
* Controlling injection valves synchronized with engine position. 
* Managing communication between control units in a distributed system. 
* Measuring and diagnosing electrical input signals from sensors. 
* Functional testing with a debugger on the bench. 
* Handling interfaces towards simulation frameworks (Software in the loop). 


Who you are

You have a Master of Science in Computer Engineering or equivalent, with experience in writing software for real-time systems. The role requires solid knowledge of C programming for real-time systems. The processors we use have ARM architecture—experience with ARM processors is therefore especially valuable. You are proactive, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator.

En roll där du gör skillnad
Som Functional Safety Engineer får du en viktig roll i att forma hur vi arbetar med funktionell säkerhet i våra system. Du kommer att vara med och leda säkerhetsarbetet inom både förarstödssystem och kontrollsystem för autonom körning – med fokus på både längd- och sidledsstyrning. Job Responsibilities
As a FE S/W Architect in our platform team, you will:
Explore and analyze complex technical and business requirements, especially around structured product data and system integration, to shape robust, generic and scalable frontend solutions.
Drive end-to-end data communication strategies between frontend, backend APIs —ensuring type safety, efficient data handling, and seamless user experiences.

Role Summary
This role is a part of TRATON Group R&D, located in Södertälje, Sweden.
As an Assignment Manager, you will manage a portfolio of assignments, which all are at different stages in the process, where your responsibility will be to lead them individually to completion, which normally is introduction in production. The work is cross functional and you will have contact with R&D, assembly, machining, purchasing, after sales and with our TRATON colleagues in a regular assignment.

We’re looking for a seasoned SAP FICO Solution Architect to join our SAP Center of Excellence. This is a key role in our S/4HANA greenfield implementation — a once-in-a-generation transformation of Scania’s digital finance landscape.

What We’re Looking For
10+ years of SAP FICO experience, including 5+ years as a Solution Architect.
Proven track record in at least 2 full-cycle SAP implementations.
Hands-on experience with S/4HANA (greenfield preferred).
Strong understanding of integration points across SAP and non-SAP systems.
Deep knowledge of financial processes and technical configuration.
Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is a strong plus.
Familiarity with Central Finance, VIM, Blackline, SAC, and SAP Activate is advantageous.
Agile mindset and experience with tools like JIRA.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
SAP certifications are a plus.

Arbetsuppgifter och ansvar Som säkerhetssamordnare med inriktning mot informationssäkerhet blir du en nyckelperson i Telge Näts nyetablerade säkerhetsenhet. Enheten ansvarar för att samordna, stödja och följa upp säkerhetsarbetet inom hela bolaget. I rollen får du ett övergripande ansvar för att samordna, driva och vidareutveckla informationssäkerhetsarbetet strategiskt och operativt i nära samarbete med säkerhetschefen och andra nyckelpersoner i organisationen.

 

Eftersom rollen är ny kommer du att vara med och forma den tillsammans med oss, och vi ser gärna att du vill växa i takt med uppdraget. Du kommer bland annat arbeta med att utveckla styrdokument, ge stöd till ledningen, följa upp rutiner och planer, säkerställa efterlevnad av relevanta regelverk som NIS2, säkerhetsskyddslagen och GDPR, samt delta i kommunens informationssäkerhetsforum. Du ansvarar även för att följa upp status, hantera incidentrapportering, medverka vid revisioner och bidra till att stärka säkerhetskulturen, både genom samordning och genom utbildningsinsatser för att höja den interna kompetensen.

As a Test Engineer specializing in traction inverters and DC/DC converters, you will be responsible for developing and performing tests of the functionality and performance as well as analyzing the results. Rollen som systemförvaltare på omsorgskontoret är en tillsvidareanställning på heltid med arbetstid förlagd på kontorstid. Omsorgskontoret har cirka 1 700 anställda och du kommer att tillhöra enheten Välfärdsteknik på omsorgskontorets stab. Enheten har 12 medarbetare där 4 arbetar som systemförvaltare. Role Summary
The role involves driving the development and maintenance of the test automation framework, setting the test automation strategy and roadmap, and guiding the implementation of best practices. The person will collaborate closely with development teams and configuration management (CM) to ensure robust test infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. Continuous improvement, reporting, and mentoring are key parts of the role. The role also includes establishing guidelines for test design and various test types. The position requires that you are at office at least 3 days a week.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a scalable test automation framework including tools, architecture, and reporting capabilities
Define and execute the test automation strategy and roadmap
Collaborate with development teams and CM on test environment, CI/CD, and versioning
Establish best practices for test code, test design, and documentation
Provide training, mentoring, and follow-up on test quality and automation maturity

Who You Are
Proven and documented experience of at least 3 years in leading and implementing QA strategies as a key person, establishing test automation frameworks, and guiding test teams
At least 3 years of documented experience within Python with hands-on experience in scripting, automation, and working within test frameworks
Comprehensive testing background with a total of at least 5 years of experience, covering both manual and automated approaches across system and integration levels
Well-versed in BDD practices and tools like Selenium and Requests for effective API testing
Strong grasp of CI/CD workflows and experienced in defining test plans, authoring test cases, and shaping test strategies.


Familiar with agile ways of working and tools such as Jira, experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) is an advantage.
