Role Description
Contribute to the development and validation of advanced automotive systems in a safety-critical environment. You will plan and execute structured test analysis and test design, ensure full requirements traceability, and deliver defined work packages on time.
Responsibilities
Perform Test Analysis and Test Design for 100+ feature requirements.
Perform Test Analysis and Test Design for 50+ safety requirements.
Develop test cases for vehicle testing and simulation.
Execute tests, capture evidence, and report defects with clear prioritization.
Maintain end-to-end traceability from requirements to test results.
Collaborate with system, safety, and software engineers to align test scope and coverage.
Prepare test data, environments, and instrumentation for road, rig, and lab testing.
Document outcomes and provide concise status reporting and risk escalation.

Requirements
Expertise in at least two of the following:
Application of Functional Safety (ISO 26262) and/or SOTIF (ISO 21448).
Hands-on testing of functional safety requirements.
Test case development for vehicle and simulation-based testing.

Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Linux System Administrator with a strong focus on automation and system architecture to design, build, and maintain a GPU-accelerated Remote Desktop (VDI) platform. The environment supports pre- and post-processing of HPC workloads, such as simulations, visualization, and rendering, using Rocky Linux / RHEL with X11 and Xfce4.
Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and maintain the Linux-based GPU-enabled Remote Desktop infrastructure (DCV/EF/SLURM/X11/Xfce4).
Develop automation scripts and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) pipelines using Ansible.
Ensure security, scalability, performance, and reliability across all deployments.
Collaborate closely with HPC and infrastructure teams.

Proven experience as a Linux System Administrator, preferably with Rocky Linux or RHEL.

Our mission within Testing Enablement in Product development IT is to develop and deliver software solutions that are needed in Scania and TRATON R&D testing and test vehicle processes.?Our application suite is currently built with part legacy and part modern technologies, with the goal of moving to a new modern platform that enables delivery of adaptable, scalable, and secure solutions to our global users.  
Our current tech-stack is based on a Java back-end (legacy: EJB; new services: Spring Boot and Micronaut), Maven and Gradle for build automation, and a front-end that spans from JSF (legacy) to Angular (new services). In terms of Infrastructure, all older systems run on JBoss and Tomcat, but new development is increasingly cloud-native (AWS). GitLab is used for version control, and CI/CD-pipelines are also primarily managed through GitLab (Jenkins for some legacy).

Dokumenterad kunskap om fordonsbranschen, särskilt inom administration kopplad till verkstad, service, reservdelar eller bilförsäljning.
Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska i både tal och skrift.
Goda kunskaper i Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) samt vana att arbeta i andra relevanta stödsystem (ange gärna vilka).


Erfarenheterna inom ovanstående områden ska vara aktuella och inte äldre än 5 år

We are looking for a Mandarin speaking Assignment Manager within complete vehicle testing at a Technical Centre in Södertälje. Start is ASAP, 1 year contract to begin with.
The team manages a fleet of vehicles running in different types of tests, both internally and on public roads. Tests are carried out to detect deviations in hardware and software. When deviations occur, the responsibilities of this role include:
• Leading and coordinating the work in gathering relevant information regarding deviations.
• Engaging relevant stakeholders based on the collected information.
• Leading and coordinating root cause analyses and identifying short-term actions. This is especially critical for safety-related deviations and those directly affecting test execution.

Role Summary
The CSMS (Cybersecurity Management System) process architect is responsible for defining, developing, and maintaining the process landscape that enables the organization to meet regulatory (e.g. UNECE R155) and technical (ISO/SAE 21434) requirements for vehicle cybersecurity. This role ensures that cybersecurity is systematically integrated into the entire product lifecycle from concept, development, production, and operation to decommissioning.
The Process Architect acts as the key interface between governance, engineering, and compliance functions, ensuring that cybersecurity management processes are robust, auditable, and adaptable to evolving threats.

Develop and maintain the CSMS process architecture

Who You Are

Role summary

As the System Owner for the CBS Zone Controller, you will be the go-to technical authority for your system within TRATON Group R&D. Job responsibilities

As System Owner, you will own the system roadmap – define, drive, and secure the CBS Zone Controller’s development from concept to release. You will make strategic technical decisions and plan software release schedules, and you will also act as the primary point of contact for the ECU system across TRATON R&D and all brands.

Who you are

We believe you have: a solid experience in embedded systems development; Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in embedded systems, mechatronics, computer science, electronics – or equivalent experience; background in implementation, testing, or function development – and readiness to take the next step.

As a person, you are strong in communication, have great collaboration skills, are proactive, structured, and solution-oriented. You have experience working in agile environments and are fluent in English (written and spoken).

In addition to the above, experience with cross-brand collaboration in the automotive industry is appreciated. Familiarity with automotive ECU systems and zonal architectures is beneficial.

This role is a part of TRATON Group R&D, located in Södertälje, Sweden. 

The Platform Group is responsible for developing software for TRATON’s embedded mechatronic systems. Job responsibilities  

As a developer, you will write drivers in C to hide the electronics in an embedded system. You will also program the system to interpret signals from the sensors and actuators found in a modern vehicle. 

Examples of work tasks include: 
* Controlling injection valves synchronized with engine position. 
* Managing communication between control units in a distributed system. 
* Measuring and diagnosing electrical input signals from sensors. 
* Functional testing with a debugger on the bench. 
* Handling interfaces towards simulation frameworks (Software in the loop). 


Who you are

You have a Master of Science in Computer Engineering or equivalent, with experience in writing software for real-time systems. The role requires solid knowledge of C programming for real-time systems. The processors we use have ARM architecture—experience with ARM processors is therefore especially valuable. You are proactive, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator.

Role Summary
We are looking for a Cloud Developer to join our infrastructure team within the Connected Streaming Data area. Our team is responsible for the backend solution enabling extraction of vehicle data all the way to the cloud.
You will be part of shaping a robust, scalable, and cost-effective cloud platform that supports data-driven services across all TRATON brands.
In this role, you’ll work closely with skilled developers and engineers in a fast-paced environment focused on high performance, reliability, and innovation.


Job Responsibilities
Develop and maintain cloud-native services using Python and Go.
Design and manage scalable infrastructure on AWS, including Kubernetes (EKS) and Docker environments.
Build and operate CI/CD pipelines using GitLab for automated deployments.
Integrate with messaging systems like Kafka and work with databases such as Redis and DynamoDB.
Ensure high performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency in cloud infrastructure across all TRATN brands.



Who you are
You are a proficient software developer with strong coding skills in Python or Go.
You have solid experience with AWS services and are comfortable working with Kubernetes/EKS, Kafka, Docker and storage solutions.
You are a collaborative and communicative team player, with excellent English skills and a proactive mindset.
