· Monitor and manage security incidents

Who You Are

· Has a relevant university degree in IT and significant experience in network security
· Has at least 3 years of experience in IT security
· Has good knowledge of security standards and regulations
· Good communication skills and can absorb information fluently in both Swedish and English
· Is meticulous and organized with the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously and ensure their quality
· Has experience with projects related to information security, such as the implementation of ISO standards

The team responsible for IT deliveries within the Shared Powertrain IT team, have many ongoing and upcoming initiatives driven by new business models and Industry 4.0. This requires an IT Security Specialist that secures that our current and future IT landscape in our production units upholds a high standard when it comes to IT security. To secure the high load of IT demands, the IT delivery have both own IT development and managed service set ups.

Your role as a Data Protection Specialist
This role is the leading force behind Scania’s data protection, driving platform improvements from start to finish and securing service quality. Working with a technically large and multinational environment in a growing company. Your main responsibilities will include:

IT Security Specialist with focus Enterprise Anti-Virus Management 

To strengthen our ability to protect and fully utilize our capabilities we are looking for an Antivirus Specialist to join our team. The team currently consists of 11 highly dedicated specialists whose main responsibilities are; malware protection, SIEM, vulnerability management, penetration testing, forensic analysis, and security architecture. Your main responsibilities as Antivirus Specialist 


• Be responsible for the daily management of Scania’s worldwide enterprise anti-virus platform with roughly 50000 supported endpoints. 
• Work with endpoint management and compliance control, including exception handling.

• Handle support issues concerning anti-virus and give support in anti-virus-related questions towards the IT organization.

• Technical experience with a genuine interest in IT security. 
• Knowledge of network, client, and server technologies.
• Experience from antivirus management or enterprise environments is a plus, as is security experience from the Microsoft platform.

• Fluency in Swedish and English both oral as well written is required.

Self-driven knowledge building and a threat-detecting mindset are two important skills in this team. Job Description

You will be responsible for the technological architecture of Scania’s Data Protection, covering both Data Centers and Public Cloud providers. Working cross functional to assess the data protection needs of the business and securing a design that delivers high quality of service. This involves working with a broad range of task such as; analysis, strategy, design, business cases, implementation, configuration, and leading the operational service delivery through our Managed Service Partner. You are supported in this endeavour by technicians and SME’s from different areas, our IT architect, as well as through our cooperation with the other Volkswagen brands. Main Responsibilities as a Technical Responsible for Data Protection:

· Technical responsible and subject matter expert for Data Protection and Backup at Scania

· Drive development of Scania’s Data Protection technology, platform architecture and service delivery

· Cooperate closely with stakeholders and IT personnel, securing quality of service and alignment of improvements

· Creating, maintaining and executing our technical roadmap in line with IT strategy

· Secure timely lifecycle of systems and evaluating direct replacement versus new direction

· Continuously work with platform configuration, ensuring that data backup is performing properly

· Set the technical requirements and create documentation for the area of responsibility

· Coverage of IT community, evaluating improvements in technology, architecture, security and best practise

· Participate in purchasing and RFQ processes and provide technical recommendations

· Support Service Responsible with information towards budget, investments, and service calculations

· Guide our Managed service Provider in the operational delivery, setting framework, instructions and tasks

· Assume other related responsibilities on a case-to-case basis when needed

Profile

You are experienced within the area and have at least a couple of years' experience, preferably from a similar role as Technical Responsible. Furthermore, you have a deep knowledge of Data protection, a great interest in technology and knowledge within Network and Storage. During previous work experience you have used your abilities to solve the needs of your organisation and delivered quality of service. You also have performed backup and restore and learnt how to work your way around a Data Center. We believe that having a degree within IT will help you in this position but it’s not a requirement.
