Vår klient i Södertälje söker en Business IT Analyst/Product Owner till ett spännande projekt inom garantiområdet.

Rollen innebär att du blir en del av ett pågående arbete där en befintlig garantilösning successivt ersätts av en ny molnbaserad plattform. Projektet drivs i nära samarbete mellan affärssidan och ett utvecklingsteam på cirka 20 personer. Du kommer att spela en nyckelroll i att driva utvecklingen framåt, med särskilt fokus på att utforska och etablera en strategi för att hantera data som en produkt, samtidigt som du även bidrar inom andra delar av projektet och vid behov stöttar befintliga lösningar.

Arbetsuppgifter
I rollen kommer du att arbeta nära både affärssidan och utvecklingsteamet för att säkerställa att rätt funktionalitet byggs in i den nya lösningen. Du kommer att leda och facilitera workshops, planera och prioritera arbete i agila processer och bidra till att skapa värde för verksamheten. En central del av ditt ansvar blir att utforma och förankra en strategi för data-as-a-product, då informationen är av stort värde för både organisationen och dess framtida utveckling. Utöver detta kommer du att samarbeta med andra produktägare inom områdena claim, market action, finance och material inspection.

Kvalifikationer
Akademisk examen, exempelvis Bachelor eller Master inom datavetenskap eller motsvarande erfarenhet


Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska


Erfarenhet av arbete med data-as-a-product ur ett affärsperspektiv


Erfarenhet av agilt arbetssätt, inklusive PI-planning och sprintar


Erfarenhet av rollen som Product Owner eller Business IT Analyst samt vana att facilitera workshops



Meriterande
Kunskap om verksamhetsprocesser inom distribution, återförsäljare eller verkstad

Tjänsten är på heltid och utförs som hybridarbete med tre dagar per vecka på plats i Södertälje, med möjlighet till fler dagar vid behov. Uppdraget pågår mellan 2025-09-22 och 2026-05-29.

Arbetsuppgifter och ansvar Som säkerhetssamordnare med inriktning civil beredskap blir du nyckelperson i vår nya säkerhetsenhet, som samordnar, stöttar och följer upp bolagets säkerhetsarbete. I en tid av ökad digitalisering och komplexa hot blir din roll avgörande, med många kontaktytor inom Telge Nät, Telgekoncernen och Södertälje kommun.

Du får stora möjligheter att forma rollen. Du leder utvecklingen av Telge Näts strategi för krisberedskap och civilt försvar, tar fram och förvaltar styrdokument, samt följer upp planer, rutiner och beredskapsåtgärder. Du stöttar chefer i dokumentation, deltar i kommunens samordnade beredskapsarbete och är rådgivare åt ledning och säkerhetschef. Dessutom planerar och genomför du interna och externa övningar, följer upp leverantörers beredskap och ansvarar för utbildningar inom krishantering och civilt försvar.

Role Summary
Conduct audits which includes preparation, field work and reporting
Working collaboratively with the process owners throughout the audits to identify deviations and propose solutions (actions) for improvement

Who you are
University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Data Science
or equivalent;
Minimum 5 years of auditing experience of which minimum 3 years on internal audit position.
Automotive industry experience, as well as IT Audit experience would be considered a strong advantage;
Well-developed interpersonal skills, being a team player as well as ability to work independently;
Extensive experience in using data analytics for risk assessment and audits execution;
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral.

Job Responsibilities
Your primary job assignment will be to:

• Perform process walk-throughs, testing of key controls and facilitate self-assessments according to the annual control evaluation plan
• Support management and process owners in the Business Units in design of new and updated controls

Job Responsibilities
• Understand business and customer needs for requirement analysis and evaluate business processes from end-to-end to anticipate requirements and identify improvements.
• Knowledge of EE development is beneficial but not required.
• Break down complex requirements and find synergies in process design and implementation while collaborating with stakeholders, architects, developers, testers, and UX specialists through meetings and presentations.
• Ensure solutions meet business needs and align with requirements. Organise and guide users in acceptance testing.
• Improve internal processes to develop your team, domain, and PDM VCT.

What you will do
As a system analyst/solution architect you will be working to transform business needs into realizable requirements into our CAD/PLM platform. Your skills

The position
Commercial Operations Audit Department (ZAC), as part of GIA has the responsibility to execute audits covering Commercial Operations and Sales & Marketing processes at Scania.

We are now looking for a Senior Internal Auditor who can make an important contribution to the success of the GIA, being part of the ZAC team. In this role you will be reporting to the Head of ZAC. You will be working in an international environment, closely collaborating and coordinating activities with Management and Process Owners and other stakeholders in the Business Units. Your profile

About the assignments
We are looking for a Business IT Analysts to the team Digital Engineering.
The main area of Digital Engineering is within mechanical design and CAD quality.
The teams responsibilities are maintenance of the current CAD platform, Catia V5, as well as conceptualization and implementation of the new CAD/vPDM platform 3DEXPERIENCE.
The assignments include understanding the users and their demands, describing the needs to the rest of the team, and together finding suitable solutions, testing the developed solution, and preparing educational material and user instructions. The Business IT Analyst will gain knowledge of our systems and the product development process.
You will be a part of a cross-functional team with other Business IT Analysts, Developers, Product owners, Scrum masters and System architects etc. You will work closely with the people in business, system suppliers and your own team and other value creation teams. We are working in an agile way and plan our work together in ten weeks periods.
Your profile
You are curious to understand the users behind the outspoken need. You have good communication skills, in both Swedish and English. You need to have the ability to explain the user demands to the developers and create working methods, training material as well as user guides. You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. Preferably with 3-5 years’ experience as CAD engineer or CAD designer at SCANIA. It is a merit if you have experience or knowledge of CAD drawings, 3DEXPERIENCE, Catia V5, and Enovia. It is great if you have experience in the Business Analyst role and agile way of working.

Welcome to Scania’s Group Internal Audit (GIA) whose main purpose is to give assurance to the Board of Directors as well as to the Executive Board of Scania on the effectiveness of Scania’s governance, risk management and internal control. Additionally GIA should give feed-back to the management and perform appropriate consulting activities. In this role, GIA has the global responsibility for the execution of the internal audit activities covering all critical processes at Scania. This includes business, financial as well as technical processes and risk areas.

We are now looking for a skilled, analytical and communicative Senior Internal Auditor to our team at the Finance and Administration audit department within Group Internal Audit who can make an important contribution to the team. In this position you will be responsible for the execution
of the internal audit process throughout the Scania Global organisation. The department consists of a dynamic international team of internal auditors from different parts of the world and as part of that team you will have the possibility to boost and practise your interest.
You will report to the Head of Finance and Administration Audit.

Meeting diverse cultures and colleagues from different functions requires you to be a highly professional, social and diplomatic person. The position is located at the Global Headquarters in Södertälje, Sweden but the field work is carried out worldwide and includes frequent international travelling.

Key responsibilities

The position mainly covers the following responsibilities:


• Participate in the annual audit need assessment process
• Plan and carry out audit assignments
• Prepare audit reports and present to management
• Actively follow-up on the status of open internal audit issues
• Play an active role in developing audit processes
• Advice the organisation in internal control issues

Skills, knowledge and expertise

The successful candidate has minimum five years of experience working as an internal and/or external auditor. We also open for the possibility that you have relevant experience from related areas in combination with internal audit experience.  You have a university degree in Business administration or equivalent and we see it as an advantage if you have a CIA certification. Further,
we presume you have good knowledge of MS Office applications, e.g. Excel, Power Point, Word, etc as well as to speak English fluently. If you have any additional language skills this is a great advantage.

Personal characteristics

As a person you have excellent communication skills, verbally and in writing, as well as an ability to effectively communicate and pursue actions on internal audit issues. Further, you have well-developed interpersonal skills and are a team player with the ability to build cross-functional networks as well as capacity to work independently. It is also highly important that you have excellent analytical skills and the ability to see the big picture as well as the details. Enjoying
frequent international travelling is a must for the position.

Your Profile
We believe you are fluent in English, have experience preferably within the area technical management, information analysis or of computer hardware/software systems. We also believe that you have several years of experience in a similar role. Business knowledge and a good understanding of IT architectural principles is considered a plus. As we are in a transition period, experience from a role as project manager is also an advantage. An academic degree sees as a merit.

You're a driving and engaging person who take lead and initiatives, sees opportunities and are eager to reach our goals.
