We are looking for a senior techno-functional specialist for an assignment that combines business analysis, solution design, and hands-on technical delivery. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, internal IT, and external vendors in a complex environment spanning both on-prem and cloud-based systems, with a strong focus on security and compliance.

Ett större industribolag har nyligen rullat ut en ny ERP-lösning som kopplar ihop R&D och Finance med inköpsverksamheten över flera varumärken. På grund av en komprimerad SAP Activate-fas finns nu ett behov av att stabilisera och stärka de implementerade kapabiliteterna – både i systemet och i arbetssätten runt omkring.
Nu söker vi en senior Projektledare som tar ett helhetsgrepp om fortsatt utveckling, processharmonisering och stabilisering av inköpsförmågan i den nya SAP-landskapet samt dess samspel med legacy-miljö.
Dina arbetsuppgifter
Leda inköpsteamet bestående av produkt- och processutvecklare samt experter (SMEs) inom indirekt materialinköp.


Ta fram detaljerad kartläggning av processer, metoder och arbetssätt i den nya SAP-miljön samt i legacy-systemet (Maximo).

We are looking for SAP Transportation Management Solution Architect to join our team who have an interest to work with business change development and world-class IT deliveries. An important part of the change in the IT landscape will be deliveries based on SAP. As an SAP Solution Architect you are a member of the Scania SAP IT team at Digital Core. In these projects, you will be in the forefront to design architecture based on process requirements and application and system landscape. When required, analyze and define requirements for customer-specific development needs or integration requirements, support in the review process and also support in the change process.

Who You Are
5+ years’ experience in SAP transportation management area
Knowledge and understanding of transport management processes and carrier communication is required
Experience in each phase of the complete SAP TM project lifecycle required
Strong stakeholder management with the different departments (business, IT, IT suppliers,…)
Holistic thinking combined with a pragmatic approach
Knowledge in SAP BN4L, SAP Yard Logistics and connecting areas like warehousing (SAP EWM) or operational procurement (S/4HANA) would be an advantage
SAP BTP experience would be an advantage
Experience from automotive industry would be an advantage
Excellent communication skills in English, Swedish an added plus

We’re looking for a seasoned SAP FICO Solution Architect to join our SAP Center of Excellence. This is a key role in our S/4HANA greenfield implementation — a once-in-a-generation transformation of Scania’s digital finance landscape.

What We’re Looking For
10+ years of SAP FICO experience, including 5+ years as a Solution Architect.
Proven track record in at least 2 full-cycle SAP implementations.
Hands-on experience with S/4HANA (greenfield preferred).
Strong understanding of integration points across SAP and non-SAP systems.
Deep knowledge of financial processes and technical configuration.
Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is a strong plus.
Familiarity with Central Finance, VIM, Blackline, SAC, and SAP Activate is advantageous.
Agile mindset and experience with tools like JIRA.

Uppdrag och kompetenskrav
Som IT-projektledare på enheten Affärsstöd arbetar du med att införa IT-system eller IT-funktionalitet hos Telge Bostäders olika verksamheter. Exempel på detta är system för fastighetsförvaltning, projektledning, filhantering och BI. I framtiden ser vi att flera av våra processer kommer stöttas av AI. Flertalet system levereras från den kommunkoncerngemensamma IT-funktionen men det vi har även system som vi själva upphandlat. Ett vanligt scenario är att den centrala IT-funktionen rullar ut ett nytt system hos koncernens samtliga bolag och att du då blir delprojektledare för införandet hos Telge Bostäder. Behov av nya eller förändrade system kan även komma internt från Telge Bostäder som en del i en ständig verksamhetsutveckling.

Som IT-projektledare hos oss kommer du ha många interna och externa kontakter och delta i flera planerings- och projektmöten. Detta är en skiftande roll med inslag av projektledning, testning, utbildning, förvaltning, support och dokumentation.

För rollen som IT-projektledare krävs att du har stor IT-vana och snabbt kan sätta dig in i system av olika slag som du inte stött på tidigare. Det krävs också att du har eller skaffar dig förståelse för den arbetsprocess som IT-systemet eller IT-funktionaliteten ska stödja.

Role Summary
In this role you will be responsible to coordinating, participate in and execute focused internal audit activities within IT Management and Information Security around the world. Job Responsibilities
Participate in the development of and execute on the internal audit plan and programs that identify and assess risks to our company's governance, risk management, compliance, and internal control processes with special focus on IT Management and Information Security

Who you are
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, cybersecurity, accounting, finance, business administration, law, science or a related field
Strong interest in IT Management and Information Security.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Fluency in other languages is a great advantage like French, Spanish, Italian, etcetera
Strong interest in governance, risk management, compliance, and internal control principles and best practices in the financial services industry, IT Management and Information Security.
Proficiency in data analytics tools and techniques, including data mining, data visualization, and statistical analysis is a plus
Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
A positive mindset, with the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Role Summary
The CSMS (Cybersecurity Management System) process architect is responsible for defining, developing, and maintaining the process landscape that enables the organization to meet regulatory (e.g. UNECE R155) and technical (ISO/SAE 21434) requirements for vehicle cybersecurity. This role ensures that cybersecurity is systematically integrated into the entire product lifecycle from concept, development, production, and operation to decommissioning.
The Process Architect acts as the key interface between governance, engineering, and compliance functions, ensuring that cybersecurity management processes are robust, auditable, and adaptable to evolving threats.


Job responsibilities
Develop and maintain the CSMS process architecture
Ensure that processes meet the requirements of regulation (e. g. UN R155) and are aligned

Who You Are

We are looking for a Regional Internal Control System (ICS) Manager for various markets in Europe, who would like to contribute to an effective internal control environment at TRATON Financial Services entities.
As ICS Manager for Europe, you will be part of the Central GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) team and reporting both to the Governance and ICS Manager at Head office as well as the Regional Office. This role is intended to adapt and support a growing company when it comes to ICS needs, managing all ICS related activities for selected TFS Business Units including (but not limited to) CER (Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia), Ukraine and Italy and has an active role on the implementation, maintenance and further development of the Internal Control Framework at TRATON Financial Services.
Job Responsibilities
Your primary job assignment will be to:
• Coordinate, facilitate and consolidate yearly risk assessments at Business Units based on the TFS risk profile and support the preparation of the annual control evaluation plan for the Region
• Perform process walk-throughs, testing of key controls and facilitate self-assessments according to the annual control evaluation plan
• Support management and process owners in the Business Units in design of new and updated controls
• Full maintenance and update of ICS data in the ICS IT Tool (TICA): New controls mapping and controls updates, testing documentation, issues creation and remediation actions as well as issues closure, access management, and coordination with Head Office and TRATON where needed.
• Follow up on control deficiencies and remediating actions at Business Units

Vi söker en erfaren exploateringsingenjör som vill ta en nyckelroll i utvecklingen av Södertälje kommun. Vi söker dig som gillar utmaningar inom stadsutveckling och vi ser gärna att du har erfarenheter från stadsbyggnadsprojekt i både planerings- och utbyggnadsskedet.
Som erfaren exploateringsingenjör hos oss är du med och driver stadsbyggnadsprojekt från tidig planering till genomförande.
Du har en ledande roll i våra exploateringsprojekt där kommunen är markägare, med ansvar för förhandlingar, avtalsskrivning och fastighetsrättsliga frågor.

Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Knowledge Engineer to join our team focusing on information architecture, integrations & data interoperability to enable TRATON R&D to get more data driven insights. In this multifaceted role you will play a crucial part in securing methodology for knowledge modelling in the Product Data Management (PDM) domain to ensure data interoperability between organizations and systems at TRATON.
The role will also support scaling of a Knowledge Graph platform as a foundation for data interoperability that will ensure data driven decision making for thousands of engineers. You will work closely with domain experts, business architects and analysts as well as developers, acting as a bridge between the domain knowledge and the technical implementation. This to ensure that the information is structured, integrated and computable in a way that enables smart AI driven applications, improved data quality and semantic interoperability.
Job Responsibilities
• Design, develop and maintain ontologies representing complex domain knowledge and aligning these with existing common ontologies or standards using patterns that promote data interoperability.
• Work closely with domain experts to translate business requirements into semantic data models and graph-based structures.
• Work with quality and consistency assurance for the ontologies using SHACL validation. • Map and transform data from different sources.
• Playing a key role in the transition from a traditional UML- and diagram-based information architecture approach to a semantic, knowledge graph–oriented modeling practice.
• Collaborate with central IT functions about strategies and common methodology for information architecture.
Who You Are
You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information-, Data- or Computer Science or a related field. You’ve gained valuable experience as a Knowledge Engineer, Information Architect or in a similar role within a professional or enterprise context. You have a keen interest in logical modeling, systems thinking, and using semantic technologies to bring clarity and precision to engineering data and product knowledge.
Your expertise includes a deep understanding of information architecture tools and methodologies, especially those related to the Semantic Technology Stack and Knowledge Graph development.
Experience with working within automotive industries with product development and PDM/PLM information is meritorious. You are fluent in English which is the official language at TRATON R&D, and if you can speak Swedish or German that is also meritorious, since it’s the main language of many domain stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in ontology development, including modeling complex domains, defining classes, properties, and relationships, and aligning with existing common ontologies or standards.Programming skills in Python, Java or JavaScript for semantic data processing.

We at Vehicle Service Information (EYS) are passionate about Uptime and Serviceability. We enable our workshops to be best in class in supporting our customers when they come in for a workshop visit.
Daily, 16,000 Technicians maintain, troubleshoot and repair Scania vehicles and engines worldwide.
To make sure our workshops can deliver world class services, we develop the tool suite SWS, Scania Workshop Suite. It’s a microservice based cloud solution with a web frontend. Your Assignment
The development team consists of around 12 cross functional sub teams with a DevOps approach. As a System architect you will be the bridge between the teams and the enterprise and solution architects.
You will be the chairman for the architecture community of practice and make sure that the services developed are possible to maintain and deliver the right performance. As the solution consists of multiple micro services, it’s important that the architecture and standardization make them work together. You act as a coach for the teams when they implement, but also work pre-emptive to make sure our architecture vision and technology align with the business goals.

What you will do
As a system analyst/solution architect you will be working to transform business needs into realizable requirements into our CAD/PLM platform. In order to capture the business needs for IT systems, you will be involved all the way from requirement setting to carrying out testing, and for that you need architectural understanding. You will also be a key player when it comes to pursuing the improvement work for our internal processes. We have currently many challenging and interesting projects ongoing such as;
· Replacing the existing CAD/PLM platform based on Catia V5/Enovia V5 with Catia V6/3DExperience that will support us in having a digital thread/digital twin and being more data driven.
· Integration of brands within the TRATON group (SCANIA/MAN/VW truck & bus/Navistar) to a common way of working with CAD/PLM.
· Setting up the process and IT solutions for supporting business in China.


Your skills
In this position we are looking for someone that can be part of the team that defines and implements the future access model for the TRATON CAD/PLM environment.
You are solution-oriented, analytical and you share your knowledge and experience with your colleagues in a natural way.
Furthermore, we believe you have;
· Broad knowledge of the CAD/PLM domain and preferably in large organizations in a global context.
· Experience of setting up security mechanism in PLM systems
· Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or Shell scripting
· Knowledge of active directory is benifical
· Ability to communicate with stakeholders on different levels within the company
· Experience in SAFE and Agile way of working is beneficial but not essential

Internal Audit in TRATON Financial Services is the last line of defence in making sure we comply with internal and external regulation, as well as making sure that conceivable risks are under control. We do this by performing audits on credit, anti-money-laundering and other relevant topics.
Covering risks in 50 plus companies that have different brands, financial products, systems and process is a challenge and it requires you to be curious, structured and disciplined. Our vision of how to do this is to have data pipelines to all entities and algorithms that detect emerging risks.
Most audits will have familiar objectives and a degree of routine but some are totally new topics where we first need to understand the topic and associated risks.
You do not need to be a financial services expert to be a great auditor, but you need have the drive to acquire the information you need as well as skills and experience in analysing data and documents.

Responsibilities as Internal Auditor:

Perform audits, routine or new topics, at Traton Financial Services companies around the world to verify that policies are followed and that risks are subject to effective controls
