Uppdrag och kompetenskrav
Som IT-projektledare på enheten Affärsstöd arbetar du med att införa IT-system eller IT-funktionalitet hos Telge Bostäders olika verksamheter. Exempel på detta är system för fastighetsförvaltning, projektledning, filhantering och BI. I framtiden ser vi att flera av våra processer kommer stöttas av AI. Flertalet system levereras från den kommunkoncerngemensamma IT-funktionen men det vi har även system som vi själva upphandlat. Rollen innebär också att vara ett stöd inom bolaget för befintliga system med både förvaltning och användarsupport.

Ett vanligt scenario är att den centrala IT-funktionen rullar ut ett nytt system hos koncernens samtliga bolag och att du då blir delprojektledare för införandet hos Telge Bostäder. Behov av nya eller förändrade system kan även komma internt från Telge Bostäder som en del i en ständig verksamhetsutveckling.

Som IT-projektledare hos oss kommer du ha många interna och externa kontakter och delta i flera planerings- och projektmöten. Detta är en skiftande roll med inslag av projektledning, testning, utbildning, förvaltning, support och dokumentation.

För rollen som IT-projektledare krävs att du har stor IT-vana och snabbt kan sätta dig in i system av olika slag som du inte stött på tidigare. Det krävs också att du har eller skaffar dig förståelse för den arbetsprocess som IT-systemet eller IT-funktionaliteten ska stödja.

Som tidigare nämnts kommer du skifta mellan att agera som projektledare, testare, förvaltare och utbildare. Oftast kommer du jobba självständigt mot ett mål, med förväntad leverans på överenskommet datum.  För att klara detta behöver du ha en hög förmåga till självledarskap, vara en person som söker kunskap och har lätt för att ta kontakt och kommunicera med andra människor, som i sin tur kan ha olika grad av IT-mognad.

Bakgrund inom IT-branschen är en fördel men även kunskap om hur fastighetsbranschen fungerar. Har du arbetat inom allmännyttan ser vi det som en värdefull erfarenhet.

Kvalifikationer:

• Have a broader understanding of IT, its infrastructural components and application services.

• Are able to analyze risks and understand deficiencies, identify options, and support sound decision making.
• Master English fluently in both speaking and writing. Knowledge of Swedish is an advantage.

Digital is a key driver for improving business, specifically in the ecosystem of transports and sustainable transport solutions. Scania in 2017 established a strategic central function with the aim of accelerating digital across Scania – named the Scania Digital Office. Digitalisation is today engaging all parts of Scanias business from Industrial operations to Sales & service delivery.?? 

The key responsibility areas for the Digital office are: 


• Inspire, challenge and work jointly with business and decision makers to set the digital direction for Scania and ensure that digitalisation is embedded and driven throughout the business.? 
• Facilitate build up of select digital capabilities and in those drive step change in maturity in the business across the organization.? 

Digital strategy facilitation is targeted towards business domains – Industrial Operations, Enabling and the Commercial / Customer Domains and we are now searching for two of these roles.  We need two great individuals to lead this work within both the Industrial Operations and Commercial Domains. 

Your tasks 

The aim for these roles is to strongly contribute to the increase in pace and impact of digital – through clear and ambitious direction, and accelerating capability building. 

The main tasks are the following, working hand in hand with leaders in the Industrial and Commercial Domains: 


• Develop and maintain lasting relationships with stakeholders.  
• Collaborate and build teams with key people within business domains including the digital officer network to jointly inspire and drive the burning platform and ambitious digital direction and agenda 
• Facilitate the digital strategy process for Scania’s Industrial Operations or Commercial domain, alongside local and senior leaders, defining the digital direction and priorities including measurable targets 
• Lead and support in making digital development a part of the yearly business development, embedding follow up and decision making in governance processes 


• Build & collate understanding of the current digital footprint, as well as painting the picture of the future of digital within Industrial or Commercial domain, and use this knowledge to support stakeholders to improve ways of working and enabling structures 
• Lead the domain network of Digital officers making them an integrated group in the value creation process, working with them to inspire stakeholders with the possibilities of digital  
• Take active part in key decision forums?that are driving / steering towards the strategic agenda 

Your profile 


• 10+ years of experience working with strategy and digital business transformation preferably with either several years related to either: 
• Industry 4.0 opportunities and challenges – in one or more of the following domains; Automotive, Transport, Production, Logistics, Purchasing,  R&D, Industry 4.0; or 
• Customer facing commercial operations transformation – including areas such as utilising customer journeys to drive digital transformation, service design, and technologies such as data analytics, eCommerce, customer facing app development etc. 
• Experience in leadership with a natural way of bringing out the best in teams and individuals. You also bring a proven experience and ability to build and develop lasting relationships to drive change. 
• Experience in leading change programs on an executive level in an international context from either senior line positions, management consulting or both 
• You understand the digital / information tech landscape and have passion and experience in leveraging this for increased business performance

Your mission 

We are looking for an Experienced QA who will support us with existing projects and open to take on new projects as they arise. You will…

We are now looking for a senior engineer for new innovative charging concepts. You will work in public funded projects close to partners, suppliers, customers and standardization organizations in order to create a more sustainable transport system.

Work description


• Support partners and suppliers to develop and deploy new innovative charging concepts on decided locations
• Identify barriers (technical, permits, user acceptance etc) and remove them
• Ensure good and stable interfaces between vehicle and charger
• Push and support standardization of this charging interface

Your profile

You have a structured and a creative mindset. You are used to work on a eco-system level. You have experience from installation of high voltage equipment or battery charging in a multi stakeholder environment. You can combine traditional ways of working in projects with modern Agile/Lean start up way of working.

Projects will both Swedish and international. Travel associated to that will be included.

You have a commercial and/or technical university degree and master English with high proficiency since communication skills are important for the role. You have at least 5 years’ experience from the heavy truck industry, preferably Scania.

You have easy to collaborate with others but are also comfortable with working independently.
