Role Summary
You will be part of a cross-functional development team that works with IT development and support for Scania both locally and globally. The team is part of a bigger scaled agile environment SAFe inspired. We work closely with our customers throughout the system development process, from concept development to implementation and production of our Trucks and Buses. Job Responsibilities
As Scrum Master you are responsible for facilitating and coaching an agile team and leading them to success in their deliveries. You are also responsible for coaching the team's contact points in agile ways of working and continuous improvement. You will work in close collaboration with other Scrum Masters from your release train to share knowledge and synchronize, enabling the team to excel. You will facilitate scrum events for daily stand up’s, retrospectives and planning together with your team.

What you will do
You will continue helping us replacing the current CAD/vPDM platform from CATIA/ENOVIA/DELMIA V5 with a more modern platform for CAD/vPDM.

You will transform business needs into realisable requirements and be a link between the business and IT. In order to capture the business needs for IT systems, you know it is important to assist in everything from requirement setting to carrying out testing, and for that you need to understand/learn Scania’s CAD/PDM architecture. Some of your duties will also involve participating in and pursuing the improvement work for our internal processes.

Your skills
We are looking for candidates who have
• experience of product development processes at R&D or product simulations at P&L, perhaps from positions such as Design Engineer or Industrial Engineer and want to switch career to IT
• knowledge of CAD/PDM.
• knowledge of transforming business needs into realisable requirements
• a university education within IT or mechanical/vehicle engineering or equivalent experience
• great communications skills in both Swedish and English

You are solution-oriented and analytical and will naturally want to share your knowledge and experience with your colleagues. You have a good understanding of the systems development process and its life cycle and have the ability to draw overall conclusions on how easy or difficult a particular requirement is to realise. Knowledge and experience of Scania’s modular systems and familiarity with Dassault applications (CATIA/ENOVIA/3DExperience) – preferably in a “user role” – would be especially advantageous.

The BI group belongs to the same organization within Scania IT handling data lake, analytics and information management. We are responsible for developing solutions for new projects and business initiatives as well as optimizing our current BI portfolio, i.e. migrating legacy solutions to our target architecture. Your Tasks
