Join Our Team as a QA Manager
We are looking for a full time Quality Assurance Manager to join and strengthen the GMP Operations team at Anocca.
The GMP operations team currently consist of a production team, a QC team, QA managers including QP, facility manager, validation and project managers, for a total of 20 colleagues.
You will be involved in the quality assurance of all operative activities, including document approval, deviation investigations, material release, training of employees, validation of equipment, maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) and validation of methods for release of ATMP products, to be used in clinical trials. Also, document administration will be an important part of this role.
Prior experience of working in a GMP environment, either in close collaboration with Quality Assurance departments or within Quality Assurance, is required for this role.
Experience in regulatory guidelines for ATMP (EudraLex Vol.4), aseptic work (EudraLex Annex 1) or in microbiology would be a significant asset.
You must be capable of working as part of a team and as the company and team is very international and the business language is English, excellent English communication skills both in speech and in writing is required.
The role is suited to motivated persons with a drive to learn and grow in a complex and varied environment.

Specifically, the role will be contributing to overall strategy formulation, financial planning, financing processes, and corporate development activities.

Core Scope & Responsibilities
· Contribute to strategy and business planning at a level of resolution determined by the leadership team and current needs of the organization, Board of Directors, and investors.

The Business Development Associate will be an integral part of Anocca’s Business Development team. In this role, you will play a key role in leading the operation of our clinical trials. You will have specific responsibility for the strategic and operational relationship between Anocca and clinical CRO(s) who will operate the studies, and be a key senior member of the clinical team. Your duties will include:


- Being responsible for the management of day-to-day clinical operations activities

- Participate in CRO process including selection, request for proposal and management.

- Participate in bid defense presentations in partnership with the business development and other cross-functional departments.

- Oversight of CRO operations, including clinical trial site initiation, contracting, training, execution and monitoring.

Anocca is looking for someone to fill the role of Lab Automation Engineer, to join a small but integral team, to support our operations to convert, expand, and build our lab automation pipelines. This integrates and supports the physical immunotechnology platform (biological), executed by the laboratory personnel.

We are looking for highly motivated clinicians to join the team on a part time basis. You will be involved with the rest of the clinical development team in developing combined diagnostic/therapeutic interventions that will integrate our emerging therapies into clinical practice within solid-tumour oncology.
You must have an MD and relevant clinical experience including hands-on experience in diagnostic imaging and image-guided biopsies, particularly for breast, lung and primary/metastatic gastrointestinal malignancies. You must have excellent English communication skills, and deep knowledge of both the relevant clinical science and standard of care for the target indications. You must be capable of working as part of a team but also have the initiative to drive projects forward.

The Role
Anocca is looking for software developers / engineers to join a small but integral team, to convert, expand, and build an in-house informatics and automation platform. This platform integrates and supports the physical immunotechnology platform (biological), executed by the laboratory personnel.
Applicants will be exposed to the forefront of biological and medical research, automation, bioinformatics, and scientific staff. Being a small to midsize company we are looking for people that are capable of adapting and moving quickly, who have multiple talents and can fulfil multiple roles as needed. Anocca is growing rapidly, with digitisation at the core of everything we do, so the growth in responsibility for the right person could be extensive.
Currently the digital platform consists of an extensive API built in Django and GraphQL with a React front-end.
