Job description:
We are looking for a full time senior analytical engineer to join and strengthen the QC team which consists of one scientist, 2 analytical engineers and 1 process technician. The QC team is part of the larger GMP operations team consisting of a production team, QA managers, facility manager, application specialist, for a total of 20 colleagues. You will be involved in the setup, validation and execution of QC methods for the analysis and release of ATMP products, to be used in clinical trials.
You will also take a leading role in deviation investigations and review of documentation. Experience of cell culture, flow cytometry, potency assays, ddPCR, qPCR, mycoplasma, sterility and endotoxin tests would be a significant asset; particularly in the context of ATMP analysis.
Knowledge of aseptic manufacturing techniques is desirable. Prior experience working in a GMP environment is essential for the role.
You must be capable of working as part of a team and demonstrate initiative to drive projects forward. As the company and team is very international and the business language is English, excellent English communication skills is required.

Job Summary  


The Business Development Associate will be an integral part of Anocca’s Business Development team. You will work closely with Anocca’s leadership team and play a critical role in the future growth of Anocca. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring organisational excellence in all of Anocca’s Business Development activities, orchestrating ambitious collaborations and contributing to the long-term success of these partnerships. Business Development and Communications 

- Assist with and coordinate core Business Development processes and campaigns.

We are looking for a Process Technician to join the GMP production team. You will be involved in the manufacturing operations as well as in daily maintenance of the manufacturing facility and of the QC laboratories, where we produce and release ATMP products to be used in clinical trials. Vi söker nu en BMA/ molekylärbiolog till avdelningen för Kemisk och Farmaceutisk Toxikologi (KFT) i Södertälje.

Vi erbjuder en positiv och kreativ arbetsmiljö som präglas av samarbete och gemensamt ansvar för enhetens verksamhet. Inom verksamheten genomför vi säkerhetsbedömningar av framför allt nya läkemedelssubstanser, men även andra kemikalier. Vi utför tester in silico, in vitro och in vivo. Mycket av arbetet innebär också rent intellektuella bedömningar, baserade på samlad kunskap och erfarenhet, men också på nytänkande och innovation.

Våra studier och försök läggs upp och genomförs oftast inom ramen för pre-kliniska läkemedelsförsök (enligt Good Laboratory Practice, GLP) på uppdrag från små och medelstora företag. Vi deltar också i ett flertal forskningsprojekt i Europa med syfte att ta fram nya läkemedel och för att studera kemikalier i vår miljö. Vidare utvecklar vi aktivt nya metoder och tekniker för att öka djurens välbefinnande i enlighet med 3R (byt ut, reducera samt förfina).

Om rollen
Inom KFTs in vitro-verksamhet arbetar vi med att sätta upp biologiska metoder för kvantitativ analys av prekliniska och kliniska studieprover. Att analysera lågmolekylära organiska föreningar, nukleinsyror eller proteiner i biologiska matriser är en central arbetsuppgift. Vi ansvarar även för in vitro-analyser av biomarkörer i ex vivo-material från interna toxicitetsstudier. Avdelningen deltar vidare i flera nationella och europeiska forskningsprojekt som syftar till att etablera nya biomarkörer och metoder för testning av kemikalier och läkemedel. I arbetet ingår planering, genomförande, tolkning och rapportering av experimentella studier, samt utveckling och validering av nya metoder.

Tjänsten är en tillsvidareanställning med placering i Södertälje.

Vem är du?
Du är biomedicinsk analytiker, alternativt har du en biologisk/ molekylärbiologisk högskoleutbildning, samt minst fem års arbetslivserfarenhet. Inkluderar din utbildning immunologi och/eller toxikologi är det en fördel. Du är van att arbeta självständigt, men trivs även med att samarbeta med andra. Du är en person som trivs på labbet och som brinner för att hitta de bästa metoderna för varje studie. Laborativt har du god erfarenhet av att själv utveckla ELISA-metoder samt att sätta upp flödescytometriska analyser. Erfarenhet av Luminex-baserade system är ett plus. Du har även erfarenhet av cellodling, främst odling av eukaryota cellinjer, men gärna även primära celler och/eller bakterier.

Din roll
Arbetet innefattar att utföra mikrobiologiska analyser, bedöma resultat samt sammanställa och rapportera laboratorieresultat. I din roll ingår flera olika provflöden och produkttyper, vilket ger dig närhet till de mediciner som vi producerar till patienter på många marknader.

Sweden Operations driver ett intensivt effektiviserings- och harmoniseringsarbete och rollen ger dig möjlighet att bygga kontakter inom Sweden Operation men även inom andra delar av AstraZeneca.

Din roll:

• Du har ett delegerat ansvar för att fatta beslut om det som tillverkats uppfyller ställda krav, du värderar tillverkningsdokumentation och analysresultat.
• Din roll är självklar i det dagliga tvärfunktionella arbetet där du tillsammans med kollegor från produktionen, processteknik, produktionsteknik, planering/logistik, kvalitetskontroll och mikrobiologen har ett gemensamt ansvar för att fabriken når de uppsatta kvalitets-, kostnads- och leveransmålen.
• Du arbetar enligt principerna för LEAN och bidrar i din roll med GMP-kunskap till förbättringsarbetet och i utredningar av avvikelser.
• Du godkänner kvalitetsstyrande dokument som ändringsärenden, instruktioner och valideringar och du arbetar med överföring av kunskap till bland annat operatörer och tekniker.

Vi förutsätter att:

• Du har en apotekarexamen eller annan naturvetenskaplig/ingenjörsexamen på minst 160 poäng enligt gamla systemet (motsvarande 4 års heltidsstudier) vilket motsvarar 240 poäng enligt det nya poängsystemet.
• Vi ser gärna att utbildningen uppfyller kompetenskraven för Sakkunnig i LVFS 2004:7 d.v.s. teoretiska och praktiska studier inom något eller flera av följande vetenskapsområden: farmaci, medicin, veterinärmedicin, kemi, teknologi eller naturvetenskap.
• Du har datorvana, samt mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och goda kunskaper i engelska. Kunskaper i engelska behövs för att kunna delta i inspektioner, skriva rapporter och utredningar.
• Du har tydliga ledaregenskaper.
• Erfarenhet från tillverkning av aktiva substanser och/eller färdiga läkemedel, GMP samt kvalitetsarbete är meriterande.

Framgångsfaktorer:

Du har självständiga arbetsuppgifter och måste i din roll kunna fatta och bidra till snabba beslut.
