Role Summary
Traton is in the middle of transforming how we deliver workshop tools and services across multiple brands. As part of this journey, we are now looking for a dedicated UX Lead to help build and champion a user-centered design culture within the the Workshop Suite product family.
In this role, you will work closely with our external UX team (currently embedded in our product teams), as well as with product owners, system architects and developers.
You will take responsibility for understanding user needs across brands and contexts, and ensuring that these insights are reflected in our design, development and strategy. You will also play a key part in shaping a long-term UX strategy for the workshop suite and the broader ecosystem — driving consistency, usability and value across our suite of tools.


Job Responsibilities
Translate user needs into actionable requirements and support product owners in refining the backlog with a user-centric perspective.
Collaborate closely with the external UX team to align research, interaction design and validation activities across development teams.
Be an active contributor in strategic and visionary work — bringing the user’s voice into roadmaps, concepts and priorities.
Work side-by-side with system and business architects to include usability and design thinking in architectural decisions.

Who You Are
We are looking for a skilled UX professional with a strong background in UX design, service design, or product design—ideally gained in complex system environments. You are experienced in facilitating cross-functional collaboration and aligning UX goals with both business and technical needs.
Confident in driving user research, you know how to synthesize insights and translate them into both strategic direction and hands-on improvements. You thrive in hybrid environments with multiple stakeholders, brands, and tools, and you are comfortable working across abstraction levels—from conceptual frameworks to detailed interface feedback.
Proactive, structured, and passionate, you are motivated by the opportunity to improve the user experience at scale. Fluency in English is required, while Swedish is considered a plus.

Background
The CAD/vPDM environment plays a critical role in vehicle design and product development, supporting a global user base of more than 13,000 people. New functions, improvements, and other changes are released through agile cycles, which makes structured business change management essential to ensure smooth adoption, high user satisfaction, and long-term value.

Key Contributions
Develop an overarching agile business change management strategy and framework for the CAD/vPDM environment.

Vi söker nu en Junior Service Manager som ska jobba nära nuvarande Service Manager, och bidra till att förbättra system och processer. För rollen som Service Manager kommer du att ingå i ett internationellt team. Teamet i sin helhet är uppdelat mellan Sverige och Belgien, och gruppen arbetar med att hantera och förbättra flödet av reservdelar genom IT-system, processförbättring och datanalys. De jobbar främst med system för reservdelsplanering och har ett nära samarbete mellan olika avdelningar och stakeholders globalt.

Your assignment

As an project manager within Charging and Power Distribution, you will be deeply involved in the electrification development at Scania, managing field quality assignments and implementing product improvements within our area of responsibility. The technical content spans from hardware to software; including electronics, cable harnesses, and mechanical components. Given the wide technical scope and our team´s responsibility for all product changes post-serial introduction, this role offers a broad variety of challenges.

Your profile

Arbetsuppgifter 
Som uppdragsledare kommer du leda tvärfunktionella arbetsgrupper för att förbättra kvaliteten på våra motorer som rullar hos våra kunder idag. Din profil

Du har en ingenjörsexamen eller motsvarande och minst ett par års yrkeserfarenhet. About the job

As a project manager for Battery Production, a cornerstone in Scania's eMobility program, you will plan, act, and follow up on projects while collaborating with business, IT, and suppliers to execute activities and share results with stakeholders within Scania.

About the role
The IT Vendor Management Specialist will play a crucial role in our organization by supporting the re-negotiation of current and procurement of new core applications. This position requires a deep understanding of Financial/Banking ERP functionalities, integration capabilities, and the strategic needs of the organization. Key responsibilities
Lead the technical and functional evaluation of potential ERP systems, ensuring they meet the organization's requirements in terms of scalability, integration, user-friendliness, and support. This includes setting evaluation criteria, coordinating demos, and synthesizing feedback from various stakeholders.
Serve as the primary IT department contact for interactions with the Sourcing organization regarding ERP vendors. This involves conveying requirements, participating in vendor discussions, and providing input on the technical and service aspects during the vendor selection process.
Work closely with key stakeholders across IT, finance, operations, and other relevant departments to gather system requirements and ensure the selected ERP solution addresses the diverse needs of the organization.
Offer insights and feedback on technical clauses and service level agreements (SLAs) in contracts drafted by the Sourcing organization, ensuring they align with IT standards and requirements.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience in vendor management, particularly with ERP systems.
In-depth knowledge of ERP technologies and implementation methodologies.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems.
Professional in English both in writing and speaking.

Program Management Office

Your profile
You have a university degree in engineering or equivalent and at least five years’ work experience within relevant competence area such as SAP project management preferably within automotive industry and/or Supply chain .
You are a team player, who has a passion for cross-collaboration and can handle operational tasks while having a strategic mindset at the same time. You’re open and positive with a “can do” attitude towards problem solving and creating easy and understandable ways of working.
You have a proven record for project management preferably experience from SAP activate methodology and/or SAP delivery management, you’re familiar with tools such as Focus Build, ARIS, ALTO, JIRA or similar.

Within the section Systems and software at the Scania bus development we now want to reinforce the VCT Bus vehicle functions and services with an additional product owner.
We are involved in all aspects concerning systems and software on our products. This includes e.g. new generation electrical systems. Some of the embedded systems are bus unique and we are involved in all development steps. But most systems are common with other products developed by other departments and then we need to work with the systems interfaces. Some work is driven by legislation, e.g. cyber security. Your day to day work
You will work closely with the development team, mainly ensuring they have a suitable amount of prepared work to do. This means planning and prioritising product features in the backlog and continuously develop the product. You will also research and analyse market needs, the users requests and adapt the roadmap for the product. This also includes following our competitors and the industry.
What we do on a day to day basis directly influences the customer’s business, making it very crucial to have our services up and running. Our services are extensively used so you will also work with user support and incident related activities. As a product owner you will provide the product vision, roadmap and growth opportunities to different stakeholders. This means working cross-functionally within Scania together with other product owners, business managers and other departments ensuring we build and o?er our customers a competitive service. We work with body builders all over the world which will require some flexibility in working hours.

The Role

You enjoy working in a dynamic world where agile and conventional development methods co-exist and you want to support the organization to improve and adapt to the SAFe landscape.
You probably have bachelor degree in engineering or similar. Diversity is the normal situation in our development teams, hence international experience and cultural awareness is a benefit. You have a solid background within software development, preferable within embedded systems. Leadership experience is a merit.
