Vi söker dig som har:

We are now looking for a Product Owner to lead the Offline and Power Solutions product area within the Workshop Suite. As Product Owner, you will be responsible for shaping the product vision and driving development of functionality that connects to this domain.

Own and drive the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Offline and Power Solutions within the Workshop Suite.
Define functionality that enables maintenance, diagnostics, repair, and software updates for standalone control units.

Role Summary

As a Release Train Engineer, you will be a key member of the VCT Propulsion Control Systems and the Management team of Powertrain Base Functions, collaborating with global and local stakeholders in the Group R&D. VCT Propulsion Control Systems provides premium mechatronics software for controlling in-house propulsion systems. It requires robust, cost-effective solutions and strong teamwork. Your responsibility includes facilitating workflow, managing the backlog, and overseeing capacity within the VCT.

Job Responsibilities

Your responsibility will be to: 
* Act as the chief servant leader and coach of the VCT, guiding teams towards the successful delivery of complex systems
* Aligning time plans and deliveries inside and outside of the VCT
* Collaborate with Product Management and System Architect to clarify requirements, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks
* Drive continuous improvement by identifying process bottlenecks, fostering a culture of innovation, and implementing Agile best practices tailored to automotive product development, in an iterative way with continuous integration and short feedback loops

This Is Us

VCT Propulsion Control Systems consists of eight Södertälje-based teams, with members mainly from the Sections Powertrain Base Functions and Motion Control Testing. All are located on the same floor in building 102B.

Powertrain Base Functions is a Södertälje-based section consisting of four units working with software development for mechatronic control systems. Role Summary
Traton is in the middle of transforming how we deliver workshop tools and services across multiple brands. As part of this journey, we are now looking for a dedicated UX Lead to help build and champion a user-centered design culture within the the Workshop Suite product family.
In this role, you will work closely with our external UX team (currently embedded in our product teams), as well as with product owners, system architects and developers.

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the quality and timely delivery of base software and calibration for embedded vehicle systems. You will collaborate closely with project management, development teams, and production.
Coordinate and follow up on the calibration deliveries
Handle deviations in the deliveries together with the project management and
development groups
Construct the software files and deliver them to production and aftermarket
Handle extra releases for field quality issues
Sustain the calibration library and database
Further develop and quality assure processes for calibration

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor calibration software deliveries across projects.
Collaborate with project management and development teams to resolve delivery deviations.
Build and release software packages for production and aftermarket use.
Manage and execute extra releases to address field quality issues.
Maintain and update the calibration library and associated databases.
Continuously improve and ensure the quality of calibration processes and workflows.

Dina arbetsuppgifter
Vi söker en senior projektledare som är kunnig inom IT och som är van att driva utvecklingsarbete inom HR-digitalisering. Uppdraget pågår under 6 månader hos en attraktiv kund som har sitt kontor i Södertälje.

I detta konsultuppdrag kommer du att axla rollen som Projektledare för ett större förändringsprojekt inom HRIT/HR Operations. Inom ramen för projektet (större omorganisation/verksamhetsövergång) drivs flera strömmar med delprojektledare. Detta uppdrag är som projektledare för den ström som ansvarar för systemändringar i HR System, ändringar i operativa HR processer samt genomförandet av själva byggandet/flytten av personal i system.

Som delprojektledare ingår bla följande uppgifter:
• Planera och koordinera aktiviteter
• Statusrapportering till stakeholders
• Delegering och uppföljning av aktiviteter
• Driva systemrelaterade frågor i ett nära samarbete med IT (e.g. säkerställa nya integrationer, ändringar i systemfunktionalitet etc
• Driva frågor gällande implementeringen/uppsättningen av ny organisation och flytt av medarbetare i system
• Aktivt främja en god arbetsmiljö inom projektströmmen

Kvalifikationer:
• Högskoleutbildning inom Human Resources Management, Systemvetenskap eller närliggande område.
• God teknisk kompetens/förståelse inom olika HR system
• Tidigare erfarenhet av att leda förändringsprojekt inom HRIT/HR digitalisering
• Utmärkt kommunikationsförmåga och stor vana att hantera ett stort antal stakeholders
• Mycket goda språkkunskaper i Svenska och Engelska

SAP Center of Excellence is a part of Scania IT that aims to provide Scania with cross-functional strategic guidance and unified SAP solutions. As part of a new strategic direction, SAP CoE has been integrated into the same organization as our ERP Digital Core section that works on major Scania cross-functional platforms such as D365, MS AX, CRM, and SAP.


As an IT Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the seamless integration of systems, processes, and teams within our Scania organizations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of the project deliveries. Responsibilities


Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables, establishing clear timelines, milestones, and resource allocations.
Lead the execution, monitoring progress, and addressing challenges to ensure successful outcomes.
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and external partners, providing regular updates and insights on integration initiatives.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders, understanding their needs, expectations, and concerns, and proactively addressing them to foster trust and collaboration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, finance, and human resources, to identify integration opportunities and drive alignment across departments.
Facilitate productive meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to encourage collaboration, problem-solving, and decision-making.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, soliciting feedback from team members and stakeholders, and implementing enhancements to optimize integration processes and outcomes.



Desired Qualifications


Fluency in English, Swedish is optional.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
