I rollen som Incident Manager blir du del av ett nyetablerat Incident Management-team som hanterar större mjukvaru- och systemincidenter i ett affärskritiskt verktyg för verkstadsdrift. När systemet ligger nere påverkas verksamheten direkt, så din förmåga att säkerställa tidig upptäckt och snabb, effektiv incidentrespons är central. Du samarbetar tätt med utvecklingsteam, field quality engineers och andra nyckelintressenter för att stärka observability, förbättra övervakning och minska risken för återkommande störningar.
Dina arbetsuppgifter Du leder incidentarbetet från tidig upptäckt till lösning och tydlig kommunikation. Fokus ligger på att förbättra incidentprocesser och bygga upp robust monitorering, loggning och alerting som gör att problem fångas upp innan de blir affärskritiska. Du analyserar, prioriterar och eskalerar incidenter vid behov, driver Root Cause Analysis och Lessons Learned, samt säkerställer en trygg och professionell dialog med både interna intressenter och slutanvändare.

Etablerade och förbättrade arbetssätt för incidenthantering med tydligt fokus på monitorering och tidig detektion.


Förtydligade monitoring-krav och förbättrad observability i samarbete med utveckling och verksamhet.

Din profil
Skall-krav:

Senior erfarenhet som Incident Manager eller motsvarande roll inom större IT-/mjukvarumiljöer.


Praktisk erfarenhet av Datadog eller likvärdiga monitoreringsverktyg (t.ex. Grafana, Prometheus).


Vana av att arbeta i on-call/beredskapsrotation med 24/7-support.


Mycket god förmåga att leda incidenter end-to-end, prioritera under press och driva mot lösning.


Flytande engelska och svenska i tal och skrift.


Meriterande:

Kunskap om embedded systems i fordon eller liknande miljöer.


Bakgrund inom mjukvaruutveckling och förståelse för utvecklingsprocesser.

Personliga egenskaper

• Be involved in all the steps of the project from start to finish

 

Your profile 

This is a leardship role where you will coordinate between different stakeholders, build relationships with our production units, coach and support the team members to ensure the projects are delivered within time and with quality. It is also a social job so you should like to extend your personal network and appreciate having dialogue to best coordinate our deliveries together with other IT groups, customers, and projects. 

To be the best for us you should also: 


• Have good knowledge about Scrum and SAFe methods
• Have experience in project management models such as PPS and agile methods, preferably within the automation area
• Knowledge about SCADA systems and the automation area is beneficial
• Be fluent in English  
• Being able to travel when possible ( support projects on different sites)

Detta får du göra

Rollen som IT-projektledare med tjänsteansvar är dynamisk och spänner över flera områden. Huvuduppgiften kommer vara att, med din squad, planera och genomföra nya utvecklingsuppdrag inom ramen för vår applikationsportfölj. En viss del av rollen innebär även att vara tjänsteansvarig för ett antal befintliga BI-lösningar där underhåll/förbättringar planeras och genomförs med hjälp av din squad. Budgetarbete och ekonomisk uppföljning av projekt och serviceavtal ingår även i rollen.

För att lyckas ser vi att du har kunskap om äffärs- och verksamhetsområdet, har uppmärksamhet på detaljer, är service-minded samt hanterar feedback från både användare och squad på ett affärsmässigt och professionellt sätt.

Färdigheter och erfarenhet


• Relevant universitetsutbildning kandidatnivå eller högre
• Minst 3 års erfarenhet som IT-projektledare och/eller IT-förvaltningsledare
• God förståelse för olika tekniker och metoder för mjukvaruutveckling t.ex. Scrum
• Mycket goda kunskaper inom MS Office och JIRA
• Mycket goda kommunikativa egenskaper samt Engelska-kunskaper
• Mycket god problemlösningsförmåga

IT Project Manager

The department Order to Delivery (O2D) IT is responsible to support Production & Logistics at Scania with IT services. We are together setting the future IT landscape to support a global production system and the cooperation within the Traton Group.

The section P&L (Production & Logistics) Platforms serves as the backbone for digitalizing Production with some of our core IT deliveries.

Qualifications


• University degree
• At least 3 years of experience as project manager or leading a complex team
• A project management methodology certification such as SAFe, Scrum, PPS

Your profile

We are looking for you that are searching for new efficient ways of working, at the same time using the processes and WoW that exists. You need to like a dynamic world where agile and conventional development methods co-exist.  

You have a relevant education from the university, Certified RTE/STE, several years of experience from Agile-lean development and project management. A plus is an experience from the Scania PD process. Excellent servant leadership skills are a must to be able to work within the value stream.    

As a person, you are engaged and structured. You have your team's well-being and performance in focus and work as a servant leader to fill the gaps needed for the Solution to deliver value. With your eminent communication skills, you can easily interact with different persons in different positions within the company. You need to be comfortable with presenting and facilitating larger groups in English (written and orally).
