Om uppdraget
I rollen som Incident Manager blir du del av ett nyetablerat Incident Management-team som hanterar större mjukvaru- och systemincidenter i ett affärskritiskt verktyg för verkstadsdrift. När systemet ligger nere påverkas verksamheten direkt, så din förmåga att säkerställa tidig upptäckt och snabb, effektiv incidentrespons är central. Du samarbetar tätt med utvecklingsteam, field quality engineers och andra nyckelintressenter för att stärka observability, förbättra övervakning och minska risken för återkommande störningar.
Dina arbetsuppgifter Du leder incidentarbetet från tidig upptäckt till lösning och tydlig kommunikation. Fokus ligger på att förbättra incidentprocesser och bygga upp robust monitorering, loggning och alerting som gör att problem fångas upp innan de blir affärskritiska. Du analyserar, prioriterar och eskalerar incidenter vid behov, driver Root Cause Analysis och Lessons Learned, samt säkerställer en trygg och professionell dialog med både interna intressenter och slutanvändare.

Din profil
Skall-krav:

Senior erfarenhet som Incident Manager eller motsvarande roll inom större IT-/mjukvarumiljöer.


Praktisk erfarenhet av Datadog eller likvärdiga monitoreringsverktyg (t.ex. Grafana, Prometheus).


Vana av att arbeta i on-call/beredskapsrotation med 24/7-support.


Mycket god förmåga att leda incidenter end-to-end, prioritera under press och driva mot lösning.


Flytande engelska och svenska i tal och skrift.


Meriterande:

Kunskap om embedded systems i fordon eller liknande miljöer.


Bakgrund inom mjukvaruutveckling och förståelse för utvecklingsprocesser.

Good self-confidence and self-motivation and are curious to learn new things.
Easily adaptable to varying business needs, yet at the same time challenge the business if the requirement is not backed with a valid user story/business case.
Be fluent in English, Swedish is a plus
Being able to travel when possible (support projects on different sites)

Färdigheter och erfarenhet


• Relevant universitetsutbildning kandidatnivå eller högre

• God förståelse för olika tekniker och metoder för mjukvaruutveckling t.ex. Scrum
• Mycket goda kunskaper inom MS Office och JIRA

Your job

As a Maintenance Manager you will lead the team on an operational level to maintain, support and develop our Scania developed system, which supports the logistic organization globally. The team consists of system analysts and developers along with you.   

Together with our Product Owner and your team you will plan and work with maintenance and development. The work includes, for example, resource planning, steering, release management, and coaching. You will work closely with other Maintenance Managers responsible for other applications/systems and it’s important to work hand in hand with our customers.

Your profile

Qualifications


• University degree

You have a relevant education from the university, Certified RTE/STE, several years of experience from Agile-lean development and project management. A plus is an experience from the Scania PD process. Excellent servant leadership skills are a must to be able to work within the value stream.    

As a person, you are engaged and structured. You have your team's well-being and performance in focus and work as a servant leader to fill the gaps needed for the Solution to deliver value. With your eminent communication skills, you can easily interact with different persons in different positions within the company.
