Arbetsuppgifter
Dina huvudsakliga ansvarområden är:
- produktionsplanering & beredning
- daglig uppföljning med produktion, ordermottagning och montering

I denna roll arbetar du brett inom företaget. I rollen ingår även att leda den årliga inventeringen och lagervärderingen inför årsbokslutet.

Du har en nyckelroll med ansvar för de dagliga operativa planerings- och inköpsfrågorna där du bistår ledningen med din kompetens. Du kommer också att vara en central person i att planera och säkra komponentförsörjningen i de projektförfrågningar som företaget arbetar med.

Kvalifikationer
Vi söker dig som har/är:
- minst fem års erfarenhet av liknande arbete inom planering/inköp & beredning
- högskoleingenjörsexamen (kandidat) eller motsvarande
- en bakgrund inom planering/inköp & beredning
- hög IT-mognad med goda kunskaper i affärssystemet Monitor och Officepaketet, främst i Excel
- erfarenhet av ISO 9001 och ISO 14001
- uttrycker dig mycket väl på svenska och engelska i såväl tal som skrift

Om teamet
Gruppen ERCRS som du kommer att tillhöra består av uppdragsledare och konstruktörer. Gruppen har ansvaret att leda introduktionen av hyttrelaterade delar i vår framtida produktion i Kina och söker en uppdragsledare som vill vara en del av denna resa. Sektionen består av två grupper i Södertälje och två i Oskarshamn, anställningen kommer att vara baserad i Södertälje.





Dina arbetsuppgifter
Som uppdragsledare skapar du den bästa vägen framåt för införandet av nödvändiga komponenter genom att balansera kommande produktförändringar med den förutspådda kostnaden för dina scenarier. Du håller i arbetsmöten där du följer upp aktiviteter, fångar upp avvikelser och hittar tillsammans med tvärfunktioner vägen framåt.




Som uppdragsledare ansvarar du för att i projektform ta fram planer för införande av komponenterna och samordna de uppgifter som krävs för att nå uppsatta mål. Du planerar på både daglig basis, veckobasis samt planering 10 veckor framåt tillsammans med gruppen vid våran sprintplanering.
Du kommer att arbeta i en flexibel miljö där du har möjlighet att bygga ett brett nätverk med många olika områden inom Scania. Du har möjligheten att utveckla dina ledaregenskaper när du planerar och leder introduktionerna för de kommande åren. Du kommer också att träna din presentationsteknik när du i flera nivåer presenterar för arbetsgruppens strategier eller presenterar nuläget. Du koordinerar prov tillsammans med input från gruppens konstruktörer, provningsingenjörer och linjekonstruktörer för att säkra en kvalitativ introduktion genom att prova och verifiera våra lösningar.
För att koordinera mot rätt beslut och lösning behöver du vara kommunikativ, lyhörd samt följa upp och säkra att alla jobbar i rätt riktning samt att rätt beslut tas om vägra framåt.
Vi jobbar med alla artiklar på hytten utom elektronik och elmotorer vilket innebär att du skapar en bredd kompetens om både hytten och olika material (stål, aluminium, plast, färger, ytbehandlingar mm)

Vi söker dig som är högskoleingenjör eller civilingenjör alternativt relevant erfarenhet från liknande arbete. Är du driven, nyfiken och har förmåga att sätta din in i nya uppgifter. Har du dessutom erfarenhet från automotive inom utveckling eller produktion är detta självklart en merit men även nyutexaminerade sökande är varmt välkomna!

Your Role:
Working as a strategic purchaser you will be responsible for the development and implementation of purchasing activities throughout Scania and our Business Units. Truck Superstructure, the interesting procurement area that you will be working with has large potential in many aspects and high attention of progress. To clarify – Truck Superstructure is the body build onto the chassis to give the truck its function e.g. a box, a tipper, a crane or a refuse collector.
You will set your sourcing activities together with your internal customers, by analyzing data and having a close dialogue with purchasers in the Commercial Operations network in order to understand what is needed and where most leverage can be found.
You will negotiate commercial agreements and prices, run tenders and also be responsible for supplier quality, capacity issues, service and cost development. You will also be part of challenging and developing the way Scania works with the superstructure in the supply chain.
In this job, you will work cross-functionally with for example quality and cost engineers, technical experts and representatives from the sales organization.
Your profile
We are looking for a team player who has a high level of self-motivation. You take initiative, start activities and achieve results. You also like to be service-minded and enjoy varied tasks. Another important quality for achieving success in this role is the ability to develop and maintain a broad network of contacts, why you need to be fluent in both written and spoken English. Swedish is meritorious since several large suppliers are located in Sweden.

Dina arbetsuppgifter

Responsibilities

As an OPM, Operations Performance Manager, in our team you will be responsible for making sure the organization delivers as expected. The CCRM team, Cost- Capacity- and Risk Management, is looking for a new committed team member interested in analyzing and coordinating the most valuable data and information within the Capacity and Risk area. The work we do has a great impact on the bottom line of Scania. The CCRM team makes sure all risks, short to long term, that might have an impact on Scania’s ability to deliver on customer promises are handled in a swift and professional manner. We are currently in an intensive period with many challenges, many of them dealt with globally and often together within the Volkswagen group.

 

Responsibilities

As a capacity analyst in our team, you will be responsible for making sure the people in the organization have the right data at their fingertips and are able to make the right decisions. This means running as well as optimizing our methods and processes and leading improvement assignments. As responsible for supplier restrictions in production, you take an active role in coordinating cross-functionally and preparing the right levels of parts and components in production plans.

Focus is on proactively analyzing risks, plans and scenarios for the coming year together with Purchasing and Logistics to ensure that top management decisions are made using all available data from the supply chain. The work is carried out in close collaboration with our capacity manager and the rest of the group.

Our team consists of five experienced professionals where there is a strong team spirit and a clear “can do” mindset, especially in tricky situations. We believe in clarity and openness, strong collaboration amongst team members and the power of collective learning. As a manager I am engaging with a coaching leadership style - I strive for all the team members to be independent in their work and to take many decisions themselves.

 

You

We believe you are an engineer or business graduate with experience in material- or production planning within Scania P&L, preferably working with cross-functional supply chain activities. You express an interest in logistical and technical issues, focus on results and have a strong ability to take initiative. Further, you like to handle multiple parallel activities and have the ability to look ahead and think proactively.

You like maintaining relationships and enjoy having many contacts within different parts of the organization. As the role involves a large international network, you will need to be proficient in both written and spoken English. Swedish is an advantage as well as other language skills. Grit is a personal trait that is highly valued - despite obstacles ahead we see things through. We always do our best!

We are now looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our Global External Sourcing (GES) team. Please note that this is a 12 month fixed term contract and you can be based either in Södertälje, Sweden, Macclesfield, UK or Wilmington, US.



Business area

GES is accountable for sourcing and supply of externally manufactured products into the AstraZeneca network. We support AstraZeneca's Operations strategy by establishing supply chains and leading 200 suppliers across 40 countries.

If you enjoy working on a complex variety of activities, then this is the place for you. Try your hand at data collection and analysis, supply chain strategies, forecasting orders to meet demands and optimising operational resources.



What you'll do

The post holder will have the operational responsibility for supply from one or more suppliers and the associated customers. We are a global team, working in a high-paced environment, with strong focus on cross-functional collaboration.

The key to success is communication, and a drive to build, maintain and develop customer relations. You will be given authority to make decisions to ensure timely supply of product and lead in continuous improvement of business processes!



Responsibilities will include:

* Coordinate supply of products, in alignment with our customer's demand and agreed stock levels
* Process customer orders, raising purchase orders and receipting stock on delivery from suppliers
* Act as the primary point of contact with suppliers/customers regarding demand, supplier's ability to meet demand and day-to-day delivery plan



Essential for the role

* Excellent communication and team working skills
* Some experience in defining new processes and seeking to continuously improve existing processes
* Flexibility in being able to lead challenging priorities



Desirable for the role

* A degree or equivalent in Business, Logistics, Sciences or Engineering is preferred, or equivalent in experience
* Experience in participating in the S&OP; process
* Supply chain experience
* SAP ERP (MRP) knowledge
