Role Summary
This role is a part of TRATON Group R&D, located in Södertälje, Sweden
TRATON is driving the shift towards a more sustainable transport system on a global scale.
As an Enterprise Architect, you’ll bridge group strategy and execution across our brand organizations. You and the architect team will define target architecture, principles, and roadmaps that enable shared platforms, reuse, and faster time-to-value across countries, brands, and products.

Job Responsibilities
Support decision makers with architectural analysis of regulations, requirements and solution concepts.
Own and evolve the target architecture and capability maps.
Lead architecture governance: principles, standards, reference architectures, decision/exception process.
Ensure alignment between regulations, business goals, product and portfolios at both group and brand level.
Analyzing and communicate using and create process and information models.
Visualize and communicate complex landscapes using EA tools.


Who You Are
Proven track record establishing target architectures.
Understanding of integration patterns, API lifecycle, microservices, event-driven architectures, data/MDM, and information security.
Experience or skills of SAFe, Sparx EA, Leanix, UML and or BPMN
Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish.
You blend strategic altitude with pragmatism and simplify complexity. You create business value through standardization, reuse, and well-designed platforms—while respecting brand-specific needs.
Knowledge in cloud (AWS), integration (API/event/messaging) and/or data analytics
Experience in automotive industry is meritorious.

Your Profile
As a person you are a self-driven curious team player and have a genuine interest to understand the business from a holistic perspective. Utilising established methodologies and your influencing skills to get buy-in on what that needs to be addressed and drive change throughout the implementation phase.
We believe that you have a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering, or possess a comparable educational background. We also welcome those with demonstrated experience in business architecture. Working in the area between business and IT requires that you understand and can handle both perspectives.
You have a good level in facilitating meetings and you´re structured, pedagogic and communicative.

Your profile

To succeed in this role you may have worked as a business analyst consultant, business architect or management consultant in the interface of finance optimization and technical debt. You may have experience in leading a financial transformation before or have acquired skills as a project manager driving change and transformational issues in finance department. Perhaps you work in a business development department today and want to take the next step in your career? Your background may vary, but most importantly you have a great passion for finance and a desire of being one of the key players in driving the shift within our finance function.

We are looking for you who are a great communicator, both in English and Swedish. Are both interested in the financing challenges and opportunities the new technology creates.
