Arbetsuppgifter och ansvar Som säkerhetssamordnare med inriktning mot informationssäkerhet blir du en nyckelperson i Telge Näts nyetablerade säkerhetsenhet. Enheten ansvarar för att samordna, stödja och följa upp säkerhetsarbetet inom hela bolaget. I rollen får du ett övergripande ansvar för att samordna, driva och vidareutveckla informationssäkerhetsarbetet strategiskt och operativt i nära samarbete med säkerhetschefen och andra nyckelpersoner i organisationen.

 

Eftersom rollen är ny kommer du att vara med och forma den tillsammans med oss, och vi ser gärna att du vill växa i takt med uppdraget. Du kommer bland annat arbeta med att utveckla styrdokument, ge stöd till ledningen, följa upp rutiner och planer, säkerställa efterlevnad av relevanta regelverk som NIS2, säkerhetsskyddslagen och GDPR, samt delta i kommunens informationssäkerhetsforum. Du ansvarar även för att följa upp status, hantera incidentrapportering, medverka vid revisioner och bidra till att stärka säkerhetskulturen, både genom samordning och genom utbildningsinsatser för att höja den interna kompetensen.

Join Scania’s PSIRT (Product Security Incident Response Team) and be part of a fresh team of specialists. You will join a team of 19 competent people in 3 teams with different focus, consisting of Developers, Service Responsible, Test Engineer, Solution Architect and a Manager.

What will you do together with the team
We need help with the daily test cases and to set up test automation in the team. You will work close with the Test Engineer already working in the team. You will have different applications, at the same time you will cooperate and work together driving the test automation in the team.

The assignment consist primarily of these parts
•    Collaborate & Coordinate with the developers after the development and work together if there is any new flow needed to be tested
•    Ability to do Functionality Testing & Web application testing
•    Able to create automated test scripts for E2E and also for APIs and run those scripts in CI/CD
•    Able to do backend testing by using postman & frontend testing
•    Report bug findings in Jira and maintain Kanban board
•    Drive the test automation process together with the other Test Engineer in the team

Your experience
In order to succeed in this role, you need at least a few years of experience and knowledge of the following:
•    Creating automated test scripts for both API testing and Integration testing
•    Functional Testing & Web application testing
•    Cloud services, especially in AWS
•    Proficiency in test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright or Pytest
•    Setting up test automation environments and integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines in Gitlab
•    Being able to independently plan and execute the test automation efforts
•    Creating maintainable documentation such as roadmaps, test strategies and test reports
•    It is meritorious if you have experience with Python and JavaScript programming language

You have a degree in IT, Computer Sciences, Engineering, or equivalent experience, and are fluent in English.

What you will do

You will be working as a Cyber Security tester in the QA team to develop, maintain, and execute our  Cyber Security test suite for our connectivity unit. The test suite is performed on a bench and is mainly automated but also includes manual testing in some cases. The test suite needs to be maintained and updated, and run on every release. 

Who you are

You are an experienced software tester, preferably within embedded systems. Cyber Security knowledge is critical for this position. You are well-structured and keen on delivering high-quality and secure product. Agile development and continuous deployment are well-known and appreciated techniques to you. The Complete Vehicle Cybersecurity Test team is looking for a new team mate. The current team consists of a mix of testers with experience in automotive and IT security. The position

You will be part of a group of ambitious and enthusiastic cybersecurity testers working on a complete vehicle integration test level. The test scope for the group is the actual vehicle and all possible interfaces to the vehicle.
Your work will be hands-on, and examples of test methods are functional security tests, fuzzing tests, side-channel attacks, and vulnerability scanning. We mix structured test suites and exploratory testing. The testing will be performed on in-house-designed test rigs/platforms and real vehicles.
The group is closely collaborating with groups such as the Cybersecurity Architects, Product Security Incident Response Team, Scania Vehicles Security Operation Centre, other test groups, and developing organizations.

Your profile

Som sluttestingenjör (End-of-line test engineer) ska du säkerställa kvalitet och tillförlitlighet hos batteripaket och moduler innan de når avdelningens kunder. Som en integrerad del av produktionsprocessen kommer du att vara ansvarig för att genomföra noggranna sluttester och hjälpa till med att leverera högkvalitativa produkter som driver framtidens elektriska mobilitet.
Huvudansvarsområden
Testplanering:
Samarbeta med R&D-team för att utveckla omfattande testplaner och procedurer för sluttestning.
Definiera och anskaffa den nödvändiga testutrustningen, mätinstrument och datainsamlingssystem enligt företagets investeringsprocess.

Testutförande:
Utför rigorösa sluttester på batteripaket och moduler, enligt etablerade testplaner och procedurer.
Utför funktionella, prestanda- och säkerhetstester för att bedöma elektriska egenskaper, laddnings- och urladdningsförmåga, temperaturtolerans, spänningsreglering och övergripande tillförlitlighet.

Felsökning och problemåtgärd:
Samarbete nära med tvärfunktionella team, inklusive konstruktionsingenjörer och tekniker, för att felsöka och åtgärda eventuella problem eller fel som uppstår under testningen.

Kvalitetssäkring:
Bidra till utvecklingen och förbättringen av kvalitetskontrollprocesser och procedurer.
Samarbete med kvalitetsteamet och R&D för att säkerställa överensstämmelse med branschstandarder, kundkrav och regleringsriktlinjer.

Dokumentation och rapportering:
Upprätthåll korrekta och aktuella register över testprocedurer, resultat och eventuella ändringar som görs i testprocessen.
Förbered klara och koncisa rapporter som sammanfattar testresultat och kommunicera dem effektivt till relevanta intressenter.

Dataanalys:
Samla och analysera testdata med olika verktyg och programvarusystem.
Utvärdera resultaten mot definierade specifikationer och standarder för att identifiera avvikelser och generera omfattande testrapporter med tydliga resultat och rekommendationer.

Fortlöpande lärande:
Håll dig i framkant genom att ständigt utveckla din kunskap om batterimoduler och -paket.
Följ de senaste branschtrenderna, framstegen och de nya teknologier som rör fordonsbatterier och testmetoder.

Kravspecifikation
Utbildning:
Civilingenjör, helst inom elektroteknik eller ett relaterat område.

Erfarenhet:
Grundläggande förståelse för batteriteknik och elektriska system.
Förmåga att använda oscilloskop, multimeter och andra elektriska testinstrument för felsökning.
Erfarenhet av arbete inom industriell teknik.
Erfarenhet av CAN-kommunikation (t.ex. INCA, CANalyzer) är en fördel.
Exponering för PLC:er och HMI:er är en fördel. Likaså exponering för CATIA.
Förmåga att granska elektriska scheman.

Personliga egenskaper:
Utmärkta analytiska och problemlösningsförmågor för att identifiera problem och föreslå effektiva lösningar.
Stark uppmärksamhet på detaljer, med förmågan att arbeta noggrant.
Effektiva kommunikationsfärdigheter för samarbete med tvärfunktionella team och presentation av testresultat.
Kännedom om kvalitetskontrollprocesser och metoder för kontinuerlig förbättring.
Mycket goda kunskaper i engelska och svenska

What we do
We collaborate through an agile and cross-functional setup including TRATON, the departments Research & Development (R&D), Production, Sales & Marketing and Purchasing to develop the charging system and power distribution on our Battery Electrical Vehicles (BEV).
You belong to the Group R&D organization and be a part of the testing and verification team. Your task will be to lead the testing and troubleshooting of the charging services and integration of software on a complete vehicle level to make sure that the charging for the customer is a non-experience.

Your tasks
As a Test developer, you will be responsible for ensuring that Scania’s electrified vehicles fulfils the standard when it comes to charging and meet the necessary requirements. You will work closely with our own and other cross-functional teams to ensure that the vehicles are tested and verified.

Key responsibilities:
Develop and maintain test methods for the charging system within Scania’s electrified vehicles
Perform testing of charging functionalities in close collaboration with the development team
Ensure that Hardware and Software of the charging system work flawless with public charging stations
Work with external certification stakeholders to ensure that Scania’s electrified vehicles are certified according to the relevant standards.
Provide guidance and support R&D in analyzing charging related issues from Scania electrified vehicles
Support sales and marketing and customers with field quality issues related to charging


Qualifications:
Master or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Experience with charging communication protocols.
Experience with charging testing on vehicle level.
Experience with software testing in a complete vehicle level.
Experience with Vector tool environment (CANoe, CANalyzer).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Regarding the position
As the Senior Business IT / Requirement Analyst in the Collaboration Product Development initiative, you will be expected to work across multiple business units across R&D and IT to perform business and systems analysis activities and tasks to enable cloud-based collaboration tools and DevSecOps.
You will work directly with the Product Managers, Product Owners, Business and Solution Architects as well as other stakeholders to ensure requirements are thoroughly documented, tested, and achieved.
You should be able to gather and document the functional and non-functional requirements and perform analysis to evaluate build vs. buy.
This position requires strong collaboration and the ability to work in fast-paced multi-disciplinary environments.

What will your tasks entail
Conduct thorough research and assessment of business processes, anticipate future needs, and carry out comprehensive requirements analysis.
Collect and record both business and technical requirements using cloud-based tools such as Jira, jFrog Artifactory, Gitlab, and Confluence.
Compose and document business requirements, functional and Non-Functional requirements.
Compose specifications and user manuals, and actively participate in user acceptance testing.
Facilitate alignment between business and technical requirements, collaborating closely with pertinent stakeholders.
Undertake data analysis and investigations to address business inquiries.
Engage with key stakeholders to define business goals and determinants of success.
Ensure alignment of business processes with SAFe methodologies.

Advantageous attributes
Proficiency with tools such as JFROG Artifactory, Gitlab, Confluence and Grafana.
Demonstrates a solid grasp of the Agile development methodology and DevOps principles.
Hands-on experience in CI/CD pipelines, integration, building, and test automation for web-based platforms.
Previous involvement in Digital transformation, Software as a Service (Saas), and Cloud (AWS) initiatives

What we are looking for
At least 7 years of hands-on experience in business/systems analysis within the realm of software 1development projects. 10
Proficiency in adept problem-solving and effective management.
Outstanding communication and analytical aptitude.
Capability to craft requirement documents using methodologies like user story mapping, epics, user stories, backlog management, and acceptance criteria.
Familiarity with tools like Jira and a fundamental grasp of DevSecOps concepts (technical fundamentals).
