Our powertrain control systems play a pivotal role in the functionality, performance, and environmental footprint of our products. As part of the Engine OBD System Regulations Unit, we are tasked with setting requirements and central functionalities for diagnostics and fault management within engine and aftertreatment control systems. This includes ensuring compliance with diagnostic requirements and simplifying troubleshooting processes for our service organization. As the Competence Group Leader for OBD, you will coordinate deliveries, foster cross-functional collaboration and serve as a key liaison with our customers.

Act as the primary point of contact for our customers, both internal and external, regarding OBD development and certification-related activities. As a development engineer, you will play a key role and be central to the development process, from initial conceptual studies to final verification, when introducing new products. Your primary task will be the development of components for the oil and cooling systems. About the Role

As Process Owner, your primary mission is to maximise the value delivered by your team by guiding them in understanding and consistently delivering on customer needs. In this role, you will also develop and maintain a clear roadmap, outlining key milestones, timelines, and deliverables that support our business objectives. The Team
The team consists of 10 people, of whom 6 are women. The roles included in the team are: Process Owner, Scrum Master, global preparators and local preparators. The primary responsibility of the preparators is to prepare all new articles and products, ensuring that each production line can operate smoothly. The system the preparators are working include ERP systems as MONA-assembly and SAP, as well as our MES system EBBA. In addition, we also work within the database called OAS.
Experience and Qualifications
Education: Scania Technician, Bachelor or Master of Science degree.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in the automotive or battery industry.
Language skills: Professional level of spoken and written English is essential
Technical Knowledge: You have at least 1 year of experience in preparation. In addition, knowledge of the production systems; OAS, SAP, EBBA and MONA is meriting.

Who are we looking for?

Several years of experience within Scania/MAN/International R&D is a plus, but not required. Good communication skills and flexible leadership are vital since we are acting in a global environment with stakeholders on several continents.

We also believe that you are familiar with agile processes and have a strong customer focus, paired with a passion for technology. Together with your working group, you have the task of preventing and minimizing customer impact in the event of quality deviations in the field. Role Summary
As a Diagnostic Engineer, you will establish and develop methods and processes to create service information for workshops in China. You will need a new way of thinking in a new environment with new types of demands and prerequisites with the added complexity of combining the new with the already established systems and processes within Scania. This means that you will contribute to the development of a new service organisation for China and be a mentor.


Job Responsibilities
You will develop software and hardware troubleshooting, maintenance- and repair methods for trucks, participate in the development work in the product development stage, and act as an advocate for service information and requirements concerning serviceability. You will teach how to carry out methods and time studies that will later be described and used by Scania's mechanics in China. This means that you need to translate complex technology into easy-to-understand working methods and equipment that will be used during the product's life cycle.
As the main R&D organisation will be located in China the position requires shorter and/or longer trips to China.


Who You Are
You are a Master's engineer and have at least five years of work experience in similar tasks. The alternative is that you have longer work experience from development work in the product development process with vehicles. Product knowledge of trucks is an advantage.
You have a great interest in technology and product development, and have the ability to work both independently and in groups where your good communication skills facilitate your cross-functional work. You master Swedish and English in both speech and writing.
Good computer skills and CAD experience are prerequisites since method studies are often carried out using CAD and simulations. Knowledge about electrical vehicle system architecture and both software and hardware maintenance repair diagnostic methods is an advantage. You are also interested in developing a new organisation and want to teach others.

The design development of electrical machines and powertrains requires quick and efficient collaboration between calculation, testing and design. The growing project portfolio together with the potential within simulation enables us to further strengthen and expand our team!
The role includes close cooperation with designers and test engineers for fast design iterations and results. As a simulation engineer, you will primarily perform system-level simulations to understand the component systems performance and durability. Your primary software tool to perform 1D simulation and deliver high-quality solutions is GT Suite. GT Suite experience is therefore a pre-requisition for this role. Who You Are

Som beredare har du en central roll för att säkra störningsfria produktintroduktioner och produktförbättringar i produktion. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter är att kvalitetssäkra avdelningens processer. Detta görs genom att bl.a. arkivera, lagerlägga och optimera verktygsdetaljer. Du kommer arbeta med kontinuerliga förbättringar och säkerställer att förbättringarna genomförs enligt företagets rutiner. Modellering i CAD förekommer som en naturlig del av arbetet.

Kvalifikationer
Du är relativt nyutexaminerad högskole- eller civilingenjör, gärna med inriktning mot produktion och med erfarenhet av bearbetning. Som person är du noggrann, strukturerad och gillar ordning och reda. 
Som beredare på avdelningen ställs krav på både projektledaregenskaper och en generell teknisk kompetens. Du trivs med att ha många kontaktytor och samarbetar gärna brett för att säkerställa att så bra resultat som möjligt nås. 
Du har lätt för att både läsa och förstå ritningar och behärskar åtminstone något CAD-program, gärna CATIA. Du har dessutom god IT-vana och har inget emot att arbeta i komplexa IT-system.
Att fördjupa dig i tekniska frågeställningar är något som du drivs av. Du tar gärna egna initiativ och ställer frågor eller letar svaret på egen hand när frågeställningar uppstår.

Who You Are
To thrive in this role, you should have a master’s degree or higher in mechanical engineering, engineering physics, or a related field. Experience in mechanical testing or analytical applications of screw joints is a strong advantage, but a keen interest in developing expertise in this area is just as valuable. Familiarity with design work and Scania’s PDM systems is also highly beneficial.
We are looking for someone with strong practical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as a sharp eye for detail. Vår sektion på AFRY består av cirka 10 juniora ingenjörer som sitter i varierande uppdrag hos olika kunder, både interna och externa. Vi strävar efter att träffas i sociala sammanhang relativt ofta och fokuserar då på att ha trevligt och roligt tillsammans.


Kvalifikationer
Du har en relativt nyligen tagen civilingenjörsexamen med inslag av industriell produktion, LEAN, produktionslogistik eller liknande. Några års relevant arbetslivserfarenhet från produktionsmiljön anses vara väldigt meriterande.
Som person är du driven, självgående och en sann teamplayer. Du sätter kundens behov i fokus och är intresserad av att lära dig nya saker. Då du kommer ha flera kontaktytor har du lätt för att kommunicera med andra och räds inte för att delta i tekniska diskussioner.
Du kommer kontinuerligt lära dig och utvecklas i din roll och du ser fram emot att ta större ansvar i takt med att du bevisar din kapabilitet.

Om rollen
Som projektledare är du växellådsmonteringens representant i tvärfunktionella produktförändringsprojekt och du medverkar från koncept till industrialisering. Projektledarrollen hos oss är mycket varierande och stimulerande. Du har fokus på både helhet och detaljer och säkerställer projektleveranser för att uppnå störningsfria produktförändringar i produktion.

Role Summary
We are looking for a tribology simulation engineer for electrified and conventional powertrain applications. You will be involved in presenting the needs for tribological simulations and testing. You will collaborate closely with other tribology engineers, design engineers, test and simulation engineers.
You will perform your own models, simulations, assessments and optimizations, both on your own and in focus group and project constellations.
Your contribution will be much needed in both future technological solutions and in our current project deliveries, all from an end customer approach.

We are also specialists in tribology, involved in international projects that push the boundaries of research and innovation. We work both from our team, and within the flow agile landscape (VCT), in a local and global context with colleagues within the Scania and TRATON organization.
To maintain an efficient cooperation and innovation work, we are physically at the Scania office at least three days per week. This means that you have to live close to the Södertälje site.
Who You Are

You are a team player and will work in close cooperation with our neighbouring design teams, purchasing department, manufacturing and production units. Besides a foundation within mechanical engineering and tribology, it would be a plus if you also have experience in programming and simulation software tools.

You are eager to learn the complex relation between lubrications, friction, wear and its interaction with electrical currents in electrified drivetrains.

About the Role
This Senior Project Manager role is a new position within the Packaging Department. As a Senior Project Manager within our team, you will be managing Packaging strategic cross-functional and cross-brand projects. One major initiative for which you will be the project manager is the Traton common packaging assortment. This will include development and selection of new common physical packaging, common brand/supplier criteria, common systems, governance, execution within the brands, and overall change management.

Your Profile and Qualifications
The ideal candidate has a university degree (business area orientation desired) with a minimum 5-8 years of project management experience in cross-cultural, cross-brand, and/or cross-cultural projects. Experience within logistics and/or production strongly desired.

You are also excellent in communications, fluent in English, and have strong interpersonal skills working with all levels of stakeholders. Communication skills in Swedish, German, and/or Portuguese is a plus. You are detail oriented, self-motivated, skilled in problem identification and resolution, and transparent.
The position will require some domestic and international travel.

Our section is responsible for the electrical system and the drivers area installation in the Scania bus and coach chassis. We are divided in four groups, three of the groups responsible for electrical system design and one group responsible for drivers area design.
Your Role
Your role will be to lead the group designing the high voltage electrical system in Scania battery electrified buses. The responsibility includes installation and design of electrical components related to the propulsion, batteries and charging.
Besides being in an electrification transformation journey our organisation have recently transformed towards an agile, SAFe way of working. Your team is part of a VCT (ART) responsible for the e-propulsion bus installations. You will together with other managers and leaders take an active part in developing this VCT, coaching the team members searching for more efficiency in the agile work environment.
As a group manager you will also be part of KNRE section management team where you will be leading the section together with the other managers.
