Responsibilities
Secure the connection between the global Scania strategy and the digital roadmap of the Trucks organisation
Own and refine Trucks' digital vision, ambition and budget and keep the portfolio of digital initiatives vital, relevant and anchored

Life-long Mapping and Localization

Lifelong mapping system that can facilitate the long-term deployment of autonomous vehicles in changing environments. This is a crucial area of research, and your contributions will be integral to the success of this technology.

As part of this project, you will have the opportunity to investigate innovative approaches that can identify changes in the information contained in HD maps based on the vehicle's sensory observations. What you will do

Together with me and the product owners you will be leading the daily stand-up meetings to plan and organize the projects and work ahead. In the Battery management system we develop state of charge, state of health, thermal runaway, emergency switch off and isolation measurement to mention some of the core functions and services we work with. All developers work with software requirements, implementation and tests for our modules where the tests can be performed both in simulation and in trucks or busses.

Our System is moving towards ISO26262 certification, so the team is also responsible for following the process and producing necessary documentation.

What you'll do

As a Data Business Analyst - Focus Data Cataloguing, Master Data Management (MDM) and Reference Data Management (RDM) you will be part of our Global Data Team in Operations IT.

* You will help drive the implementation of our Data Catalogue within Operations in collaboration with PMs, BA's and business users. Currently we are using Collibra and Talend.
* You will collaborate with our Sr Data BA's to craft the roll out of data cataloguing, defining the roles who will implement the different activities
* Connect into our Enterprise Data Catalogue Platform team to design the approach of adding Operations Data Products into the Platform.
* Collaborate with our Sr Data BA's and Solutions Architects to define the future technology strategy for MDM. Capturing Master Data, Reference Data and Meta Data governance across our system landscape - current technology in use for SAP, is SAP MDG.

About the role

As the Best Practice & Adoption Manager you will report into the Social, Communications and Engagement Lead. Your mission will be to ensure effective levels of awareness, competence and adoption for our ETS tools, services & processes across the business, by working closely with BTG (Business Technology Groups) and Business Stakeholders to assess need and plan uplift in relevant areas. * Collaborate with the ETS Service Improvement Manager to use SIP plans and roadmaps for visibility of new and changed services and processes. Work closely with Site IT Managers or IT Regional Technical Leads to ensure that these are understood and regularly communicated.
* Work with the IT Service Management community, mainly across IT Service & Experience, Workplace & Enterprise Services, and IGNITE groups to have a detailed understanding of roadmap activities to support business engagement, communication and deployment projects.
* Together with the IT Training Team agree and document the functionally aligned quarterly account plans for delivery.
* Work with new demand as well as influence correct selection process or AZ investment of appropriate collaboration tools in liaison with Service Manager and Site IT where global tools will not suffice.

What you'll need

To succeed in this role we see that you are experienced in leading change within a customer facing environment. You have solid stakeholder management, communication and relationship building skills with capability to raise customer concerns. You are confident and comfortable in presenting, facilitating and negotiating around technology choices and deployment activities with multinational teams.

You'll also need:

* Experience of Service Management and ITIL Foundation Level trained.

Your Assignment

You will lead our awesome IT team that has the responsibility to secure that we have the right IT solutions and digital tools to support the production of Battery packs and Cable harnesses. The team consists today 9 coworkers and will grow during next year.

As a IT manager for Battery production are you responsible for IT strategy, roadmap, and budget. You are a part of the battery production management, advising in IT questions and taking responsibility for all IT activities within the unit.

You will partner with Senior Business Partners/Business Partners to ensure the quality of business cases, oversee business process design and ensure that proposed solutions meet established AstraZeneca quality and compliance standards, and customer experience needs. As the manager for the team, you operate with a high level of interactive communication to set clear direction for others, demonstrating high levels of inclusion and cultural sensitivity. In addition, you will lead and mentor other Business Analysts to develop their skills, drive consistent ways of working across our organization and share best practices in relevant communities of practice. You will also assess the workload across the team to best execute projects depending on prioritizations set, staff capabilities and aspiration. You will also be part of the OpsIT Sweden region leadership team and work closely with peer leaders to drive innovative change while maintaining the right IT system functionality.

The role holder will mainly master and drive:

* As part of the Sweden regional IT leadership team set the strategic direction and tactical priorities for the region
* Line manage your direct reports and ensure objectives and development plans are established and pursued, while ensuring a great place to work
* Work with other Regional Leadership teams, as well as other region/site stakeholders and Business Process Owners to propose and deliver solutions to achieve agreed outcomes
* As the application system owner strategically plan for system enhancements and overall life cycle management and ensure that current technologies are fully exploited for business benefit.
* Collaborate with colleagues across IT and across other functions to identify the capabilities required to ensure project and work packages can be delivered
* Hands on leadership, planning, coordination, and delivery of projects across functions or internationally in own dedicated field
* Lead or contribute in standardizing, continuously improving and developing our business processes
