About the role
As Product Analyst you will be a key member in the Solution planning team, working in a dynamic, exciting and global cross-functional environment.

Early on, your role is to support our Product Planning Managers in analytical and investigative activities. This means that you will be working very broadly in many different product areas. Primarily you will analyse the commercial effects of possible product development decisions. Also you will lead many investigations for short term product demands. Your analyses will allow the Product Planning Managers to make well founded decisions.

As you develop in the role you also take on delegated responsibility for parts of the Product Planning Managers’ portfolios. The aim is to have a steep learning curve into the Trucks organization.

Summary of responsibilities
Analyse and conclude commercial effects of different product development decisions
Formulate product demands in such ways that R&D can initiate development work with a clear understanding of the benefit for the customer and for Scania
Identify, analyze and understand the global potential of the inflow of customer demands
Develop decision making material to allow for the right prioritization and the right scoping of product development work
Develop and coordinate the detailing of the long term volume demands – i.e. break down of the corporate volume targets
Over time, assume a delegated role as Product Planning Manager, taking ownership of parts of their portfolios

Scania's Content Management department is their primary media organization, dedicated to acquiring, storing, and supporting high-quality content for Scania's communicators and employees worldwide. As they continue to expand their digital presence and enhance their Content Management Systems, they are now seeking a new colleague in Content Management Support.

In this role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of Scania's media database architecture. Simultaneously, you will work as user support for their systems managing media content. Work description
In the role as Implementation Manager, you will lead assignments to implement our sales and presales tools cross the Scania world. Profile
We are looking for a new senior colleague preferably with experience of working with our sales tools or order systems e.g. Sales Portal, ETEL Back Office, CAVA, IACOB or COW. Experience from presales work is a great advantage. For the right profile, high potential, we can consider less experience with the aim to grow into the role. Required are analytical skills, a structured approach and the understanding of how the small details affect the bigger picture. You have good communication skills and like to work cross functional.


You are persuasive and finds it easy to argue your case and win the respect of others. You work well under pressure and deals with stress in a constructive way, maintaining good humour despite pressure and setbacks. As a person you are a curious “doer” and problem solving comes natural to you.


An academic degree in business, engineering or equivalent is required as well as being fluent in English. A second or third language is a merit. Customer behaviour will most likely change with the entry into the electrified transport systems. The customer will probably not accept to drive 30-40 km to a workshop to have the maintenance done an then back the same way. We need to adapt this and be prepared to go to the customers instead, and to charge the vehicles during the workshop visit as well.

Are you the service-minded E mobility Facility Manager we are looking for?

As a E-mobility Facility Manager you will take an active part in developing everything that is related to our facilities when it comes to E-mobility needs. There will be close cooperation with the equipment side, looking at maintenance, service, repair and charging solutions.

Likewise close cooperation with the Vehicle sales side and Purchasing when it comes to “Fast charging” at our facilities. New standards in these areas need to be defined and set. Designs needs and size options to be prepared for the Scania network. There will also be a close cooperation with the network development side, looking into power grid infrastructure etc.

About the team

The Scania Commercial Real Estate team has the global responsibility to develop, produce, implement and maintain the owned facilities in the Scania network. It is all about creating the optimal environment for fulfilling the Scania customers’ expectations.

From the initial searches of suitable land, scaling the facility according to present and future volumes, securing the correct materials and equipment to delivering a turn-key facility to our network.

A facility suitable for the needs for the business, providing accurate, efficient repairs, timely deliveries and making sure everything is done in a sustainable way.

There will be some amount of travel included in the role. You will report to the Head of Franchise management & Commercial real estate and of course to the various project forums, where involved.

• Contribute with facility development for the new services concepts and supporting processes linked to them
• Take responsibility for the whole value chain, from concept development, test it in the market to the start of full global implementation

Work description

As a Market Coordinator within the Sales department, you have a key role in develop Power Solutions’ growth and secure our long term position as a sustainable partner.

In this role, you will work closely with the Key Account Managers supporting our global OEM customers together with a cross-functional dedicated team. Your role is to develop the partnership with the customer while coordinating activities such as product specifications and perform analysis of volume, profitability and price. Many of the tasks are carried out in direct contact with the OEM customer and in close collaboration with the local Scania Business Units.

The role holds a unique opportunity to get sales experience working internationally with Scania’s end-customers from a Head Office perspective. As a Market Coordinator you will also support the business in general with improvement projects securing the future success of Power Solutions. You will report to the Vice President, Sales.

 

Your profile

We believe that you are business and people oriented, enjoy working in an multi-cultural international environment and a team-player who gets motivated by building strong relationships.

You are well-organized, driven, analytical, have good communication skills and can represent your organisation in different settings. Most likely you have a business or technical university degree or equivalent experience and master English in a fluent way.

Work description
The mission of the regional sales organization is to develop the bus and coach business in close cooperation with our distributors. We are responsible for sales volume, market share and profitability as well as for the marketed range of products and activities to develop the business.

As Market Coordinator you will play a central role as the key person for administrative work to support sales, systems and you will be involved in a wide range of activities to increase our support to the markets.

On a regular basis, and in close cooperation with the Head of Sales, Area Managers and the markets in the region you will be involved in projects and activities such as vehicle invoicing, sales administration processes/improvements, backup support on offer reviews, forecasting and follow-up of results.

You will also manage specific tasks like customer/business unit visits on a case by case basis. You will represent KBAE on specific meetings and participate in KB level projects. There is a well-functioning network of market coordinators at KB with a weekly pulse and idea exchange meeting.

Profile
You are an structured team player, self motivated with a strong drive to contribute to developing our business. You have a solid business administration interest and enjoy working with sales support systems/tools.

Most likely you have a commercial or technical degree. Previous work in sales administration or a similar business support activity is a plus. You master English in a fluent way and you are preferably already familiar with Scania and the products we sell.
