Vem är du?

Krav:
Flerårig eftergymnasial utbildning inom kommunikationsvetenskap eller utbildning som vi bedömer likvärdig.
Minst 3 års dokumenterad erfarenhet som kommunikatör med både strategiska och operativa uppdrag. inom en eller flera politiskt styrda organisationer de senaste 6 åren.
Flerårig erfarenhet av att arbeta med mediakontakter, både proaktivt och reaktivt.
Erfarenhet av foto, film och bildredigering i yrket som kommunikatör.
Erfarenhet av att publicera på webb och sociala medier.

I rollen som pressansvarig ansvarar du för att planera, samordna och genomföra pressarbete i nära samverkan med verksamhetsansvariga, chefer och medarbetare. Uppdraget omfattar både långsiktigt strategiskt kommunikationsarbete och daglig operativ hantering av press- och mediafrågor. Du fungerar som kontaktpunkt gentemot media och arbetar aktivt för att skapa förtroende, transparens och tydliga budskap i komplexa frågor.
Du stöttar chefer, medarbetare och förtroendevalda i mediakontakter, håller medieutbildningar och kan vid särskilda behov agera talesperson i media. Arbetet innebär även produktion av text och bild för interna och externa kanaler samt uppföljning och analys av mediesynlighet.
Dina arbetsuppgifter omfattar bland annat:

Dina arbetsuppgifter

Som kommunikatör för Samhällsbyggnadskontoret får du kommunicera om allt från bostadsbyggande och trafikfrågor till utveckling av offentliga platser som parker, lekplatser och torg. Du bidrar också till att kommunicera hur vi bygger ett hållbart samhälle på lång sikt. Dessa ämnen engagerar både invånare, näringsliv och andra intressenter utanför Södertälje, vilket gör arbetet både stimulerande och meningsfullt.

Rollsammanfattning

Arbetsuppgifter
Du ansvarar för att identifiera, förklara och kommunicera det unika värde som Scanias produkter och tjänster ger våra kunder.
Du utforskar djupt för att förstå kundens behov och smärtpunkter. Du håller dig före konkurrensen genom att övervaka och analysera marknaden. Du omvandlar dina insikter till effektfulla värdeerbjudanden och försäljningspresentationer. Tillsammans med Visualisation Engineers skapar du engagerande visualiseringar som förstärker det budskap du vill förmedla. Eftersom detta uppdrag är ett nytt uppdrag inom Scania kommer du också att vara djupt involverad i att bygga ansvarsområdet som sådant; allt från vilken nivå av innehåll vi ska leverera, vilka processer vi ska använda och vilka digitala gränssnitt/system vi behöver för att skapa material som är lättillgängligt för försäljningsorganisationen, såväl som för slutkunden. Role Summary
Scania’s service organisation is looking for an experienced marketing specialist who excels at conveying information, news, and ideas. This individual will help us develop how and what we communicate regarding our service portfolio, ensuring premium marketing and communication of our services towards Scania’s customers.

Who You Are

What’s the opportunity?
This is a temporary position, starting as soon as possible ending December 31, 2025. As a Corporate Communications Specialist, you are part of the Corporate Communications team. It’s the team that drives internal and external communications for Scania Group.
This is a senior role that entails that you, actively and on your own initiative, work with and analyses Scania’s corporate communications opportunities. The role will take responsibility for significant corporate communications assignments, especially driven by the Sustainability, Public Affairs agenda, and TRATON integration communications for Scania. This role is often tasked with special assignments from the executive management and other Corp Comms stakeholders and occasionally acts as a press contact. It is a role that requires you to speak and write English proficiently.
In addition, this role will support the stream leader in the Communications department for the ramp-up of communications relating to Scania’s increased presence in China. As such it coordinates the strategic and tactical global communications on the topic.
The team is based at the Head Office in Södertälje outside Stockholm.
What will you be doing?
• Planning and preparing communications activities
• Acting as the communications lead for assignments, events, and partnerships, such as sustainability-events, facilitating dialogue also with other companies involved

Kvalitetsansvar

* Är ansvarig för kvaliteten som kommunikationsavdelningen levererar till bolaget.
* Samordnar och säkerställer att bolagens kommunikation är samordnad med övriga bolag inom koncernen och att kommunikationen är i linje med koncernens övergripande mål, strategier och policyer.

Your role

The role
The Communication Project Manager will be leading global marketing and editorial communication assignments. This includes setting communication strategies, developing creative ideas in close cooperation with an advertising agency, and creating final communication campaigns and assets together with a production manager in the team. The role includes Scania stakeholder presentations and negotiations at management level and assignments can be of both small, medium, and large sizes. What’s the opportunity?

As a Corporate Communications Manager, you are part of the Corporate Communications team that drives internal and external communications for Scania Group. The team is based at the Head Office in Södertälje outside Stockholm. In this role, you will be part of the team’s efforts to support Scania’s corporate objectives through communications in a broad set of strategic corporate communication initiatives.

You will have an extra focus on financial and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) communication in close cooperation with Scania’s Sustainability and Finance functions and the rest of the Communication department. Other important interfaces include Accounting, Treasury, Purchasing and Risk, and Compliance and Marketing Communications. As Scania is driving the sustainability agenda within our owner Group TRATON, the development of Scania’s ESG Communication will also be done in alignment with colleagues across the Group. This role requires an active self-starter with a passion for creating impactful, relevant, strategic transmedia communication.

What will you be doing?

Support Scania’s corporate objectives through strategic communication. For example: 


• Drive and develop Scania’s Annual and Sustainability Report and quarterly financial reporting in light of frameworks, regulations, and Scania’s own ambition.
• Plan and prepare significant corporate communications projects, driven by the needs of corporate communications’ stakeholders.
• Develop and drive Scania’s ESG communication for an engaging, storytelling ESG transmedia communication that helps tell the holistic Scania story for relevant stakeholders.
• Plan and prepare activities as the communications to lead for projects that showcase progress on Scania’s sustainability commitments, “Science Based Targets progress report” and “Green bond impact report” for example.
• Act as an advisor to colleagues in the global Scania family and the Traton Group in ESG-related communication.

Så här säger Teresa Palmquist, rekryterande chef, om rollen: Som projektledare på kommunikationsavdelningen arbetar du nära koncernens bolag och stöttar dem med att både strategiskt planera och operativt genomföra kommunikationsinsatser (interna och externa i flera kanaler). Du ansvarar för att ta fram kommunikations- och aktivitetsplaner och arbetar både strategiskt och proaktivt. Arbetsuppgifter och ansvar I denna roll kommer du att vara fokuserad på ett större bolag inom koncernen eller flera mindre. The role

What you will do

• Continuous follow-up of the Communication activity plan and its objectives with key stakeholders (Communications Management team, regions and markets, People and Culture among others).

What’s the opportunity?

As a Corporate Communications Specialist, you are part of the Corporate Communications team. It’s the team that drives internal and external communications for Scania Group.

This is a senior role that entails that you actively and on your own initiative to work with and analyse Scania’s corporate communications. The role will take communications project management responsibility of significant corporate communications projects, especially driven by the Sustainability and Public Affairs agenda. The position will also work with the activation of strategic topics and key partnerships such as the CEO Alliance and the Pathways Coalition. This role is often tasked with special assignments from the executive management and other Corp Comms stakeholders. It is a role that you both speak and write Swedish and English proficiently.

In addition, this role will be the stream leader in the entire Communications department for the ramp-up of communications relating to Scania’s increased presence in China. As such it coordinates the strategic and tactical global communications on the topic.

The team is based at the Head Office in Södertälje outside Stockholm.

 

What will you be doing?


• Planning and preparing communications activities
• Acting as the communications lead for projects, events, and partnerships, such as sustainability-events, the CEO Alliance and Pathways coalition, facilitating dialogue also with other companies involved
• Supporting Scania spokespersons

The role

The AEM Specialist is responsible for securing an on-brand experience on scania.com and for setting digital strategies in various global initiatives as well as hands-on work in AEM. We are now looking for a dedicated and skilled Communications Manager to join our Swedish Corporate Affairs team. This role is initially a 12 months assignment and is located in Södertälje, Sweden.



The Role

The Communications Manager will be part of a diverse Corporate Affairs team responsible not only for Sweden and the Nordics, but also manages the company's Global Sustainability Communications and directly supports our Global Chairman. The role reports to the Director of Corporate Internal Communications Sweden & Global Sustainability, but will work closely together with the entire team.



In the past 18 months we have all learnt a lot about new ways of working, and we see a need to find and finetune the right balance in the "new normal" going forward. This role will play an essential part of those processes and will play a central part within the area of change communications. The main responsibilities will be to:



* Act as Communications Manager for our new Sweden Biomanufacturing Centre (SBC), both internally and externally
* Support our Campus organisation in Södertälje with communications expertise on larger projects, these may also have bearing on the wider Sweden organisation including our R&D center in Gothenburg
* Contribute as communications and transformation expert on Transforming Health Care Delivery in the Nordic marketing company.



Essential for the role

Minimum of University degree or similar, preferably within communications, business administration or equivalent. Any technical or scientific capabilities will be considered beneficial. Ideally you have also worked in a larger company for some time.



You should have at least 3-5 years of practical experience in the field of change communications and that you have a clear understanding of the importance of structure and understanding of change processes. Former experience from the pharmaceutical industry or another highly regulated sector is an advantage.



Excellent communication skills and full proficiency in Swedish and English is critical for this role. Additional languages will be considered an asset, as well as sharp writing, presentation skills and omnichannel experience.



It is essential to have a keen interest in and understanding for how your hands-on work actually delivers strategic value. We are interested in a doer that get energy from running multiple projects at the same time and drive these forward in a timely and structured way.

As this is a collaborative role you are a communicative team player with a proven track record of achieving results in cross-functional teams.

• coordination and execution on existing and future digital growth initiatives
• you will coordinate and manage development and implementation of new and emerging digital marketing initiatives
