We are an awesome team consisting of Product Owners and Business Analysts for Testing Enablement. Since we have just moved into Traton R&D we are forming a value flow for Testing Enablement within Traton R&D and the VCF GSDE (Value Creation Flow Global Solution Development Enablement). The competence area we need to strengthen is within business architecture; we need a person with knowledge about business architecture, business-, and process development, information modelling and physical testing processes within an R&D environment.
Job Responsibilities
Your role will be to lead and guide the organisation in how to set new business architecture and processes together with stakeholders from all over TRATON
Safeguard the long-term solution development in balance with opportunities by defining design concepts within Testing Enablement
Responsible for architecture that supports the business direction within Testing Enablement, and if necessary, to coordinate between teams to achieve this
Develop and communicate a shared technical and architectural direction and structure to ensure that the developed technical solutions are fit for their intended purpose
Empowering the architectural runway
Guarding the modularisation principles
Responsible for ensuring adequate information, both for the flow and for cross functional stakeholders at flow ceremonies
Producing the necessary documentation for stakeholders and committees using several different methods
Lead and/or facilitate Workshops and Design Sprints

Who You Are
You are a doer that gets things done and makes vague assignments clear. Important is that you can work both as a team player as well as independently. You aim to get customers engaged and create close collaboration between them and your team. You are a good leader with a habit to document as well as being communicative both visually and verbally. You are naturally interested in people and you love sharing your knowledge with others.
You have solid experience of and are passionate about business architecture in a changing environment. You have thorough knowledge of methods and tools for business- and process development and information modelling, lean agile ways of working, business and IT, as well as a keen interest in AI.
We believe you have the ability to continuously adapt to changes and new inputs while not straying from your vision and goals. In the development of new processes, you contribute with structure when it is temporarily lacking. Previous skills in modularisation are preferred.
Fluency in Swedish and English is mandatory. Knowledge in German is a plus. We believe you have a university degree and more than seven years of work experience.

Dina arbetsuppgifter

- Informationssäkerhet och lagstiftning: För HR- avdelningen bevaka och kommunicera lagar, avtal och förändringar inom området tex informationssäkerhetslagar/ förordningar och risk- och sårbarhetsanalyser för HR-systemområdet.
- Kvalitetssäkring: av HR- avdelningens system samt vara kontaktytan mellan HR och IT-avdelningen.

Vem är du?

Dina arbetsuppgifter
Du hjälper elever och kollegor med de vardagliga IT-frågorna såsom tex problem med inloggning och enklare felsökningar.
Du handhar in- och utlämning av teknik till kollegor och elever samt alla förekommande arbetsuppgifter kring service och reparationer av olika enheter. Du är behjälplig vid problem med teknik i klassrummen och frågor kring skrivare.
Du handhar dokumentation över skolans hårdvara där det framgår vem som tilldelats respektive enhet, hur många år av leasing enheterna har, vilka serviceavtal som gäller för respektive enhet, behov av återlämning/inköp av hårdvara.
Stöttar elever och kollegor med tillgång till licenser bland annat via Skolon, Apple School Manager med mera.
 
Vem är du?
Som person är du är genuint intresserad av IT och teknik.  Du förstår vikten av att IT och tekniska frågor fungerar så bra som möjligt för att skolans kärnverksamhet ska fungera väl. Du är självständig och har en god förmåga för att skapa struktur och ordning. Vidare så anpassar du dig naturligt efter ändrade omständigheter och ser inte uppkomna problem som hinder utan som utmaningar du vill hitta lösningar på. Du har lätt för att skapa goda relationer och samverka med elever, vårdnadshavare, kollegor samt skolledningen. Krav:
- Du är mycket kunnig inom IT och har ett stort tekniskt intresse samt en god administrativ förmåga.
- Du har ett praktiskt handlag och en god fysik då arbetet kan kräva en del tunga lyft.
- Du har god förmåga att uttrycka dig i tal och skrift på svenska samt att kommunicera med elever, vårdnadshavare och kollegor på ett sätt där du tar ansvar för budskapet och att mottagaren förstår vad du menar.
- B-körkort

The focus is on daily maintenance, based on requests coming from Scania business. Requests can be for single updates or mass updates. En dag på jobbet

What will you do?

In this opportunity, you will establish a commercial vehicle charging service across Europe to allow electrified transport operations across the continent. Your role

We have exiting initiatives ongoing to put Knowledge Graphs in the center of information integration both internal at Scania and outwards towards our partners. Our use of the Knowledge Graphs create a digital thread that spans all aspects of product development, production, sales and service. As the level of integration towards the graph increase, so does the need for creating ontologies that allow for easy admission of more systems, functions and information areas. Therefore, we are improving our capability to manage ontologies through an ontology architect.

In your role you will create processes and improve our tools that allow for more parts of Scania to start using knowledge graphs. You are able to create these ontologies yourself - and will often do so, but the aim is to allow for ontology self service to scale the capability across the organisation.

You will bridge the knowledge we have in our existing information model, and our existing ways of working - and the new methods and techniques made available through our information integration solutions - to make sure that we keep what we already have when moving to the future.

There will be extensive interaction with both technicians and business users to make sure both perspectives are considered. Your interest spans operational as well an analytical needs. To make sure that we get the right decisions and that they are used and usable in our development projects, you will be involved in both decisionboards and projects, as well as our user trainings. In short - you will be at the centre of many of our activities for making this transition happen.

You have a strong background within information modelling and architectural work within the data area, with an agile mindset and hands on approach to develop and drive the data and information agenda forward.

Your Assignment

You will lead the awesome IT team that has the responsibility to secure that we have the right digital tools to support the production of BEV vehicles. Your main focus will be on ME (Battery production) and MS (Final Assembly) units in Södertälje.

Since the ambition is high and the timeline is short will this put high demands on you and your team to work close with the units and the ongoing projects. It is crucial to understand the ambitions and align  expectations on the deliverables.

Your new challenge

We need a Service Manager with high collaboration skills. With your broad knowledge and skills within the MS Dynamics modules (Finance, SCM and CRM) and with the emphasis on the D365 solution you will add value to the customers by securing that we do things in a broad Scania perspective by guiding, steering and actively be a part in different initiatives. You will also have the overall support responsibility for the AX solutions and the coordination with the Managed Service provider.

The main tasks in this strategic role are:


• Responsible for market communication and coordination for all support and maintenance related.
• Handling of escalations and action plans
• Secure a well-functioning support flow for established and upcoming markets and products
• ISV management including responsible for forums and communication
• Follow up and act on statistics/trends.

In this role you will also contribute to:


• Increase service to the market by participating in improvement activities
• Develop support process (automation, pro-activeness)
• Improve ISV management and license management
• Collaboration between Dynamics and SAP (synergies)

Your profile

Our expectation is to meet a person with passion, curiosity and determination with high level of empathy and a business oriented mindset. You have proven experience from Service management, and know-how of the importance of working together in high performance teams. Your stakeholder management skills are very good as you are expected to handle multiple business relations as well as coordinating several IT service delivery organizations to support your business. You’ll be developing a wide network of contacts both within and outside of Sweden, therefore you need to be proficient in written and spoken Swedish and English. To be successful in this role you will enjoy working in a global evolving, strongly dynamic environment.

Problem solving, meeting tight deadlines and achieving results are as critical as strong relationship skills to continue the work with business and IT as one. High skills and experience in D365 (and AX2009 and AX2012) are a pre-requisite to taking on this role. It is also a plus if you have experience working with ISV’s.

What You Will Do

Your primary task is to lead the design and planning of the implementation of IT/automation solutions to support the Chassis assembly unit project. To achieve this must you work closely with the other areas of the project, making sure that we have a good understanding of the needs and important milestones. Within China, the program will also support the general IT project to secure complete delivery.

 

In this role situated in Södertälje, the primary tasks will be:  


• Project management as a sub-project manager
• Coordinating IT activities within the Chassis project and with other projects within the China program
• Gathering business needs and translating the need to action
• Investigate and prepare decisions for different IT and automation solutions
• Create a plan on how to deliver the needed solution  

Your profile

You have been working on production investment projects, implementing new production equipment and assembly lines. In these projects have you worked with securing that we implement the right IT and automation solutions. You have knowledge and experience that supports you in taking the right decisions to secure the timeline as well as the quality of the technical deliveries. You have experience of the assembly process at Scania. 

We believe that you have a degree within the field of IT and that you have worked in the area for over 5 years. Moreover that you have a proven track record as a professional, both in terms of leading projects but also in terms of handling complex IT/automation projects with positive results, with insight into MES/SCADA systems.

Moreover, you are driven, with a clear sight for the long-term goal and a problem-solving attitude. You are structured and can lead people around you towards a common goal. You have the ability to create and maintain relationships in complex environments without any prestige. You are flexible with an attitude that enables you to cope with changing tasks and moving targets.

Your responsibilities 

As a Application Team Lead in Product Development IT, you work on the edge between business and technology and will lead a newly formed support team. Du kommer ha möten med verksamheterna och samtal om deras verksamhetskritiska behov. I en kommun, som gör nästan allt, blir variationen på frågorna mycket stor. Det ena samtalet kan handla om att planera för hur smarta device och datorer ska kunna fungera ändå smidigare till hemtjänstens personal, det andra samtalet kan handla om hur ärendehanteringssystemet kan förändras för att möta goda idéer från den senaste kundenkäten.
Du kommer träffa våra leverantörer. Det är möten som behöver vara kreativa och målinriktade. Det kommer handla om de ändringar som leverantörerna planerar i de tjänster vi köper men också om din plan för hur tjänsterna ska förändras över tid för att möta de behov du fångat upp.

Vem är du? 
Krav
Du har arbetat på kundsidan i en outsourcad miljö i minst 5 år med ansvar för utveckling och förvaltning av verksamhetskritiska IT-tjänster med fokus på användarnära IT. Du har ansvarat i minst 2 år för ITSM-system. Du kan ha varit på leverantörssidan och agerat som tjänsteansvarig, product owner, förvaltare eller liknande gentemot större kunder. Det är självklart att du har haft roller där ett nära samarbete med verksamheterna är avgörande och där du arbetat med behovsfångst och långsiktig planering. Du måste ha en nyanserad syn på förekommande förvaltningsmodeller. Till sist måste du kunna genomföra produktiva möten om tjänster och teknik på engelska med våra leverantörer.
Meriterande
Det är meriterande om du jobbat som tjänsteansvarig i större organisation (minst 3000 IT-användare spridda över många arbetsställen) där inslaget av tjänsteköp varit högt. Ditt ansvar går lättare att ta om du har erfarenhet av ITIL och agila arbetssätt samt om du arbetat som projektledare eller projektbeställare och har erfarenhet av etablerade projektmodeller. Vi ser gärna att du har en avslutad högskoleexamen inom relevant område.

Job Description
You will have the full responsibility for the services x86 compute & VMware virtualization. Ensuring high quality of delivery and meeting customer needs with the right technical services in a changing environment. To achieve this you drive the development and implementation of technical roadmaps, based on a close dialogue with customers, infra personnel and suppliers. You are supported in this endeavour by a team of technical experts as well as our IT architect. Main Responsibilities

• Creating, maintaining and executing our technical roadmap
• Proposing developments and improvements of our existing services and technologies
• Developing a beneficial dialogue with customers, IT personnel, suppliers and other VW brands
• Financial ownership and control, securing investment funds and forecasts, tracking invoices and ordering cost allocations, performing financial follow up
• Driving the purchase process, from quotation through installation to decommission

Du är givetvis nyfiken och intresserad av att ständigt öka dina egna färdigheter, liksom att hjälpa teammedlemmarna att öka deras. Att vara en lagspelare är viktigt. • Driva och förbättra utvecklingsprocessen för dina team med utvecklare och testare.
• Följa upp leveransområdet som helhet och vidta proaktiva åtgärder.
• Arbeta med utlokaliserade utvecklingsteam i Indien samt i Sverige.
• Tillsammans med övriga teamledare inom MES-området verka för att förbättra och implementera gemensamma metoder och arbetssätt.
• Röja hinder åt utvecklingsteamen så de kan jobba på i en bra takt.
• Förmedla kontakter från andra team inom Scania för att utvecklingsarbetet ska flyta på.

Din profil

Du har sannolikt en universitetsexamen inom IT och arbetar kanske redan idag som Scrum Master eller Agil projektledare där mycket av din framgång bygger på engagemang, glädje och samarbetsvilja.
