Förvaltningsledare till HR-enheten
På HR-avdelningen i Södertälje kommun jobbar ett fyrtiotal personer med att ge stöd i arbetsgivarfrågor till kommunens alla verksamheter. HR-avdelningen har högt ställda ambitioner och vi gillar att ligga steget före! Nu söker vi en Förvaltningsledare som vill vara med att utveckla HR-avdelningen i en omvälvande tid. Dina arbetsuppgifter
I rollen som Förvaltningsledare ansvarar du för att utveckla och förvalta de IT- lösningar och processer som stöder HR-avdelningens arbete och Södertälje kommuns övergripande mål. Du kommer ha en central roll i att säkerställa att våra system är effektiva och uppfyller både verksamhetens behov och gällande lagstiftning. 
Dina arbetsuppgifter omfattar bland annat:
- Förvaltningsplaner och samordning: vara den för HR- avdelningen som deltar i och samordnar förvaltningsplaner och förändringsarbeten kring system och IT, samt aktivt medverka i projekt inom digitalisering och förvaltningsaktiviteter.
- Systemutveckling och förbättring: Driva och leda systemutvecklingsfrågor för avdelningen och bidra till synergier och synliggöra systemberoenden.
- Informationssäkerhet och lagstiftning: För HR- avdelningen bevaka och kommunicera lagar, avtal och förändringar inom området tex informationssäkerhetslagar/ förordningar och risk- och sårbarhetsanalyser för HR-systemområdet.
- Kvalitetssäkring: av HR- avdelningens system samt vara kontaktytan mellan HR och IT-avdelningen.
- Processutveckling och effektivisering: Arbeta med att kartlägga och effektivisera flöden inom HR- system samt utveckla området data/ utdata.
 
Vem är du?
Vi söker dig som har en bakgrund inom IT och systemutveckling, gärna med erfarenhet från offentlig sektor eller större organisationer. Du har erfarenhet av att jobba både operativt och strategiskt samt har en god förståelse för hur HR-processer och IT-system samverkar.

Krav:
- Akademisk utbildning inom IT, teknik eller annan relevant utbildning.

- Erfarenhet av upphandlingar och leverantörsstyrning där kompetens inom IT- området krävs.
- Erfarenhet av att arbeta med HR-system och IT-processer som stödjer HR-funktioner.
- Kunskaper inom förvaltningsstyrningsmodeller som PM3 eller liknande.
- Kunskaper i ITIL eller liknande IT-styrningsmodell.
Meriterande:
- Erfarenhet av dokumentation av krav, rutiner och systemstöd.
- Erfarenhet av att samordna projekt och förändringsarbeten.

Within IEB we are looking for two talented SAP Data Stewards to our project who can contribute to the success of the IEB program.

The IEB Program Office (PMO) is established as a central capability - with the responsibility to deliver on all PMO processes. Amongst others, that includes securing ways of working across process areas and cross workstreams. Furthermore, establish and maintain a common toolbox for program management tasks and deliver on several areas that lie within the responsibility of the IEB PMO.

As an IEB data steward, you will work operationally, with daily master data maintenance and support of the master data in the Scania IEB SAP solution. This work is organized in a team of individuals having a domain responsibility. This is a key role in order to ensure smoothly running processes and a good data quality on the SAP platform. The focus is on daily maintenance, based on requests coming from Scania business. Requests can be for single updates or mass updates. You will as well act on approved Master Data quality initiatives (typically coming from Scania Information Domain Councils), in collaboration with Scania information owners and information responsibles to execute mass data loads and updates, improve data quality and to safeguard data quality. 

The type of activities that you will drive and contribute to are exemplified by;


• Maintain Master Data records; to perform CRUD (create, read, update, delete) operations, with speed throughout the entire Master Data lifecycle.
• Enrich Master Data records with local/global data.

En dag på jobbet
Du inleder dagen med att kontrollera så att vår nätverk fungerar som de sk. Om något inte är okej fixar du det själv eller felanmäler vid behov. Fram till tio är du sedan upptagen med att hjälpa elever med deras problem i vårt 1-1-system som vi har från årskurs 4 till 9. Fram till lunch felanmäler du de datorer som behöver felanmälas till vår underleverantör. Den pedagogiska lunchen tillbringar du i samtal med några elever i årskurs åtta. Efter lunchen har du en lektion i netikett och IT-säkerhet med en klass i årskurs 6 följt av ett möte med specialpedagoger och administrativ chef i hur vi ska utveckla den digitala miljön i skolan. Som avslutning på dagen skickar du iväg en mindre beställning på kablage som du behöver för inför den uppdatering av några klassrum som planerats till nästkommande vecka.
Generellt har du omväxlande arbetsuppgifter med snabba omställningar beroende på vad som händer i skolan. Du arbetar tillsammans med så väl kollegor inom det administrativa arbetslaget som lärare och elever. Många arbetsuppgifter får du från din närmaste chef, men mycket i jobbet kräver eget initiativ.

Your Assignment

You will lead the awesome IT team that has the responsibility to secure that we have the right digital tools to support the production of BEV vehicles. Your main focus will be on ME (Battery production) and MS (Final Assembly) units in Södertälje.

Since the ambition is high and the timeline is short will this put high demands on you and your team to work close with the units and the ongoing projects. It is crucial to understand the ambitions and align  expectations on the deliverables.

The coming year will there be high focus on the implementing projects but it is also important to secure that we will have the right support level to the present operations.

We need a Service Manager with high collaboration skills. Assignment

Krav
Du har arbetat på kundsidan i en outsourcad miljö i minst 5 år med ansvar för utveckling och förvaltning av verksamhetskritiska IT-tjänster med fokus på användarnära IT. Du har ansvarat i minst 2 år för ITSM-system. Du kan ha varit på leverantörssidan och agerat som tjänsteansvarig, product owner, förvaltare eller liknande gentemot större kunder. Det är självklart att du har haft roller där ett nära samarbete med verksamheterna är avgörande och där du arbetat med behovsfångst och långsiktig planering. Du måste ha en nyanserad syn på förekommande förvaltningsmodeller. Till sist måste du kunna genomföra produktiva möten om tjänster och teknik på engelska med våra leverantörer.
Meriterande
Det är meriterande om du jobbat som tjänsteansvarig i större organisation (minst 3000 IT-användare spridda över många arbetsställen) där inslaget av tjänsteköp varit högt. Ditt ansvar går lättare att ta om du har erfarenhet av ITIL och agila arbetssätt samt om du arbetat som projektledare eller projektbeställare och har erfarenhet av etablerade projektmodeller. Main Responsibilities

• Creating, maintaining and executing our technical roadmap
• Proposing developments and improvements of our existing services and technologies
• Developing a beneficial dialogue with customers, IT personnel, suppliers and other VW brands
• Financial ownership and control, securing investment funds and forecasts, tracking invoices and ordering cost allocations, performing financial follow up
• Driving the purchase process, from quotation through installation to decommission
• Responsible for maintaining valid and updated agreements for the products and services
• Measure and follow up relevant KPI’s from a quality, delivery precision and costs perspective
• Create and present service material and decision points for Scania management
• Assume other service related responsibilities on a case-to-case basis when needed
• Business trips may occur to meet with customers, vendor events and other VW brands

Profile
You probably have a degree in IT, complemented with a couple of years of working experience. You have a high capacity for handling situations demanding different mindset and actions of you. Driving tasks ranging from the strategic into the administrative, as well as leading situations ranging from the technical into the social. During previous work experiences you have used these abilities to bring together people, technology and organisation, and in doing so successfully delivered on demand. You’ve succeed also because you are structured, positively driven and flexible, adept at leading others and maintains a healthy network of contacts inside and outside of Scania.

Dina arbetsuppgifter

Tillsammans med ditt team ansvarar du för att samtliga utvecklingsuppdrag blir genomförda med kvalitet och enligt kundens kortsiktiga och långsiktiga behov. Ditt team består av flera delgrupper och har leveransgränssnitt mot flera implementationsprojekt som pågår parallellt. I korthet innebär det följande;


• Arbeta nära Scanias produktionsverksamhet och förstå hur den fungerar och vad den behöver.
• Fördela och följ upp genomförandet av utvecklingsuppdrag mellan utlokaliserade team och interna resurser.
• Leda och kompetensutveckla utvecklingsteam inom systemplattformen Apriso som är ett MES.
• Driva och förbättra utvecklingsprocessen för dina team med utvecklare och testare.
• Följa upp leveransområdet som helhet och vidta proaktiva åtgärder.
• Arbeta med utlokaliserade utvecklingsteam i Indien samt i Sverige.
• Tillsammans med övriga teamledare inom MES-området verka för att förbättra och implementera gemensamma metoder och arbetssätt.
• Röja hinder åt utvecklingsteamen så de kan jobba på i en bra takt.
• Förmedla kontakter från andra team inom Scania för att utvecklingsarbetet ska flyta på.

Din profil

Du har sannolikt en universitetsexamen inom IT och arbetar kanske redan idag som Scrum Master eller Agil projektledare där mycket av din framgång bygger på engagemang, glädje och samarbetsvilja. Med ett coachande förhållningssätt, vilja och mod leder du utvecklingsarbetet och skapar goda förutsättningar för gruppens framgångar liksom individens fortsatta växande.

Din förmåga att göra det svåra enkelt, inspirera och övertyga i din utmärkta kommunikation gör att du är en uppskattad samarbetspartner bland kund- och användarkontakter. Då uttrycker dig väl i både tal och skrift på såväl svenska som på engelska.

Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av att arbeta som utvecklare.
