Som Inköpsansvarig ansvarar du för att stödja verksamheten i frågor gällande inköp- och outsourcing. Tjänsten är relativt ny hos oss varpå det finns möjlighet att vara med och utveckla den. Du kommer vara anställd av Volkswagen Finans Sverige, men arbetar löpande tillsammans med inköpsavdelningen på vårt systerbolag Volkswagen Group. Du kommer att arbeta företagsövergripande med varierande och utvecklande arbetsuppgifter och få ett brett kontaktnät i hela den svenska Volkswagen-koncernen.

I rollen kommer du att bland annat ansvara för att:


• Gemensamt med uppdragsgivaren ansvara för att avtal upphandlas i enlighet med gällande inköps- och outsourcingspolicy.
• Initiera upphandlingar och sammanställa underlag.
• Söka leverantörer lämpliga för kommande upphandlingar.
• Följa upp och informera om VW-gruppens inköpsrutiner och oputsourcingrutiner, processer samt de anpassningar som gjorts för svenska förutsättningar.
• Riskanalyser i samband med nya Outsourcingprocesser samt kontinuerlig uppföljning av dessa.
• Kontinuerligt bidra till utveckling av processer och IT-stöd.

Vi söker dig med relevant eftergymnatsialutbildning inom inköp och eller logistik. Eftersom du kommer ha egna ansvarsområden som du själv driver och utvecklar behöver du ha minst 4-5 års erfarenhet av liknande roll. Vi ser gärna att du har erfarenhet av förhandlingar och om du även har erfarenhet av att arbeta med offentlig upphandling är meriterande.

Som Inköpsansvarig hos oss behöver du ha förmåga att arbeta strukturerat och självgående i processer och med administrativa delar. Du har förmåga att se hellheter och att koordinera flöden. Därutöver har du ett kommersiellt intresse och drivs av att göra bra affärer för våra verksamheter. Du kommunicerar på ett tydligt sätt, anpassar dig efter mottagaren och säkerställer att budskapet når fram. Du har lätt att anpassa dig efter ändrade omständigheter genom att snabbt ändra ditt synsätt och förhållningssätt och du ser möjligheter i förändringar.

Du har god kommunikativ förmåga, såväl skriftligt som muntligt, i både svenska och engelska.

About the position
Perido is looking for a Sourcing Manager to our client, a global giant within the vehicle industry. The position is placed in Södertälje, just south of Stockholm and you’ll be able to work from distance three days a week.
Your daily tasks
As a Sourcing Manager you will be responsible for driving purchasing activities and procurement of parts which are needed, in this case engine components. General Information

We are looking for a Commodity Lead within the purchasing department Cab & Electronics (SC). You will be responsible for the coordination of purchasing activities across our commodity department. You manage a small team focusing to reaching our sustainability targets as well as other pre-defined targets together with our cross functions.

My name is Johan Mandell and I have been working within the area of purchasing for 15 years, mainly within Scania Purchasing but I also spent 3 years in the construction sector. Hays Specialist Recruitment is now looking to hire a Supplier Manager to join the Global External Sourcing team for a 12-month contract assignment at AstraZeneca in Södertälje.

Global External Sourcing (GES) is a sourcing and supply organization with over 200 suppliers across 40 countries. We support AstraZeneca's Operations strategy by establishing supply chains and managing suppliers across the world.

GES plays a key role in ensuring the external supply chains are robust and deliver value to AstraZeneca through driving continuous improvement. We also deliver new product introduction through external supply. We play a pivotal role in integrating companies and products that AstraZeneca acquires and bring innovation through supply chain, for example with market access programs.

We are now looking for a Supplier Manager to join our Supplier Management Team within GES. We have one exciting opportunity, a temporary position (12 months).
Location of the role is Södertälje, Sweden.

The role
As a Supplier Manager you are accountable for the performance, budgets and relationship management of the external supplier that functions as a virtual site within the wider GES supply network. In collaboration with your colleagues and suppliers ensure timely delivery of high-quality products to the customers. The role involves leading change and continuous improvement programs with our internal and external partners .

As the responsible of a total portfolio of projects and products for a set of suppliers, you ensure that performance and delivery are assured both on an operational and strategic level. This means resolving issues, secure compliance, optimizing business performance and develop future improvement opportunities.

Further, you develop strong relationships with the supplier and act as the key contact and first point of contact for all escalations.

Essential requirements

* Degree or equivalent professional qualification and/or Experience of manufacturing and supply chain management and driving performance and improvements
* Stakeholder management and ability to demonstrate a range of influencing techniques in a customer facing role
* Understanding of quality principles and GMP requirements
* Sound financial skills and budget management
* Experience of identifying, implementing and managing business metrics
* Fluent in English

* Line or matrix management experience
* Change management
* Previous supplier management experience or external service provision
* Process management experience

Your duties

In the role as Senior Project Purchaser for Electric Actuators you are a key person within the team and department, responsible for optimization of new components in terms of Cost, Quality, Timeline and Technology.

You are a role model in creating business opportunities and managing projects, and also act as a mentor and teacher to your surroundings.

You lead the discussion with the suppliers all the way from concept development until start of production and work with request for quotations, technical discussions, cost analysis, order placement and industrialization.

The work gives a great opportunity to work with new technology and commercial strategies as you challenge Scania R&D and suppliers to optimize our technical roadmap. You will also build a broad network cross functionally together with representatives from Product Development, Quality, Production, Logistics and After Sales.

 

Your profile

We are looking for someone who is commercial, result oriented, has strong ability to take initiative, are able to

handle multiple open cases and at the same time look ahead and think strategically, as well as good presentation skills. You are good at maintaining relationships and enjoy having many contacts both internally and with our suppliers, and you take initiative to share knowledge and guide your colleagues. We expect you to be an engineer with several years’ experience within purchasing or engineering, preferable in the automotive industry and electric actuation. As the role involves a large international network and travel, you will need to be proficient in both written and spoken English. Other language skills are an advantage.
