Uppdrag och kompetenskrav
Enheten för Vara- och tjänsteupphandlingar består av fem upphandlare med olika kategorier inom varor och tjänster som möjliggör våra kunders kärnverksamhet. Dessutom ingår tre inköpskoordinatorer och en enhetschef. Teamet präglas av erfarenhet, samarbete och en kultur där vi stödjer varandra och utvecklar våra arbetssätt tillsammans enligt Lean – i linje med andra team inom Telge Inköp.

Som senior upphandlare hos oss leder du och genomför upphandlingar självständigt – från behovsanalys och strategi till genomförande och uppföljning. Du arbetar nära våra kunder, som består av både kommunala verksamheter och kommunala bolag, och tar en tydlig rådgivande roll genom hela processen. Du kommer primärt att genomföra upphandlingar inom kategorin Utbildning/Rekrytering/HR, men eftersom vi arbetar kategorigemensamt stöttar vi varandra i teamet över gränserna.

 Exempel på arbetsuppgifter:


• Genomföra behovs- och marknadsanalyser samt ta fram upphandlingsstrategier och affärsupplägg.
• Leda och strukturera upphandlingsprojekt, inklusive framtagning av upphandlingsdokument, anbudsutvärdering samt avtalsskrivning och kvalitetssäkring.
• Utveckla samarbeten och agera rådgivande stöd till våra kunder i inköps- och upphandlingsfrågor.

Vi söker dig som har en relevant akademisk examen, en genomförd YH?utbildning inom inköp eller motsvarande kunskaper som ger dig en solid grund för rollen. Du har flera års erfarenhet av varu? och tjänsteinköp eller offentlig upphandling och vi ser det som en självklarhet att du är mycket kunnig inom LOU. Som person arbetar du strukturerat, är analytisk och resultatorienterad, och du trivs i en roll där noggrannhet, ansvarstagande och samarbete är centralt.


Det är meriterande om du även har erfarenhet av exempelvis:


• Inköp eller upphandling från näringsliv eller offentlig sektor
• Försäljning inom offentlig sektor eller näringsliv
• Projektledning
• Affärsmässighet eller digitaliseringsarbete

In the role of Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing Sheet Metal parts belonging to new Projects. You will play an important role in crucial cross-functional projects within Scania. You will also get a chance to work closely with colleagues from other brands within Traton, like MAN & Navistar, as well as with colleagues across continents in Brazil, Europe & China. • Automotive Procurement experience for about 3 or 4 years with Sheet Metal parts, and you have a good track record both on a commercial and technical level.
• Skill to drive complex technical projects and long-term strategies.
• Source Suppliers, Negotiate and Follow-up Project Development along with suppliers.
• Passionate about doing business, a strong negotiator, and enjoy learning about technology and the business of the suppliers.

Om rollen
I rollen som Junior inköpare kommer du att stötta inköpsorganisationen i både utvecklingsprojekt och den löpande verksamheten. Du arbetar nära Sourcing Managers och tvärfunktionella team.

In this role as a Sourcing Manager you will be responsible for steering wheel, seats, windows and beds. The current sourcing manager is going on maternity leave in June. It is segments with high volume value, complex design and it will require strategic, interpersonal, technical and commercial competence in this role.

**Arbetsuppgifter:**

**Kvalifikationer:**
- Minst 3 års erfarenhet av inköp, helst inom verktygs- eller byggbranschen.
- God förhandlingsförmåga och erfarenhet av att förhandla med internationella leverantörer.
- Starka analytiska färdigheter och erfarenhet av marknadsanalyser.
- Erfarenhet av att arbeta med inköpssystem och affärssystem (t.ex. Fortnox, eller liknande).
- God kommunikationsförmåga och förmåga att bygga långsiktiga relationer.
- Flytande svenska och engelska i både tal och skrift.

The Role
As Sourcing Manager within Inbound you will be commercially responsible for the European flows together with three other colleagues.You are responsible to establish and coordinate the sourcing strategies for Scania in close cooperation with other brands within the TRATON Group Purchasing. The role

Within Purchasing you will work closely with our sister group in Commodity Purchasing, who are responsible for purchasing of parts in serial production, as well as with Supplier Quality, to develop and execute material group and supplier strategies. This setup is usually called 3-ring. We also collaborate with our sister brands in X-rings, by leading certain sourcing cases to overall Traton Group, aligning on supplier strategies globally.
In your daily work you will negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers, coordinate and align activities closely with cross-functions, propose and nominate new business to suppliers on Scania decision forums, ensuring projects milestones and targets are met and then work closely with the suppliers throughout the implementation in production. You will take lead in managing and negotiation design changes after nomination to secure the right cost level for project introductions to keep Scania competitive in a disruptive market environment.

Vi driver ofta stora upphandlingsprojekt där alla eller flera av våra kunder deltar. 

 

Inom bolaget förväntas vi hjälpa varandra med upphandlingar inom andra områden än de man själv ansvarar för. Vi arbetar med kategoristyrning som leveransmodell. Det innebär bland annat att vi arbetar med operativa/taktiska och strategiska upphandlingar. Cost Management is a function within Scania Procurement that works with cost analyses and cost calculations from early phase of projects and development and continue during the long life of the parts.

Cost Engineer is creating a theoretical process for manufacturing of an article or component containing all the parameters that a physical process contains.

The role

Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sourcing Manager at Scania Group located in Södertälje, with flexibility for remote work. You will join the procurement team for Electronics and Software.
As Sourcing Manager, you will drive the business for defined category, develop supplier and material group strategies and will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as supplier relationship management, contract and price negotiations, conducting market research, and analyzing supplier performance. The Sourcing Manager will also collaborate with internal stakeholders and other brands and regions within the TRATON Group to ensure a stable TQDCS performance by our suppliers.
Qualifications
Min. 2 years’ relevant experience in Procurement.
Collaboration – Ability to work independently and as part of a team with cross-functions and other brands & regions of the TRATON group.
Cultural awareness – Sensitivity to cultural differences when dealing with international suppliers or stakeholders, promoting respect and understanding in global business interactions.
Strategic thinking – capacity do develop and execute strategic plans with organizational objectives.

Your Responsibilities:

Strong collaboration with the central purchasing team and local business units is a necessity.

Given the diverse range of products manufactured by our suppliers, it's beneficial to have a technical background and a fundamental understanding of production processes like welding, painting, and assembly.
This knowledge will enable you to effectively identify potential issues.
