The Business Intelligence and Analytics Team is a multi-disciplinary team, centred around data and customer insights. Arbetsuppgifter och ansvar Som fastighets- och IT-chef på Tom Tits Experiment ansvarar du för både förvaltning och utveckling av våra lokaler, där du fungerar som en viktig länk till fastighetsägaren, Telge Fastigheter samt med kommunens IT-enhet. Du initierar och leder förbättringar och utvecklingsprojekt samt har chefsansvar för vaktmästeriet med tre medarbetare. Rollen innefattar även samarbete med externa leverantörer och entreprenörer, samt ett strategiskt och operativt IT-ansvar i nära samverkan med koncernens IT-avdelning. Du rapporterar till ekonomi- och enhetschef för verksamhetsstöd och ingår i den nystartade enheten för verksamhetsstöd.

 

Tjänsten är en tillsvidareanställning på heltid, med tillträde snarast möjligt. Vi tillämpar provanställning på sex månader.

Vår önskelista För rollen som Fastighets- och IT-chef söker vi dig som har en utbildning inom fastighetsförvaltning, alternativt en högskoleutbildning med inriktning mot IT och/eller fastighetsfrågor. Erfarenhet som antingen fastighetsförvaltare, fastighetschef, projektchef eller IT-chef är ett krav. Vi ser gärna att du har ett starkt intresse för fastighetsutveckling och gedigen kunskap om IT-frågor. I rollen är ledaregenskaper avgörande, och du behöver vara flexibel, trygg, målmedveten, pedagogisk och servicemedveten.

 

Rollen kräver B-körkort samt goda IT-kunskaper, och du behöver kunna kommunicera obehindrat på både svenska och engelska.

 

Plus i kanten Chefserfarenhet och vana från arbete i en bolagskoncern är meriterande, liksom en projektledarutbildning. Erfarenhet inom miljö- och hållbarhetsarbete samt upphandling är också värdefullt för tjänsten, och händighet och teknisk kompetens ses som en fördel.

Your Role
We are on a transformation journey where we are transforming the network platforms (Firewalls, DDOS, Load Balancer, etc.) to improve the security and services offered to Scania. Som operativ IT-chef har du två ansvarsområden där du dels ansvarar för att leda en grupp om 10 medarbetare som tillsammans med våra strategiska leverantörer förser alla kunder inom hela kommunkoncernen. Scania is currently in the midst of an multi-year People & Culture transformation including implementing our first-ever global HR system and system of record, which will become the core system for all HR-processes globally.

Your tasks

You will be responsible for the creation and development of the HR data management and Data Quality function and build and lead a team of HR Data professionals. You are also creating and maintaining the HR data definitions, standards, and policies. Establishing and managing the data governance processes as applicable to the policies, procedures, SOPs, data dictionary, business glossary, data standards including allowed values demands you to handle many tasks at once.

You will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on HR Data projects and manage the HR Data scope on IT projects. In the role, you are designing, innovating, and delivering efficient HR Data solutions in partnership with the impacted business units/functions and IT. This is also a strategic role and your task is to connect HR data with strategic initiatives and participate with global data and analytics strategy teams.

The cooperation with the functional ERP Process Owners has the purpose to ensure that high-quality HR Data is available for consumption by business processes. Your?profile? 

You have a Master/Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Business, Data Analytics, HR or related field.

You are an experienced global leader with significant work experience and demonstrated successes, attained with a minimum of 10 years of progressive responsibility and you have a strong functional HR process and practice acumen with a technical aptitude.

You have a proven track record working with data management principles and GDPR. Knowledgeable in both incremental system upgrades and large scale implementations, preferably with SAP-based systems.

You have experience within process re-engineering, improvement, and development.

It is a merit to have experience in managing HR programs and processes within an HR system, for example setting up employee life cycle processes, developing HR data flow requirements for system-to-system communications and working closely with IT to define functional HR requirements for data interfaces.

Sektionen CAD/vPDM, ansvarar för strategi, metoder och verktyg för den virtuella beskrivningen av Scanias produkter,?samt utbildning för CAD/PDM.  

Sektionens har även att ett ägarskap och ansvar för Scanias vPDM-plattform som idag består av verktygen CATIA/ENOVIA V5, 3DEXPERIENCE,?Saber?och?Delmia.  

I denna roll kommer du att ansvara för arbetet för en grupp med kravanalyteriker och verksamhetsarkitekter. Ett ansvarsområde för denna grupp är MBD – Model Based Definition, vilket innebär skapande av ett 3D-underlag hos en konstruktionsgrupp som sedan följer artikeln genom hela dess resa nedströms mot produktion och leverantörer. Inom MBD jobbar vi tvärs över hela Industrial Operations, då underlagen används både inom R&D, P&L och inköp.  

Inom sektionen pågår även ett stort arbete med att ersätta den befintliga plattformen med en ny som snabbar upp och digitaliserar vår produktutveckling. Exempelvis möjliggör detta en digital tvilling och mer digital provning. 

Det som görs inom sektionen kommer släppa loss helt nya möjligheter för Scania och möjliggör arbete med partners och brands inom Traton samt leverantörer på ett helt nytt sätt. 

Då en av våra gruppchefer nu går vidare till nya utmaningar söker vi nu en ny chef för detta spännande och viktiga område.

Vi är totalt sett tre grupper inom sektionen.

Vi söker som sagt var två chefer till våra CAD/vPDM-grupper, som hjälper oss realisera våra viktiga och spännande mål. På grupperna jobbar kravanalytiker, produktägare, verksamhetsarkitekter, metodansvarig, leverantörsansvarig samt utbildningsansvarig. Sektionen jobbar i nära samarbete med grupper inom IT för att tillsammans leverera en IT-plattform som idag har över 10 000 användare. Vi är mogna i det agila arbetssättet men behöver fortsätta att förbättra det.

Vi söker en gruppchef till funktionen Enterprise Network Services. Gruppen ansvarar globalt för våra nätverkslösningar i form av WAN, lastbalanserar, proxy och brandväggar. Inom ansvarsområdet ligger också olika nätverkssäkerhetslösningar.

Dina arbetsuppgifter


• Du motiverar och leder ett ambitiöst och kompetent team som tillsammans med dig vill utveckla och optimera våra lösningar över dess livscykel
• Du är delaktig och aktiv i ledningsgruppsarbetet inom sektionen ”Base Infrastructure” och medverkar till att vi gemensamt utvecklar våra arbets- och affärsprocesser.
• Du ansvarar för gruppens kostnadsbudget, leveransförmåga och kompetensutveckling för att säkra leveranserna
• Inom ansvarsområdet så samarbetar du och gruppen i vår globala organisation men också tillsammans med våra kollegor inom Volkswagen Group.

Din profil

För att trivas hos oss ska du ha en positiv, framåtsträvande och tillitsfull inställning till att leda team. Du har en bred, dokumenterad IT-kunskap med tidigare erfarenhet som chef. Intresse av eller erfarenhet av nätverk, nätverkslösningar eller IT-infrastruktur. Har du erfarenhet från moln, systemutveckling och eventuellt manage service är det meriterande.

Som person har du ett tydligt och engagerande ledarskap, som genom positivt driv och kreativitet jobbar tillsammans med ditt team och kollegor mot våra gemensamma mål. Du vågar ta obekväma beslut och känner dig trygg i chefsrollen. Du trivs med att samarbeta och ser förändringar och din egen utveckling som en del av framtiden.

Arbetsuppgifter
Vi söker en Gruppchef till en nyinrättad del av vår IT-avdelning bestående av utvecklare och testare, en grupp på ca 30 personer. Du får chansen att genom rekryteringar av rätt resurser och införande av rätt metoder och verktyg skapa en effektiv organisation bestående av testare och utvecklare i en blandning av anställda och konsulter för nyutveckling och förvaltning av våra IT-system. Vår IT-miljö består idag av en ren Windows-miljö. men målet är att inom kort utveckla lösningar som är mer plattformsoberoende och kan ligga i en Cloud-miljö, primärt AWS.

Som Gruppchef för utvecklingsgruppen är en viktig del av dina arbetsuppgifter att rekrytera och allokera rätt resurser till förvaltningsgrupper och projekt. Du ska också tillsammans med vår arkitektgrupp och grupp för applikationshantering säkerställa att utvecklingen sker på ett modernt, säkert och effektivt sätt. Kvalifikationer

Du har god kännedom av utveckling av molnlösningar och hur man utvecklar säkra IT-system. Rollen ställer krav på några års erfarenhet av att leda utvecklingsteam och ett utbyggt nätverk inom branschen. Du har god kommunikativ förmåga, såväl skriftligt som muntligt, i både svenska och engelska och är bra på att skapa och upprätthålla struktur samtidigt som du kan och vill driva förändringar.

Som Gruppchef behöver du leda, motivera och förse dina medarbetare med befogenheter som krävs för att effektivt nå gemensamma mål. Du är noggrann och väl medveten om mål och kvalitét. För att lyckas i rollen förstår du och tillämpar affärsprinciper och ha god analytisk problemlösningsförmåga.
