Vi på Perido söker en Application Specialist till vår kund. Företaget är en världsledande leverantör av transportlösningar och tillsammans med partners och kunder driver de omställningen till ett hållbart transportsystem. Tjänsten är placerad på vår kunds stora huvudkontor i Södertälje där teamet i dagsläget jobbar enligt ett hybridupplägg med två dagar på plats på kontoret.
Dina arbetsuppgifter
I rollen som Application Specialist kommer du arbeta med att optimera konfigurationen av kundens förmånsportal och applikation. Syftet är att designa och konfigurera användarupplevelsen på ett sätt som hjälper kundens chefer och medarbetare och förenklar deras vardag. Du kommer huvudsakligen att arbeta i plattformen Benify, vilket är en portal för medarbetarförmåner, samt i systemet MXP, vilket är ett system för att hantera reseräkningar.
Dina egenskaper
Vi söker en person som har goda kunskaper gällande HR-system och kan hantera stora mängder data, men även gå in djupt i enskilda fall för att hitta root causes till datafel. Du är noggrann, detaljorienterad och anpassningsbar i en bransch där saker kan ändras snabbt. Givetvis är du även tekniskt orienterad och har gedigen kunskap om applikationer från ett businessperspektiv. Har du dessutom tidigare erfarenhet av systemet Benify, och av MXP är det optimalt.

Responsibilities

As an Azure developer and Azure Platform Integration Specialist you will participate in Application life cycle management of Integration solutions, develop, build, configure, unit test, analysis, and solution architecture design. You need to ensure that solutions meet requirements outlined in the design documentation and also its reviewed and fully documented before the release.

Qualifications

We are looking for a person with experience from Microsoft Dynamics CRM/D365 CE with a great interest in integration and a passion to break down complex integration challenges into simple designs and solutions that can be maintained efficiently. You will also define cloud architecture to successfully meet the strategic needs of the company, which includes advisory about best practices in Azure, and significant areas like networking, security, and costs.

As a person you are a true team player with a positive attitude. You dare to question, you have great communication skills, are open and transparent with a curious mindset and you share knowledge and information with your colleagues.

To succeed you have:


• Knowledge of C#, .Net, Web API, MVC
• Experience in integration development- API driven, Microservices oriented, file-based integration and handling transformations.

• Experience on the Azure platform and resources – Service bus, Data lake, API Management, Azure Data Factory, Key Vault Management, etc

• You have a good ability to analyse and understand the business's challenges and requirements and can translate that into a long-term and cost-effective IT solution.

• You must be able to create effective documentation.
• You must have experience in integrated systems where Dynamics CRM/D365 CE is connected to other LOB systems.

At Scania Academy we are transforming the learning landscape for all our employees. Our group Digital Learning and Production is responsible for maintaining and developing a portfolio of digital tools and methods. Our job is to create user-centric online trainings that are more than a digital substitute. Our team is also responsible for different learning platforms such as LinkedIn Learning and others. We support the Scania organisation in the digital transformation where the learning happens in every organization, group and employee.

Your Responsibility
As a Digital Learning producer you will work in close collaboration with others with planning and producing digital learning content.
The work includes tasks such as learning design, script work, production in various authoring tools, film and sound recording as well as editing digital learning material. Elements of project management will also be a part of your job and you will need to plan and time estimate your productions together with a Learning Consultant.

Some examples:




• Have knowledge of systems for distribution, hosting, administration and follow-up of the solutions
• Quality assure, evaluate and follow-up digital learning
• Promote the use of new learning methods and digital tools
• Train/coach customers in; “doing themselves” with the usage of digital tools and methods
• Support in design and implementation of technical initiatives within learning

Most importantly, as a Digital Learning Producer, your aim is to make a difference on the competence journey; through production of modern and user friendly learning modules with motivating content that reaches out, touches, engages and changes.

Experience and skills 
As a Digital Learning Producer most importantly is your adaptability, your willingness and that you enjoy to produce learning modules. We believe you have an interest, work experience and/or educational background creating content in different formats and in areas similar to communication, pedagogic and/or HR.

Most importantly you are passionate about creating/producing media content/learning modules in a pedagogical way, both when it comes to  the actual developing and producing but also having the focus on the relevance of the message.

The actual tools and methods we use, we know you can learn but of course it is a great benefit if you have a demonstrated experience in working with learning tools such as i.e. Articulate 360, Adobe premiere, Adobe Photoshopor similar. Qualifications


• You have a relevant university degree or equivalent experience and we are looking for you who have between 5-10 years of experience as an application specialist Microsoft Dynamics CRM/ D365 CE. Responsibilities

As an Azure developer and Azure Platform Integration Specialist you will participate in Application life cycle management of Integration solutions, develop, build, configure, unit test, analysis, and solution architecture design. You need to ensure that solutions meet requirements outlined in the design documentation and also its reviewed and fully documented before the release.

Qualifications

We are looking for a person with experience from Microsoft Dynamics CRM/D365 CE with a great interest in integration and a passion to break down complex integration challenges into simple designs and solutions that can be maintained efficiently. You will also define cloud architecture to successfully meet the strategic needs of the company, which includes advisory about best practices in Azure, and significant areas like networking, security, and costs.

Erfarenhet av liknande arbete är inte ett krav utan viktigare är att du har ett stort intresse och en grundläggande förståelse för områden som t.ex. kodning och databashantering. Rollen innefattar upprättande av dokumentation och att följa rutiner, därför är det viktigt att du tycker om den typen av arbete och kan göra detta väl på både svenska och engelska.

Om tjänsten
Du kommer bli en del av ett SAP-team som idag består av 4 personer. Tillsammans ansvarar ni för reservdelslogistiken på företaget. Arbetet innebär bland annat
- Monitorering i SAP
- Hantering av ärenden i ärendehanteringssystemet
- Felanalyser
- Felanmälningar till extern IT-support
- Genomförande av planerade uppdrag
- Deltagande i projekt

På sikt kommer du få möjlighet att delta i beredskapsarbetet.

Vem är du?
Du som söker har erfarenhet av arbete i SAP - gärna Material Management, Sales & Distribution eller Warehouse Management. Du har erfarenhet som till exempel superuser / key user / applikationsansvarig inom SAP. Du har utmärkta kunskaper i Office-paketet, framför allt i Excel och Access. Du har goda kunskaper i både svenska och engelska.

Det är ett plus om du har erfarenhet av
- Idoc (EDI)

Som person är du kommunikativ och anpassar dig snabbt efter den du pratar med. Du har god samarbetsförmåga och ger utmärkt service.
