Till detta team söker vi en Junior UX Designer som brinner för att lära sig och är redo att ta sina första steg inom UX-design. Du bör ha en grundläggande förståelse för användarcentrerade designprinciper och kunna tillämpa dessa för att skapa användarvänliga och tillgängliga lösningar. Erfarenhet av att skapa wireframes och prototyper med verktyg som Sketch, Figma eller Adobe XD är meriterande, men inget krav.

Who we are
We at the group ENMDS – Structural Analysis, Tribology & Acoustics are now looking for a new employee for strength and fatigue simulations for the base engine and its other components.
Our daily work is being part of developing the worlds best combustion engines with historically low emissions of carbon dioxides as well as nitrogen oxides and particles. The challenge is larger than ever when our engines need to withstand high loads from combustion pressures, vibrations and exhaust temperatures when we at the same time have hard goals regarding both weight and cost.
As a calculation engineer at ENMDS you will be a vital part of the development of our future powertrain. In the on-going transformation towards sustainable transports, you will together with our designers and test engineers, play an important role in developing our product which will continue to be world leading with respect to both fuel consumption and durability.
Your tasks
With the help of FE-calculations support designers to optimize engine components with respect to durability, weight and cost.
Collaborate with test- and measurement engineers to verify both engine components and calculation models.
Develop calculation methods to better predict fatigue but also methods for automatization to shorten our lead times.
Analyze and assess calculation results and in a straightforward way communicate your conclusions and recommendations to the rest of the organization in for of presentations and reports.



Your profile
We are looking for you who is have a master’s degree in solid mechanics or similar and have work experience for at least a year as a calculation engineer.
As a person you should be analytical, driven, cooperative and enjoying solving complex problems. You are structure and thorough when at the same time understanding the importance of keeping deadlines.
It strongly meriting if you work or have been working as a calculation engineer at an engine department with experience of vibrational- and thermomechanical fatigue.
An important part of the work is to present calculation results in a clear and structured way. You should therefore be able to communicate and write technical reports in English.

As part of the Customer Experience team within the Digital Office, the person we are searching for will bring experience and strong skills around CX, with experience working with customer journeys and a good understanding of what drives good customer experience.  Your role specifically will be to put in place the Scania-wide approach to Journey management and service design.  Some of this has started, but this role will further develop the overall framework and support local journey managers.  Important in this will be strong skills around service design, which is a growing capability across key parts of Scania.  This role will support other service design roles to ensure a consistent approach, development of the capability across Scania, and joining up service design work across the organization.  You will have a passion for improving customer experience and loyalty at an organizational/ strategic level, influencing strategic investment decisions with journey and service thinking to best meet the needs of our customers.

Within the CX team you will work with colleagues with expertise in customer research and CX metrics, and other CX capabilities. The team is primarily about capability building.  While initially there will be a need to be hands-on yourself to establish the foundations, prove the value of journey management and service design and gain momentum, in the medium term the objective will be to have frameworks in place to enable others to use these approaches.  Key to the success of the role will be working closely with stakeholders from across Scania.  Collectively, we will establish the CX foundations and ensure this is used to driven transformation across Scania.

• Supports local service owners and journey managers on specific journey development
• Supports teams to complete analysis to understand and design operating model impacts across key journeys

Your profile

• Will have experience using journeys to bring together metrics, the voice of customer data, and other information for a senior leader

• Work closely with our groups Digital Learning Consultants to analyze what online learning experiences that are suited for the specific need.
• Promote the use of new learning methods
• Train/coach customers in the usage of digital tools and methods

Your role is also to support in design and implementation of technical initiatives within learning. A part from this we also expect you to and support you in your own up-skilling as a Digital Learning Producer.

Experience and skills 
Most importantly you are passionate about creating multi-media content, both when it comes to the actual developing, but also the relevance of the message. To be successful in this role you should be interested in the growth of people. New tools are always popping up and you need the willingness, skill and ability to learn new digital learning tools quick. If so, than you are right for the job.

A great benefit would be if you have a demonstrated experience in working with digital learning tools such as i.e. Articulate 360, Adobe premiere, Adobe Photoshop or similar. Or worked with creating podcast, gamification, animation and video editing skills. We believe you have some kind of formal education in producing and creating multimedia content. You are fluent in Swedish and English in both speaking and writing.

Your responsibility
You will work on an innovative project that is always looking for new ways to improve our user's experiences and outcome. The users are at the centre of this project and it is important that you as UI/UX designer advocate for them throughout the project. From defining user needs and all the way to designing the user interface. And acting on user feedback!

The product we are working on is a browser-based responsive dashboard. Our users are located around the globe.

We use Figma for design, prototyping and wireframing. But we are curious and always looking for new ways and tools!

We hope you have the following mindset and competence:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education within the design area
