Uppdrag och kompetenskrav
Som jurist kommer du att ha strategisk nyckelroll för bolaget och ha en rådgivande roll i upphandlingar samt bistå våra inköpare med juridisk kompetens genom hela processen. Du utvecklar arbetet med leverantörskontroller och avtalsuppföljning, samt håller utbildningar inom juridik och upphandling för både kollegor och kunder. Du kommer även att arbeta med bolagets säkerhets- och beredskapsfrågor. I rollen ingår även att stödja och bevaka rättsutvecklingen inom Telge Inköps verksamhetsområde. Din kompetens i juridisk rådgivning kan också bli aktuell även till andra bolag inom Telgekoncernen vid behov.

Du får en rådgivande roll med många interna och externa kontakter – både strategiskt och operativt.

• Juristexamen
• Flerårig erfarenhet av arbete om offentliga affärer, upphandling, avtalsrätt, offentlighet och sekretess.

Role Summary
We are looking for a committed and collaborative corporate lawyer to join Scania’s global legal family. In this role, you will be the primary legal advisor and key contact for Ventures & New Business.
Your responsibilities
You will provide strategic legal support across a dynamic and evolving portfolio. Your work will include:
• Proactively advising the Ventures & New Business management team on legal matters related to operations, projects, and strategic initiatives.

Who you are
You have a university degree in law and at least seven years of relevant experience, ideally from a reputable law firm or a large multinational company. You have a proven track record of managing and executing complex transactions, including investments, acquisitions, and divestitures. You bring a strong commercial mindset and a solid understanding of legal matters from an in-house perspective.
You combine legal expertise with commercial acumen, enabling you to align legal strategies with business objectives and to assess the commercial impact of legal decisions.
We believe you are a curious and unpretentious team player who inspires and motivates those around you. You are dependable, resilient, and adaptable to change—and you have a genuine interest in technology. Experience in using or developing AI solutions within the legal field is an advantage. Arbetsuppgifter och ansvar I rollen som hyresjuridisk utredare med fokus på hyresskulder får du ett omväxlande och utvecklande arbete.

Are you a highly skilled Senior Labour Law Specialist looking for an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact? We are seeking an expert to provide legal guidance on labour law, collective bargaining agreements, and employment regulations. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring compliance with Swedish labour legislation while supporting strategic business decisions related to employment and workplace relations.
Job Responsibilities
· Lead union negotiations and ensuring compliance while fostering a collaborative dialogue with employee representatives.
· Act as the company's key advisor on collective bargaining agreements, ensuring fair and balanced agreements that align with both business needs and employee rights.
· Support HR and management in labour disputes, reorganizations, terminations, and employment contracts.
· Develop and implement labour law policies, negotiation strategies, and best practices.
· Monitor and analyze labour law developments and proactively advise on their impact, particularly regarding collective agreements and co-determination processes.
· Drive a culture of open and constructive dialogue between the company and trade unions to create long-term, sustainable workplace relations.
Who You Are
-You have 5+ years of experience in labour law, preferably in a corporate legal department, law firm, employer association, or trade union.
-You hold a relevant university degree in law, human resources, industrial relations, or business administration with a focus on labour law.
-You possess a deep understanding of collective bargaining agreements, co-determination processes (MBL), and union collaboration.
-You have strong negotiation skills with the ability to find balanced solutions that benefit both employer and employees.
-You are proactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to navigate complex labour law issues while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
-You are fluent in Swedish and English (both written and verbal).

We are now looking for a Subject Matter Expert / legal counsel with focus on Competition Law. This role will give the right candidate the possibility to take the lead and develop the way of working with, but also offer the unique opportunity to address, competition law related risks and topics from a holistic and operational perspective in all Scania activities. The role will also partially support our Group Legal Affairs function. You will also be the team manager for the Group Compliance Program Office in which you will lead and support a team of 6 dedicated and experienced colleagues, who are specialists in different legal areas. You will also work closely with colleagues within Group Legal and Compliance and other stakeholders in Scania’s global organisation, as well as within the TRATON Group.
The position is based in the Scania Headquarters in Södertälje, Sweden and there is a possibility for hybrid working.
Your main responsibilities
Provide guidance to Scania’s global organisation on competition law related risks and operational issues
Manage our competition law policies and training materials and oversee their implementation
Create and provide trainings and communications within the competition law field to Scania’s global organisation
Provide legal advice on all kinds of competition law topics that arise within Scania’s global organisation e.g. in relation to supply or distribution of products and services, as well as in transactions and in development of new business models,
Support the organisation with identification and management of relevant competition law risks, including regulatory watch
Support and develop a culture of compliance and integrity
Coordinate and work closely together with other functions on different compliance topics
Team manager of the group Compliance program office and support the Chief Compliance Officer in the development of the department in terms of work methodology, tools and strategic direction

Your profile
- Academic legal background and experience from an international company or law firm
- A minimum of 5 - 7 years’ experience with competition law, preferably as a legal counsel or as a second line of defence role in the commercial sector
- Experience in digital and data driven ways of working
- Experience in leadership and management
- Fluency in both written and spoken English, additional language skills are advantages
- The position may require international travels

Om tjänsten

I rollen som företagsansvarig bolagsjurist ingår bland annat att leda och utveckla företagets juridiska processer samt koordinera (i dagsläget) en bolagsjurist.

Som företagsansvarig bolagsjurist förväntas du ge strategisk rådgivning och stöd till ledning och verksamhet i alla relevanta juridiska frågor såsom finansrätt, avtalsrätt, myndighetskrav och dataskyddsförordningen. I rollen ingår också deltagande vid framtagande och förändring av bolagets produkter och tjänster samt att utvärdera nya och förändrade produkter/tjänster ur ett legalt perspektiv. Du kommer också vara Volkswagen Finans kontaktperson i legala frågeställningar i förhållande till myndigheter såsom åklagare, polis, Konkurrensverket samt ansvara för legal rapportering till moderbolaget och Legalavdelningen på gruppnivå. Som ansvarig bolagsjurist ansvarar du också för Volkswagen Finans hantering av rättegångar, utomrättsliga förhandlingar samt handläggning av bolagets ärenden i Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden. Att dela information och utbilda verksamheten i juridiska frågeställningar är också en återkommande arbetsuppgift.

Funktionen Legal ingår i avdelningen Controlling & Legal som också består av grupperna Controlling och Asset Management med totalt 20 kollegor. Som företagsansvarig bolagsjurist jobbar du nära stora delar av bolaget.

Din bakgrund

Vi söker dig med en Juristexamen och minst 6-8 års arbetslivserfarenhet. Vi ser gärna att minst 5 år av dessa är från affärsjuridisk advokatbyrån varav arbete med tillsynspliktiga företag, eller som bolagsjurist på svenskt bolag under Finansinspektionens tillsyn. Särskild kompetens inom avtalsrätt är ett krav och erfarenhet från bank- eller kreditmarknadsbolag är meriterande.

Bolagsjurist till Scania Procurement
Vår verksamhet växer och vi letar nu efter en ny kollega som tillsammans med vår nuvarande bolagsjurist ska tillhandahålla legalt stöd till Scanias inköpsorganisation. Scania Procurement har i uppdrag att köpa in produkter och tjänster till samtliga av Scanias globala enheter och har sin verksamhet centraliserad till Södertälje, där huvuddelen av organisationen också är fysiskt lokaliserad. Du har en juristexamen och 2-5 års relevant arbetslivserfarenhet från advokatbyrå eller bolag.
Vi ser gärna att du har goda kunskaper i kommersiell avtalsrätt och köprätt.
Kunskap och erfarenhet inom immaterialrätt, IT-rätt, transporträtt, entreprenadrätt, insolvensrätt är meriterande, men inte ett krav.
Arbetsspråk är svenska och engelska. Kunskaper i tyska är meriterande, men inte ett krav.

About You

Legal Counsel Scania Procurement
Scania is currently looking for a new Legal Counsel to provide legal support to the procurement function. The procurement department at Scania is tasked with acquiring products and services for all of Scania’s global units, with the central procurement operations based in Södertälje. The new factory, which is based on Scania’s unique modular production system, will produce vehicles for both the Chinese and Asian export markets when it opens for business in during 2025, significantly shortening delivery times to Asian customers. It will be Scania’s third global production base, besides Europe and Latin America.

Job description

Automotive manufacturing is regulated in China and the industrial establishment needs to be approved by relevant authorities (In China the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, MIIT) before being able to operate in China. This is an extensive work and critical for the start of operations.

We are now looking for an organized, diligent, and proactive Project leader of Factory Approval to help ensure the start-up of the factory on time to meet the planned start of production. You will be in charge of establishing Factory Approval team in China, developing a comprehensive Factory Approval strategy and overseeing the challenges we may face to achieve factory approval assignment. You will also be responsible for matching all the requirement well before handover to approving authorities in China, which ensure that the approval process meets the overarching time plan.

Since this is the first time Scania is preparing for this kind of formal factory approval, the assignment will be to build up the internal process of releasing the necessary information on time. Your job responsibilities mainly focuses:


• Supervise and lead our Factory Approval team, ensuring the proper implementation of all factory approval steps and procedures
• Communicate with audit agency experts on pain points in the company's current situation and seek solutions
• Take overarching role on setting time plans and ensuring that the approval process meets the overarching time plan, in order to meet the planned start of production
• Regularly review the progress of audit preparation, escalate or resolve any issues in the process, including organization of internal audit and issue improvement
• Lead and develop a team of Plant Approval experts and coordinators to provide the best possible support to all departments on audit requirements

Requirements

• Be familiar with management system and related documents, the workflows and interrelationships of the company's departments, the processes and management of the production site.
• High level of verbal and written communication and negotiation skills in English, Chinese is a must.

The position

In this new role as Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for matters relating to the decision and judgment from the EU Commission and the General Court of the EU against Scania for alleged participation in an illegal, European-wide cartel. This includes among other things to manage and co-ordinate, through an extensive pool of external counsel, vast court proceedings in multiple jurisdictions around follow-on claims for damages. Responsibilities may also cover other dispute resolution matters and general legal advice to Scania’s business operations in a variety of areas such as competition law and IP.

You will report to Scania’s General counsel, who is also the Senior Vice President of Corporate Legal Affairs and Risk Management. The position involves a degree of travel.

Requirements

To succeed in this position, we believe you have a Master’s degree in Law and several years of qualified international work experience with a multinational company or a business law firm. You have comprehensive experience co-ordinating complex and data-critical matters such as court proceedings, licensing application matters and/or M&A transactions. Expertise within litigation and/or competition law is meritorious, but not a mandatory requirement. Mastering business English is a requirement, whereas advanced business German is a plus.

As a person, you are business oriented with a strong team spirit. You are also self-sufficient, meticulous and with a driving force along with excellent communications and organisational skills paired with developed integrity.

Så här säger Cecilia Kumlin, avdelningschef Affärsutveckling, om rollen: I ditt uppdrag som hyrescontroller ansvarar du för att leda och driva hyresförhandlingar inom givna mandat. Du är bolagets representant i dialogen och samarbetet med Hyresgästföreningen. Utöver förhandlingar ser du över våra hyresnivåer på övriga objekt såsom p-platser, garage och förråd. Du genomför strategiska utredningar, identifierar behov och kommer med förslag på nya initiativ och koncept. Du deltar i avdelningens affärsutvecklingsprojekt och stöttar övriga avdelningar och enheter kring hyressättning. What you will do

You will conduct risk assessments in various risk areas such as credit, interest rate, and operational risks and report them to the Management Team and the Board of Directors. You will also review and update internal steering documents, procedures, and processes and identify upcoming changes in the regulatory framework.

Other tasks include consolidating and following up on incidents and identified breaches, assisting in developing, implementing, and monitoring SFA’s risk and compliance program as well as coordinating follow-ups on findings from other control functions and Internal Audit.

The Global Governance and Internals Control Manager assumes overall second line responsibility for the implementation and execution for Scania Financial Services internal controls management.  His/her responsibility include, but are not limited to:

I din roll som arbetsrättsspecialist kommer du att


• stötta Scanias organisation i arbetsrättsliga frågor av alla former
• utveckla, genomföra, följa upp och ständigt förbättra processer och metoder inom ansvarsområdet
• följa upp och implementera ändringar i lagar och avtal
• informera och utbilda i våra olika ansvarsområden
• driva eller supportera vid olika fackliga kontakter och förhandlingar
• vid behov medverka i tecknandet av lokala kollektivavtal, policys mm

Din profil
Vi ser att du har personalvetarutbildning eller juristutbildning (eller motsvarande kunskaper förvärvade på annat sätt). Du har god kunskap inom det arbetsrättsliga området. Erfarenhet av förhandlingsarbete är en nödvändighet liksom vana av att arbeta konsultativt och med utbildning/information. Erfarenhet av att arbeta i projekt är också meriterande.

Som person är du utåtriktad, diplomatisk, pedagogisk, informativ, analytisk och har förmåga att lösa problem. För att lyckas i denna roll är det viktigt att du har lätt för att skapa och bibehålla kontakter.

Du talar och skriver flytande svenska och engelska.

Funktionen arbetar med arbetsrättslig rådgivning, rättsutredningar samt arbetsrättsliga tvister och processer. Funktionen ger råd och stöd till förbundets ombudsmän, utbildar våra medarbetare och deltar i utvecklingsarbete och projekt.

Som chefsjurist har du det övergripande ansvaret för funktionens verksamhet och har budget- och personalansvar. Du arbetar både med strategiska frågor och operativt med den löpande verksamheten. Du kommer att ha många kontaktytor både internt och externt.

Då det är en nyinrättad tjänst så finns det stora möjligheter att påverka utformningen av tjänsten.

Du har en juristexamen och mycket goda kunskaper inom arbetsrätt. Du har erfarenhet av att processa i domstol, gärna både i tingsrätt och AD. Notarietjänstgöring är meriterande. Du har mångårig arbetserfarenhet av juridisk rådgivning och övrigt utredningsarbete från advokatbyrå, medlemsorganisation eller motsvarande. Du har kunskap om arbetsmarknaden i stort och helst erfarenhet av både offentlig och privat sektor. Vi ser gärna att du har tidigare ledarskapserfarenhet från en chefsroll eller från en liknande roll.

Som person är du trygg i dig själv, prestigelös, förtroendeingivande och har hög integritet. Du är också ambitiös, drivande och ansvarstagande. Du har ett positivt och flexibelt förhållningssätt och testar gärna nya lösningar för att utveckla och förbättra verksamheten. Självklart är du bra på att kommunicera, samarbeta och uttrycker dig väl i både tal och skrift.

Som ledare är du tydlig, lyhörd, är bra på att sätta och följa upp mål och bra på att delegera ansvar. Du är bra på att coacha och leda medarbetare och på att entusiasmera och skapa engagemang.

Scania purchasing has around 600 hundreds purchasers worldwide, around 400 located in Södertälje Sweden. Purchasing is divided into 2 major segment: automotive purchasing mainly buying parts for the vehicles and non-automotive purchasing buying commodities that enable Scania to run its business. Non-Automotive Purchasing has seven (7) purchasing teams specialized in different areas: logistics, investment, commodities, IT, etc. Scania IT & Service team is one of the seven (7) teams.

 

About the internship

Scania, IT & Service purchasing team is looking for a legal trainee to join its team. We are 10 persons from all ages and backgrounds that proceed with purchases of global complex IT solutions in a rapidly moving environment where ways of buying and managing Scandia’s risk is constantly challenge and where new ways of contracting are to be created. Scania is also going through a journey to review the ways we are buying consultancy services and for that we would need you to show off your best negotiation skills!

Your duties

In the role as a graduate law trainee, you will work cross functionally within the team under the supervision of a lawyer. You shall support the team with reviewing and drafting agreement, get in-depth knowledge of the European Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), assist negotiation with suppliers and build templates for future ways of contracting. You should also support as a liaison between different legal functions within our organization.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who is creative, commercially driven and result oriented. You are a team player, enjoy building relationships and are good at networking with people from various backgrounds.

You shall be able to carry work independently, be thorough and enjoy being challenge outside your comfort zone.

We shall be a newly graduated law student with background in both civil & common law and have some work experience from a law firm or equivalent.

You shall be able to work /draft in French & Legal English as the work is carried 100 % in those languages, with good understanding of the business world.

Knowledge of additional languages such as German, Portuguese or Swedish will be considered but it is no way mandatory.

To succeed in this role you need to have:


• Significant audit experience and have been working with criminal and/or administrative investigations for about 3 years or more. Other relevant background (e.g. legal, law enforcement) can also be considered. International experience and forensic certification will be considered as an advantage.
• Good analytical skills, and legal understanding of the investigation landscape.
• Experience in gathering and analysis of data and ability to produce high-quality investigation reports in English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with a wide range of parties and ability to handle difficult and sensitive situations.
• Good team player, having an open mind and interest in interacting with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Swedish. Knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage.
