Business analyst & Product owner CAD/vPDM
The section CAD/vPDM has the assignment to establish a cross functional Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) organisation that supports all main processes within Scania. Our platforms supports more than 12 000 users globally, in many different business areas of Scania.
The responsibility and focus of the organisation is mainly to work with demands and business requirements for processes, methods and IT solutions within the CAD/vPDM area. The key to success is that we through good contacts have gathered big understanding of all needs from the business units at Scania and are able to refine these demands into clear requirements. That requires that we are well aware of our customer’s ways of working in processes and methods and their need of support with IT tools.
Within the team you will take on the role as Business Analyst and be a vital part of the agile delivery organisation that develops the CAD/vPDM software platform. The role of the Business Analyst is to lead the gathering of requirements for an area of the CAD/vPDM platform at Scania. The role is the glue between the design organisation at R&D and the IT development organisation at Scania.
We have many ongoing initiatives, the one that we currently need support within is related to the installation of the new 3DEXPERIENCE platform. We are currently running a large project with the objective to replace the current CATIA/ENOVIA V5 platform with the new 3DEXPERIENCE platform. There are several areas where we need help, one being Technical Documentation (TDM) and Enterprise Change Management (ECM), but general knowledge from any area within 3DEXPERICENCE is a strong merit.
During Covid, part of work can be done off-site. Normally 100% on-site at the customer´s premises. The selection of candidates is done continuously. Good opportunities for an extension of the assignment.
Required competence
The role requires good knowledge in mechanical design in CATIA V5 or similar, or experience from a similar maintenance role. It also requires basic skills in agile methods, and the ability to act as the enabler of a good communication between the business and IT teams. Any background from system work rather than design work is desired, but the most important thing is that you want to work with developing our new PLM platform.
For this role, we want somebody that can lead the work independently and take an improvement from end user requirement all through the process until it is a released, tested function in our software platform. You can also lead people to some extent.
Previous experience from Scania is a plus, and for this role we look for a communicative profile with a desire to work in close cooperation with IT.
You also need to be able to communicate fluently in both Swedish and English.

DWT Consulting is a smaller consulting company that is currently expanding. DWT has its customers mainly in Stockholm, but also in Gothenburg and Malmö. We work with both authorities and private actors.

System administration skills in Operating System (Linux, Windows Server), Database ( Server Database) and other knowledge of IT infra tasks in Middleware, Network, Storage, Backup & Recovery and Monitoring.
User Management (Add/Delete/Update User roles and access rights) in applications.
Experience in IT Service Management like Incident management, Change Management, ProblemManagement, Configuration Management
Experience in Service center
Able to understand and create Infra Architecture like writing Deployment Models, Integration Architecture Visa mindre
