Till vårt IT Governance, Risk & Compliance team söker vi nu en IT GRC Officer som kan ansvara för och vidareutveckla vårt arbetet inom IT Risk och IT Compliance. Tjänsten är en provanställning med möjlighet till tillsvidareanställning på heltid.

Som IT GRC Officer får du möjlighet att arbeta med utvecklande och varierande arbetsuppgifter. Du kommer att utveckla, förvalta och följa upp IT GRC?ramverk, processer och policys, samtidigt som du identifierar, analyserar och följer upp IT? och informationssäkerhetsrisker samt föreslår riskreducerande åtgärder.

I rollen säkerställer du efterlevnad av lagar, regler och standarder såsom DORA, GDPR, COBIT och ISO 27001, och du planerar och genomför riskanalyser, kontroller och interna granskningar.

Du stödjer verksamheten vid interna och externa revisioner, följer upp avvikelser, kontroller och förbättringsåtgärder samt samverkar internationellt, framför allt med våra kollegor på huvudkontoret i Tyskland.

• Högskoleutbildning inom IT, informationssäkerhet, risk, juridik eller liknande
• Erfarenhet av arbete med IT Risk eller IT Compliance

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter
I din roll kommer du för Produktion och Logistik, tillsammans med vår Information Security Officer och Cybersecurity Manager, driva Informationssäkerhet (Isec) och produktcybersäkerhet (CS). I teamet stöttar ni ledningen inom Produktion och Logistik i deras ansvar för informations- och cybersäkerhet där du rör dig mellan verksamheten och koncernens Isec och CS. Det innebär att du bland annat kommer att:
Utveckla och implementera policy och riktlinjer baserat på verksamhetens behov och externa lagkrav.
Kontinuerlig compliance.
Driva utbildningsinsatser och skapa medvetenhet kring säkerhetsfrågor.
Jobba för att säkerhet ska vara en naturlig del av verksamheten, och inte ett hinder på vägen. Det innebär att du kommer jobba både operativt men också vara en del av det strategiska arbetet.
Delta och driva arbetet inför och under certifieringar tillsammans med Information Security Officer och Cyber Security Manager.

Your Challenge

In this position, you will lead both strategic and operational aspects of safety for autonomous vehicles. You will manage safety cases, documentation, and compliance efforts with international standards such as ISO 26262 and SOTIF. Your daily work will include performing risk analyses, internal audits, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and product managers. The role requires frequent interaction with stakeholders in Munchen and the Chicago, contributing to a highly globalized way of working.

The Team and Workplace

You will be joining a dedicated and tight Onroad Safety team, currently consisting of 6–7 members, all experts in the autonomous domain. The atmosphere is dynamic and collaborative, and the team works closely with colleagues in Munich and Chicago to drive safety innovation together.

The position is preferably based in Södertälje, with flexibility for hybrid work (minimum two days per week in the office). You may also be based in Chicago or Munchen.

About You

We are looking for someone with a solid background in functional safety and a strong interest in autonomous technology. You have deep knowledge in ISO 26262 and SOTIF, and you feel confident navigating complex safety challenges in an international context. You probably have a technical university degree and several years of hands-on safety engineering experience.



To succeed in this role, you need to be structured, proactive, and communicative. You have an analytical mindset, easily see critical details, and are used to taking responsibility for both strategy and execution. Collaborating across borders comes naturally to you, and you enjoy contributing to ambitious goals as part of a global team.



Fluency in English is a must, and a driver’s license is preferred. Previous experience working with autonomous systems and AI-based safety concepts is a plus.

Your Profile

You have Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Vehicle Engineering or related field. We think you have previous experience and/or knowledge in Safety and/or Cyber seSecurity standards IEC61508, ISO26262, ISO21448 and ISO21434, that is meritorious. And it's even better if you are certified in Functional Safety or Cyber Security. Either you have experience of relevant work for 1-2 years or have good knowledge.

Your ability to see the whole picture and how different parts within the Functional Safety and Cyber Security domains interact will be an asset in this role. At the same time, you see the importance of getting things right and working meticulously with details. Solving complicated and complex matters are part of your background, preferably from safety-critical system development.

As a person, you are curious and truly interested in other people’s opinions to understand the domain impact on different technical solutions. You value collaborations and have strong interpersonal and communication skills. You also have good skills in presenting your work result to stakeholders and documenting technical instructions and guidelines.

Du kommer att tillhöra Telges Digitaliserings och IT-avdelning, DigIT där vi idag är drygt 25 specialister som arbetar med digitalisering, arkitektur, projekt, utveckling, förvaltning och drift avseende Södertälje Kommuns och Telges IT-lösningar. I rollen som vår IT-säkerhetsansvarig tar du det strategiska och taktiska ansvaret för hela kommunkoncernens IT-säkerhet. Du arbetar tätt med kommunens säkerhetsavdelning och våra strategiska leverantörer. Vidare ansvarar du för att bidra och säkra den förändringsresa som vi tillsammans gör genom kommunkoncernen med målet att skapa nytta och effekter genom att samordna våra gemensamma tjänster och plattformar.

För att möta nuvarande och framtida behov hos medborgare och kunder behöver vi accelerera den digitala utvecklingen i alla verksamheter och bolag. Gemensamma leveranser över hela kommunkoncernen är viktigt och vi tror att vi skapar störst nytta när vi arbetar i partnerskap med våra verksamheter.

Som IT-säkerhetsansvarig arbetar du med att ta fram förslag och driva förbättrings- och utvecklingsarbeten som leder till att vi ökar säkerheten inom de områden där vi verkar. Du rapporterar direkt till CIO för kommunkoncernen och dina frågor kommer ges självklar prioritering i ledningsgruppen. Utöver samarbete med våra kunder och leverantörer för att optimera och kvalitetssäkra våra tjänster samarbetar du tätt med vår driftspartner när vi nu ska införa vår egen SOC. Självklart har du ett intresse för och tycker om att omvärldsbevaka såväl inom som utanför organisationen för att leverera bästa möjliga lösning.

Vi är nyfikna på dig och söker dig som är lösningsorienterad, strukturerad och intresserad av människor. Du är ansvarsfull, har förmågan att prioritera och se helheten ur ett koncernperspektiv. Du har utbildning inom IT-/Informationssäkerhet och/eller datateknik eller motsvarande som vi bedömer likvärdig, samt flera års relevant arbetslivserfarenhet. Du har ett pragmatiskt sätt att möta önskemål från verksamheten samtidigt som du har säkerheten i fokus. Du har även erfarenhet av NIS-direktivet och informationssäkerhetsklassificering. Du trivs bäst när du får jobba med strategiska och taktiska frågor, men du är inte heller främmande för att gå in i operativt arbete för att fånga behoven längst ut i verksamheterna. Your assignment

As a safety and security manager we expect you to have a holistic perspective. As we are adapting our development pattern to functional safety standards (ISO26262) and cyber security regulations (R155 R156), ensuring compliance will be one of your most important assignment to help out with.

 

You will lead the organisation’s work with cyber security, coordinate threat assessments and develop security requirements.

 

In this role, you will also own and be responsible for the safety plan for the embedded system in our vehicles that manage and controls functions connected to manly Air Compressor and Brake System.   

 

 

Your profile

You have a couple of years of experience as safety or security manager, preferably with experience from similar questions and challenges. You are comfortable with taking lead in the safety/security work and enjoy involving your colleagues in your work. Since this is a new challenging area, you are not shy to paving the way forward.

You probably have a master’s degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent giving you an insight to software development. Experience from working with a complex product is meritorious. Communication is important which is why good knowledge of English is required.

Your role

As IT Compliance, Risk & Audit Lead you will:


• Shape and lead how we work with IT compliance and testing of our new Unity solution and our new setup as a service provider to our local business units.
• Monitor the internal audit reports and other internal controls pertaining to IT, information security and digitalization and follow-up efforts in the Financial Services Global organization.
• Shape and lead how we work with IT & Cyber security for our Unity solution both within maintenance, development and implementation, this includes a process for onboarding of new resources.
• Support the implementation of technical and organizational measures to manage and avoid undesired risks and safeguard regulatory compliance pertaining to IT, Cyber and Outsourcing risks.
• Participate in the relevant internal working groups and forums to support competence identification and development within the core scope of the role.
• Participate in the Service Management team to secure compliance with regulatory demands, including third-party supplier assessment and follow-up and covering regulations pertaining to outsourcing frameworks, information and cyber security, as well as other internal or external frameworks related to digitalization and information compliance.
• Coordinate with and receive support from Financial Services global and local risk and compliance functions.

The work is on a global level and our environment is in constant change and we build and shape as we run. You will therefor need to have the right mindset and a pragmatic way of working, but at the same time be able to evaluate, prioritize and act in order to build sustainable and robust solutions that can evolve over time. You will also need to be confident in working and leading virtual teams and resources within different parts of Scania and our Service Providers. This is to enable the co-creation setup and iterative way of working, which is part of our new set up within Scania Financial Services.

The job offers international contact with our Finance companies. This also means that you are expected to travel from time to time. In this position, you will be reporting to the Head of Service Management at Scania Financial Services. You will be located in Södertälje, Sweden.


Competence and experience


• Experience in working with IT Compliance and cyber risk management preferably within Finance or Service business.
• Experience from working with internal and external audits focusing on IT.
• Experience from working in projects and with change in international and decentralized organizations.
• Be service minded and self-driven with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• University or Higher education with a focus on system/information security, business administration or finance.

Your role

As IT Compliance, Risk & Audit Lead within Scania Financial Services, you will form the role and ways of working together with the stakeholders across the world. It is the first line of defense role and it's placed within the Financial Services Head Office Service Management team.

As IT Compliance, Risk & Audit Lead you will:


• Shape and lead how we work with IT compliance and testing of our new Unity solution and our new setup as a service provider to our local business units.
• Monitor the internal audit reports and other internal controls pertaining to IT, information security and digitalization and follow-up efforts in the Financial Services Global organization.
• Shape and lead how we work with IT & Cyber security for our Unity solution both within maintenance, development and implementation, this includes a process for onboarding of new resources.
• Support the implementation of technical and organizational measures to manage and avoid undesired risks and safeguard regulatory compliance pertaining to IT, Cyber and Outsourcing risks.
• Participate in the relevant internal working groups and forums to support competence identification and development within the core scope of the role.
• Participate in the Service Management team to secure compliance with regulatory demands, including third-party supplier assessment and follow-up and covering regulations pertaining to outsourcing frameworks, information and cyber security, as well as other internal or external frameworks related to digitalization and information compliance.
• Coordinate with and receive support from Financial Services global and local risk and compliance functions.

The work is on a global level and our environment is in constant change and we build and shape as we run. You will therefor need to have the right mindset and a pragmatic way of working, but at the same time be able to evaluate, prioritize and act in order to build sustainable and robust solutions that can evolve over time. You will also need to be confident in working and leading virtual teams and resources within different parts of Scania and our Service Providers. This is to enable the co-creation setup and iterative way of working, which is part of our new set up within Scania Financial Services.

The job offers international contact with our Finance companies. This also means that you are expected to travel from time to time. In this position, you will be reporting to the Head of Service Management at Scania Financial Services. You will be located in Södertälje, Sweden.


Competence and experience


• Experience in working with IT Compliance and cyber risk management preferably within Finance or Service business.

Your mission

Your profile
We look for you who want to work with sustainable transportation solution, and has solid experience as Safety Manager and/or experience from work with safety standards and methods.

You possibly have your background in automotive, railway or aeronautical engineering, but other engineering backgrounds may also be viable. Regardless of your current field of engineering, you have a firm understanding of the relevant safety standards used in your field.

You probably have a MSc in Engineering or equivalent knowledge from work experience within systems development.

You have a deep knowledge of and experience from functional safety work, e.g. working methods such as HARA and FMEA. Knowledge of and eperience from working with the ISO 26262 standard is a strong merit, but you could also have experience from similar standards from other fields.

Knowledge of and experience from Requirements Engineering is a strong merit.

Knowledge of the development of real-time systems and experience of coding as well as knowledge of languages such as C, Matlab Simulink and Python or equivalent is a merit, as it helps in collaborating with the developers, but it is not a requirement.

You have well-developed analytical and strategic thinking skills, and can analyse the organisation’s overall needs and on that basis implement the necessary changes. You have well-established expertise within the requested areas, and want to continuously develop both your expertise and working methods. You express yourself accurately, clearly and concisely in writing and in speech, and have the ability to communicate your analysis in an engaging way.

Dina arbetsuppgifter

Du kommer att självständigt och i grupp utveckla vår övergripande systemarkitektur, och analysera och definiera tekniska lösningar, krav, koncept och designmönster. En viktig del av arbetet är också att aktivt delta i utvecklingen av arbetsmetoder och verktyg för att stötta våra långsiktiga strategiska mål.

Din profil
Du är civilingenjör eller har motsvarande kunskap från arbetslivserfarenhet inom mjukvaruutveckling av styrsystem. Du har förmodligen jobbat minst tre år med systemutveckling, men vi söker både seniora och juniora arkitekter till teamet, så alla ansökningar är välkomna.

Scania genomgår nu en transformation från att vara en leverantör av lastbilar, bussar och motorer till en leverantör av kompletta och hållbara transportlösningar. I denna omställning ingår ett omfattande digitaliseringsarbete. På R&D har vi därför behov av en informationssäkerhetsansvarig som kan driva vårt säkerhetsarbete.

I denna roll kommer du ha ett helhetsansvar för arbetet med informationssäkerhet på R&D. Detta innebär bland annat du ska arbeta med att identifiera potentiella riskområden, kontrollera och minimera risk samt stötta verksamheten i det lokala säkerhetsarbetet.

Dina arbetsuppgifter


• Representera R&D i det tvärfunktionella arbetet med informationssäkerhet på Scania.
• Driva implementering och säkerställa efterlevnad av principer, regler, standarder och metoder inom R&D, samt att vid behov ta fram nya rutiner och metoder.
• Koordinera och stötta det lokala informationssäkerhetsarbetet inom R&D.
• Arbeta proaktivt med att identifiera risker och aktivt följa utvecklingen inom informationssäkerhetsområdet.
• Återkommande rapportering av status till ledningsgruppen.

Vi söker dig som har universitets- eller högskoleutbildning inom informationssäkerhet, alternativt har du under ditt yrkesliv tillskansat dig motsvarande erfarenheter. Är du uppdaterad på det senaste inom informationssäkerhetsområdet är det givetvis en fördel.

Du trivs med att självständigt driva frågor och klarar av att ta både en och två motgångar på vägen mot målet. Du är social och ödmjuk men samtidigt målmedveten. Du har hög integritet. Du känner dig bekväm med att presentera komplext material inför större grupper och du kan formulera dig väl i både tal och skrift, på åtminstone svenska och engelska.

Du kommer ingå i stabsgruppen på avdelningen Product Description Development. Gruppen består av åtta personer och övriga ansvarsområden är affärsutveckling och exportkontroll. Avdelningen ansvarar för process-, metod och IT-utveckling för att stötta en effektiv produktutvecklingsprocess på Scania R&D. Du kommer också ingå i det tvärfunktionella team, drivet av Scania IT, som arbetar med informationssäkerhetsfrågor på Scania.
