Role Summary

This position will be the lead of the Finance Analytics product domain, acting as a bridge between our headquarters finance domain and the data analytics function. We foresee this role as one that interprets financial requirements into data analytics requirements, manages the backlog, and ensures the delivery of key initiatives in collaboration with the finance team. Job Responsibilities

Establish the Finance Analytics product domain in collaboration with the Head of TFS Analytics.
Engage and inspire finance stakeholders, including the CFO, finance managers at global finance companies, headquarters finance business solution owner, and internal data analytics teams. Act as the bridge, translating finance requirements into actionable data analytics tasks.
Manage and prioritize the finance Analytics backlog, ensuring timely deliveries and making tough decisions.
Represent Finance Analytics in various forums and steering committees.
Serve as the ambassador for TFS Analytics, leading by example to inspire the organization to think and act data-driven.

Qualifications and Experience Required

Educational Background: A Master's degree or equivalent in Finance, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or AI.
Finance Experience: A solid background and experiences in finance.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to understand business problems, refine business requirements, develop hypotheses, and formulate both short- and long-term solutions.
Leadership Experience: Experience as a product owner or similar lead role, leading a domain and prioritizing backlogs, ensuring deliveries, presenting progress, and identifying and solving obstacles. You should be able to make tough decisions, listen to the team, and be both a team player and a leader. You need to feel comfortable to communicate well with senior management such as CFO and other business domain leaders.
Domain Experience: Experience working with financial services or banks is a plus.

The position

You will be part of a group of ambitious and passionate cybersecurity testers working on complete vehicle integration test level.

The test scope for the group is the actual vehicle and all possible interfaces to the vehicle.

Your work will be hands-on and examples of test methods are functional security tests, fuzzing tests, side channel attacks and vulnerability scanning. The testing will be performed on Scania-designed test rigs/platforms and on Scania vehicles.

As a Cybersecurity Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the cybersecurity of Scania’s products by continuously monitoring product-related data flows and actively hunting for product-related threats and vulnerabilities, with the aim to prevent or enable swift remediation of security incidents.

The job

Together with the other cybersecurity analysts, you will be part of a core team whose main objective is to monitor for anomalies, and identifying potential threats to our vehicles. This team is also responsible for developing and adjusting its own tool set. A part of this is implementing triggers for cybersecurity events, as well as:


• continuously improve triage algorithms based on trigger specifications in collaboration with other analysts and internal customers
• define and decide on possible preliminary mitigating actions
• threat hunting/threat intelligence to proactively prevent incidents
• support forensic analysis of cybersecurity incidents

The skills

The ideal candidate should have a good knowledge of cybersecurity and an interest in automotive technology and various communication protocols, as well as have an analytical mindset and sense of detail.

In addition to this, you have:


• Experience in data analysis on large datasets, preferably using , R, or Pandas
• Hands-on experience with one or several scripting languages, preferably Python
• Experience in interpreting ISO standards within cybersecurity and the information security area, preferably ISO 21434. Knowledge of UNECE R155 is meritorious.

As a person, you are good at collaborating, are structured, and have the ability to set up and keep deadlines, as well as show good judgment under time pressure. You feel comfortable motivating your work and explaining your findings to other teams and functions.
But the most important part is that you are interested in product cybersecurity and want to be part of building Scania’s cybersecurity defense.

Scania is currently undergoing an exciting transformation from a traditional truck manufacturer to a provider of complete sustainable transport solutions. IT is a crucial part of this transformation as Scania’s success is depending on flexible and efficient IT solutions that support current and future business requirements.

To strengthen our ability to protect Scania’s information and systems we are looking for an IT Security Specialist to join our team. The team currently consists of 11 highly dedicated specialists, whose main responsibilities are; SIEM, malware protection, vulnerability management, penetration testing, forensic analysis and security architecture. Our working ground is the whole of Scania, globally.

What you will do

Within this role you will focus on:


• daily monitoring and analysis, acting on alerts from our security systems such as;

• antivirus alarms (raised from our world-wide enterprise antivirus platform, consisting of roughly 49000 supported endpoints)
• log management alerts
• firewall logs
• other sources and threat intelligence platforms, as well as managed service



You are also exptected to handle support issues related to these alarms and provide support on security issues to other groups within Scania.

You will also collaborate with, getting, and gaining help and support from your colleagues. Together we help and support each other with incidents or IT-security related investigations.



Your profile

To be successful in this role:


• you have a genuine passion for both IT- and security
• you are thorough, systematic and analytical
• you have high integrity and a personality to be both a team player and self-managed
• you have some knowledge of, but foremost an understanding of network technologies
• you may have one or maybe a few years’ of hands-on experience from either; log management, AV-monitoring, vulnerability management or other enterprise client-server networking environments
• security experience from the Microsoft platform is a plus   
• Good written and verbal skills in both Swedish and English is a requirement.
• Self-driven knowledge building and a threat-detecting mindset are two important qualities within this team. Introduction and initial training will be provided within the IT-security team, in combination with formal courses. You are expected to grow into the role and within the team over time, building your own areas of expertise.
