Role Summary

This position will be the lead of the Finance Analytics product domain, acting as a bridge between our headquarters finance domain and the data analytics function. Qualifications and Experience Required

Educational Background: A Master's degree or equivalent in Finance, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or AI.
Finance Experience: A solid background and experiences in finance.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to understand business problems, refine business requirements, develop hypotheses, and formulate both short- and long-term solutions.
Leadership Experience: Experience as a product owner or similar lead role, leading a domain and prioritizing backlogs, ensuring deliveries, presenting progress, and identifying and solving obstacles. You should be able to make tough decisions, listen to the team, and be both a team player and a leader. You need to feel comfortable to communicate well with senior management such as CFO and other business domain leaders.
Domain Experience: Experience working with financial services or banks is a plus.

As a Data Compliance Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our business organization understands and complies with all applicable data-related regulations. Privacy legislations such as GDPR, e-privacy and similar legislations around the globe are a big part but equally important is to understand new upcoming legislations such as example Data Act and AI Act and how these different legislations interact.
You will form a team with our existing Senior Data Compliance Officer and the two of you work in tight collaboration with our corporate functions for Legal, Data protection, Risk & Compliance and Information Security as well as a network of similar roles within the Scania Group business structure.
But most importantly the two of you will act as coaches to the business, enabling them to take responsibility for risk and data compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitating data risk assessments to identify, assess and prioritize data compliance risks
Work with process/product owners to document data processing activities, including the purpose of processing, the categories of data, and the data retention period to stay compliant with global privacy legislation
Drive and govern all processes in Aster -our privacy system from OneTrust – to ensure that data quality is maintained
Participates in assessments of new data-related legislations and how they impact Scania
Supports businesses in handling incidents and documenting personal data incidents in Aster

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Information Security Coordinator to join our team! Key Responsibilities

Who You Are
We are looking for someone with a strong background in information security, particularly in regulatory compliance and ICT security projects. You should be organized, proactive, and able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
Experience in Information Security: A minimum of 3-5 years in information security roles, ideally with experience in financial services or regulated industries.
DORA Knowledge: Understanding of the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) and experience in applying regulatory frameworks to operational security tasks.
ICT Project Experience: Proven track record of working within ICT projects, ensuring security standards and best practices are maintained.
Risk Management & Compliance: Experience with risk management processes, regulatory compliance, and security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.).
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex security issues to diverse stakeholders.
Certifications: Relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, or equivalent) are a plus.

• support forensic analysis of cybersecurity incidents

The skills

The ideal candidate should have a good knowledge of cybersecurity and an interest in automotive technology and various communication protocols, as well as have an analytical mindset and sense of detail.

In addition to this, you have:


• Experience in data analysis on large datasets, preferably using , R, or Pandas
• Hands-on experience with one or several scripting languages, preferably Python
• Experience in interpreting ISO standards within cybersecurity and the information security area, preferably ISO 21434. Knowledge of UNECE R155 is meritorious.

As a person, you are good at collaborating, are structured, and have the ability to set up and keep deadlines, as well as show good judgment under time pressure. You feel comfortable motivating your work and explaining your findings to other teams and functions.

At the Connected Systems department (EC) at Scania R&D, we work with enabling solutions with a span from telematics, IoT solutions, and cloud infrastructure. What you will do

In the newly established group – Connected Compliance, you will collaborate with the regulation experts and project team members among the R&D organization, support set technical requirements, and define the cybersecurity solutions/architecture with other specialists from different fields.

On daily basis, you will


• break down security regulations/standards into concrete modular requirements, guidelines, and solutions/architect
• support to design and develop security features for system architectures
• identify not acceptable risks for components, sub-systems, and products to ensure security compliance
• support the Test and Verification team at module and system levels to verify that all parts of the platform, product, and process including subcontractors are in compliance with security regulations/standards for platform projects and product development.
• follow up on security regulation development in different regions, and support security strategies for SW/HW systems, networks, and data centers.

YOU WILL
Here you will be part of the department within R&D that is working with Scania’s Embedded platform. We have a newly formed team of architects focusing on the Embedded development process and the new UNECE legislations for Cyber Security and Software Updates for heavy vehicles. Together with your colleagues you will be responsible for the coordination of methods and artefacts that will be developed in order to meet the requirements for heavy vehicles from Cyber Security perspective. You will e.g. work with standards such as ISO21434 but also other legislations that affect the automotive industry like ISO24089 for Software Updates and ISO26262 for Functional Safety.  

Activities within the role are to:


• analyze both systems in our tool chain and processes to find and establish changes
• identify gaps in our tool chain for our software development teams to work with in order to fulfil the current legislations
• share knowledge and educate the electrical/embedded organization regarding Cyber Security and how to use the tool chain
• help the organization interpret legal requirements regarding Cyber Security, Software Update and Functional Safety concerning the automotive industry
• synchronize and present solutions to other parts of Scania

 

YOU ARE

You have a technical background and several years of experience from an architect role within R&D or IT, and deep interest in software and Cyber Security. You are able to understand the technical challenges for both systems and processes and the need for changing the way of working to adapt to new legislation in order to develop safe products. Experience within Embedded systems and automotive or other similar industries is meritorious as well as experience from ISO21434 and UNECE-regulations. Since you will be working in a global environment you express yourself fluently, both in speech and writing, in English. You also have good knowledge in Swedish.

You are easy to collaborate with, imaginative, analytic and have great communication skills. You are happy working in a team but are also capable of working independently when required. A strategic overview comes naturally to you. Du kommer ha möten med verksamheterna och samtal om deras kommande verksamhetskritiska behov. I en kommun, som gör nästan allt, blir variationen på frågorna mycket stor. Det ena samtalet kan handla om att planera för bättre trådlösa nät för 10 000 elever, det andra samtalet kan handla om hur vi gör våra 8000 mobila enheter säkrare.
Du kommer träffa våra leverantörer. Det är möten som behöver vara kreativa och målinriktade. Det kommer handla om de ändringar som leverantörerna planerar i de tjänster vi köper men också om din plan för hur tjänsterna ska förändras över tid för att möta de behov du fångat upp.
Vi är en liten enhet som kommer bestå av sju medarbetare med olika ansvar. Mötena med oss övriga är många och på alla nivåer. Med samtal, möten, kunnande och erfarenheter som bas ansvarar du för att:
- översätta verksamhetsbehov till IT-aktiviteter så att dina tjänster möter verksamheternas nuvarande och kommande krav
- skapa och underhålla planer för tjänsterna, inkl. budget
- prioritera bland planerade aktiviteter/uppdrag
- agera som beställare gentemot externa parter och som leverantör gentemot interna parter
- säkerställa teknisk dokumentation och uppdatering vid förändringar.
- följa upp leveranser från aktuella leverantörer
- planera för säkerhet i alla våra tjänster
- hantera ekonomi
- omvärldsbevaka mm.
Vem är du? 
Krav: Du har arbetat på kundsidan i en outsourcad miljö i minst 5 år med ansvar för utveckling och förvaltning av verksamhetskritiska IT-tjänster med fokus på infrastruktursidan. Du har ansvarat i minst 5 år för IT-säkerhetsfrågor. Du kan ha varit på leverantörssidan och agerat som tjänsteansvarig, product owner, förvaltare, säkerhetsansvarig eller liknande gentemot större kunder. Det är självklart att du har haft roller där ett nära samarbete med verksamheterna är avgörande och där du arbetat med behovsfångst och långsiktig planering. Du måste ha en nyanserad syn på förekommande förvaltningsmodeller. Till sist måste du kunna genomföra produktiva möten om tjänster, teknik och säkerhet på engelska med våra leverantörer.
Meriterande: Det är meriterande om du jobbat som tjänsteansvarig i större organisation (minst 3000 IT-användare spridda över många arbetsställen) där inslaget av tjänsteköp varit högt. Ditt ansvar går lättare att ta om du har erfarenhet av ITIL och agila arbetssätt samt om du arbetat som projektledare eller projektbeställare och har erfarenhet av etablerade projektmodeller. Vi ser gärna att du har en avslutad högskoleexamen inom relevant område.
Personliga egenskaper: För att lyckas behöver du kunna skapa ett mycket bra samarbetsklimat med verksamheterna i behovsfångsten.
