You will be working in a team consisting of eight Subject Matter Experts (SME) and will be reporting to the Global Process Manager for AP/AR. Your mission will be about transforming our process landscape towards a sustainable, fully seamless and touchless experience for our internal and external customers and stakeholders.

We embrace flexibility and offer you the possibility to work remotely a couple of days per week.

Your responsibility will be


• AP/AR improvement portfolio, the prioritization and what we doing will add to efficient and automated processes where Lean and Agile methods are central, fuelled by latest technologies.
• Continuously strive to harmonize and standardize, optimizing our processes from an end-to-end perspective through cross-functional collaboration
• Ensuring that our KPIs/OPI are effective and focused on the main goals and priorities of the business
• Management of smaller projects and participate in projects, workgroups and ad-hoc assignments
• Coach and develop team members

Your profile

Your background may vary, but most importantly you have a great passion for change and the people approach. The next step on your career bucket list is to be one of the most significant players in Scania’s finance transformation.

We are looking for you that have:


• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with strong driving force experienced in Agile and Lean methods, and the capability to drive change
• Experienced in RPA, IA, process mining and similar technologies and ways of working
• Ability to take own initiatives and have leadership experience
• 3-5 years experience in Process Improvement
• Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish, both written and verbal
• A bachelor´s degree in finance or business administration
• Experience in data analysis using Qlickview, Power BI or similar tools

Som person är du engagerad och strukturerad med teamets resultat i fokus. Du är utåtriktad och har god förmåga att utveckla och upprätthålla ett brett kontaktnät på alla nivåer, samt är komfortabel med att presentera och rapportera inför större grupper. Du behärskar engelska i tal och skrift.

We are now looking for project managers at Scania Project Office. The Project Office deals with Scania's major cross-functional development projects and initiatives, from concept to the industrialization of complete trucks, buses and engines. Mature developed processes are used but we´re in a transformation going towards an environment where agile and conventional development methods co-exist. Project portfolio is both development projects and initiatives and process related ones

Your daily work

Every day at work you will influence Scania’s future by your servant leadership, coaching your team, colleagues, and managers towards Scania’s Vision to drive the shift towards a sustainable transport system.

As a project manager you lead the project work, ensuring that necessary decisions are taken, manage technical and commercial issues for global projects. Examples of activities include coordinating planning, risk management, make benefit analysis and run project meetings.

The work is done in close collaboration with sub project managers from sales and marketing, commercial operation and engineering and you will have the possibilities to learn and collaborate with other qualified project managers at Project Office. You have regular communication with Scania and TRATON management to report progress and to get needed support for you project.

Your profile

We are looking for you that are searching for new efficient ways of working, at the same time using the processes and WoW that exists. You need to like a dynamic world were agile and conventional development methods co-exist. You have a relevant education from university, experience from product development and several years of project management. A plus is experience from the Scania PD process. Excellent servant leadership skills are necessary to be able to work within the value stream.  

As a person you are engaged and structured. You have your team's well-being and performance in focus and work as a servant leader securing that the team fill the gaps needed for the Solution to deliver value. With your eminent communication skills, you can easily interact with different persons in various positions within the company. You need to be comfortable with presenting and facilitating larger groups in English (written and orally).
