QA /BIO ANALYTICAL CHEMIST, NBAB, Nordic BioAnalysis AB a GMP-certified contract analysis laboratory is looking for an bioanalyst with experience of QC and QA work in a pharmaceutical environment.  You will work at an expansive company for testing pharmaceuticals biotech products and medical devices. You will participate in biochemical, chemical and microbiological analysis of finished product intermendiates and raw materials, as well as materials and drug candidates that are being evaluated in preclinical phase and clinical phases of drug development.About the PositionYou will be part of a small team in a small company which will provides ample opportunities to influence your own development,  as well as being able to actively participate in NBAB’s development. The position is a project appointment (6 months) with a probable possibility of extension. The location is in Biovation Park Södertälje. All work in the laboratory, follows GMP, which means that the work is documented in laboratory books, plans, protocols certificates and reports. Examples of existing biochemical and chemical analysis techniques are, HPLC, Water determinations, TOC, IR, ELISA, Western blot and PCR.You will be responsible for our quality system and host inspections from our customers and suppliers. You will also be responsible for analyzing samples that are received for chemical/biochemical analysis. Qualifications We are looking for a person who has at least a basic academic education in chemistry / biotechnology/biochemistry, preferably with a bioanalytical focus. We would like you to have  at least three years analytical experience from a pharmaceutical QC, and preferably participated in method development and validation, as well as having  2-3 years experience of working with quality assurance in the pharmaceutical industry. Fluency in both  English and Swedish is a requirement as the working language in the laboratory is English and most of our communication with our customers and suppliers is in Swedish. As a person, you are careful and responsible in your work. Tasks and priorities can change with short notice, it is also important that you are flexible and have a positive attitude to change. It is important that you can work independently and plan your work efficiently.
