What you can expect

As our UX/UI designer, you'll work closely with our product owners, developers, and business experts to design the best user interfaces for our internal web applications. You'll conduct user research, design UI/UX flow, and work alongside developers to deliver perfect solutions that prioritize both functionality and usability. Plus, you'll stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.

As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to participate in requirement analysis meetings, guide and support our front-end developers in UI development, lead improvement work, collaborate in UX/UI design forums at Scania, and more. We're looking for someone who is curious about customer and user needs, constantly searching for creative methods and tools, and eager to learn and develop themselves as a person.

What we require

To be successful in this role, you should have at least three years of experience as a UX/UI designer, an education in UX/UI design, proficiency in design tool Figma, excellent collaboration and communication skills, and an agile mindset. You should also be a team-player and a good facilitator, great at visualizing insights from various studies and analyses in customer flows and user journeys, fluent in English and located in Sweden.

Your tasks:

As a Digital Officer at Scania Project Office you will have the responsibility to


• Continuously develop and refine our digital vision and ambition and keep the portfolio of digital initiatives updated, relevant and anchored.
• Initiate and support digital initiatives, be prepared to get hands on in experimentation and development of new digital solutions in close cooperation with our employees
• Educate in the field of digitalization and promoting business automation and inspiring all of the Project Office in using it.

In short, we believe a good candidate for this role is used to and comfortable in talking to people in different settings, ranging from specialists in their field to higher management. You have the ability to build and develop relationships to drive change.  You have an entrepreneurial drive and innovative approach and excel in taking initiatives and making things happen. You follow the digital trends in society with an understanding of the implications on our business and our ways of working. Having programming experience is not essential, but an advantage. Bonus traits are having experience in digitalization and if you have been working with change management or business development, or have broad understanding of Scania.

You will belong to the team XPU, unique projects and assignments. In this team we support each other, exchange knowledge and we have open and honest discussions where everybody shares their thoughts, ideas and opinions. Your manager will support you and together with you set a development plan that will continuously be updated. Din profil

Arbetet består av att fungera som ett stöd till organisationen och deras varumärken i kommunikation med återförsäljare. Därför är det av stor vikt att du kan samarbeta med organisationens redaktörer samt sätta dig in i med komplexa ämnen för att skapa en tydlig kommunikation som är målgrupps- och kanalanpassad. Det är bra om du har goda kunskaper i redaktionellt skribentarbete och är intresserad av bild- och formspråk. Du bör även ha ett stort intresse och kunskap om trender inom digital kommunikation. För att passa in denna roll ska du vara driven, kunna leda samt föregå med gott omdöme i möten med andra människor.

Arbetsbeskrivning
Du kommer tillsammans med organisationen vara ett stöd och skapa en struktur när det gäller att producera, publicera och säkerställa att intranätets innehåll är uppdaterat, relevant samt i linje med organisationens planer. Din uppgift är att aktivt bidra och ta initiativ när det gäller kommunikationen. Du kommer även att ge stöd åt teamet för att optimera sökbarheten och se över innehållet så att det stämmer överens med organisationens strategi. Du kommer att vara ansvarig för att intra- och extranätet alltid fungerar och är tillförlitligt genom att du fungerar som en kontaktyta mot den tekniska supporten samt IT-organisationen.

Du kommer även att ansvara för det CMS som ligger till grund för företagets externa hemsida.

• Har erfarenhet av att driva projekt
• Har god samarbetsförmåga
• Är positiv, driven och empatisk
• Har god initiativförmåga och servicekänsla

Vi lägger även stor vikt vid personliga egenskaper.

Krav

• Högskole-/universitetsexamen inom kommunikation/webb
• Stor vana av att producera text till olika målgruppen och kanaler
• Tidigare erfarenhet från PR/Kommunikation/Webb-byrå
• Erfarenhet av aktivt arbete med CMS (gärna Episerver)
• Mycket god kommunikativ förmåga i tal och skrift i både engelska och svenska

Plats: Södertälje.

Fast lön samt mycket goda tillkommande förmåner ingår. Tjänsten är heltid med start enligt överenskommelse.
