Job Responsibilities

We offer an exciting opportunity to lead product development in a key area of the driveline. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across the TRATON Group and expand your leadership skills within a supportive and innovative environment. 
The unit’s main responsibility is the design and testing of clutches and propeller shafts for all our drivelines, including the electrical clutch actuator (ECA). You will lead a team of 15 skilled engineers and be part of the section management team, which includes four unit managers, a senior technical advisor, and the section manager.

Who You Are

You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, or have equivalent experience in product development. You are fluent in English. Knowledge of Swedish, Portuguese, or German is considered a merit.
You are a collaborative and grounded leader who supports, motivates, and coaches your team. You have a few years of experience as a manager and are comfortable leading in an international and cross-functional environment. A strong customer focus and the ability to drive continuous development are key to succeeding in this role.

The team
The team have the main responsibility to examine and evaluate Scania’s opportunities and risks in business setups with other brands within the TRATON group and other strategic partners not belonging to the TRATON Group.

The role
The role as Business Manager means being a key function representing Scania as a component and solution supplier towards brands within TRATON and other external partners. You will also act as a buying party when components are being purchased from another TRATON brand. By utilizing the existing cooperation models within TRATON, you will safeguard the interests and compliance of Scania and the TRATON group.
Your primary task will be to negotiate long term contracts for licensing and sales of key components produced by Scania.
The job entails:
Lead the internal cross-functional work within your area of responsibility by coordinating and maintaining contacts with other organisations such as Purchasing, Production, Logistics, Sales& Marketing, R&D, Corporate Legal, Corporate Tax and After Sales.
Developing and implementing the strategies and methods for intercompany transactions
Negotiating and setting up contracts for different kinds of transactions (e.g. component sales and licensing)
Develop and maintain good relationships with our counterparts within TRATON, its brands and other external partners
Actively participate in Cross Brand Operations’ process and business development work

Your profile
You have a bachelor or master degree in engineering or business & administration. You have at least five years of work experience at Scania, TRATON group or within the industry. You have been working within purchasing, sales, project management or business development. Commercial experience is considered meritorious and we also strongly believe in diversity so other types of experiences and competences are of great interest.
This is an ideal position if you see yourself as business minded and have the interest in combining technical, commercial and financial aspects into one context. Cross Brand Operations’ assignment is done in close collaboration with a large number of functions within Scania and TRATON and it is therefore important that you are communicative and feel comfortable working with a large network. BATTERY PRODUCTION – Workshop manager-Logistic Engineering

The electrification trend in the automotive industry is moving fast. For Manufacturing and Logistics, this means that we need to prepare to increase the production of electric vehicles and help Scania become more sustainable. An important component of an electric vehicle is the battery.

The first battery production in Sweden has just been inaugurated and we are currently starting serial production of the first battery packs in our highly automated production. We are also the first Scania production unit to implement SAP.

Logistics
The Logistics management team consists of a number of functions; Production Planning, Business IT, Material Planning, Material Handling and work shop manager logistic engineering.


Within Logistics Technology, there are three departments that work to provide the business with methods, departments with different focus areas such as Logistics Development, Back Office and Front Office. We are now looking for a Work shop manager logistic engineering.

Today, production and logistics are spread over three buildings and several different productions.
We manufacture battery packs and modules in two different buildings as well as cabling in the third. This is in both serial and prototype production. Production consists of four workshop areas with about eight group managers. Within material handling, there are two business areas with about seven group managers. All of these need support for their respective businesses.

The Front Office consists of logistics technicians who handle the day-to-day issues that the business needs to deal with to deliver materials with 0 accidents and 0 errors.

The Back Office enables the business to be ready for new items, new paces, new requirements, and planned improvements. Back Office thus focuses more on what lies further in the future and creates working methods, layouts, and training so that the business and Front Office can have good conditions to operate daily.
Logistics Development is responsible for preparing for upcoming changes in buildings, layouts, processes, equipment, layouts, and methods based on changes in products, volumes, and requirements.


Many processes in production and material handling are automatic, and the flows are strongly interconnected. Few things happen or move without signals in and between our IT systems.


Your team has expertise in flow dimensioning, layouts, automation, digitization, and good knowledge of system signals. You are available and supportive of production at short notice and, with the help of the operational functions, can set off problems systematically with both short- and long-term solutions.

Your profile
Responsibility is important to us, coordination and collaboration with other colleagues in logistics but also in other functions. It is also important to be able to steer towards goals and deliveries through and with your group. We want to be able to learn from what can be improved and create methods and ways of working that support us going forward.


You should have a bachelor's or master's degree and be an experienced manager.

Role Overview
As the Head of Scania Driving Experience, you will oversee the Scania Demo Centre facility and operations, offering test drives of Scania's trucks and buses and managing events. Your responsibilities encompass managing a fleet of approximately 50 vehicles, ensuring alignment with Scania's strategy through collaboration with colleagues within Communications, Sales and Marketing, Industrial Control, and local business units. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining a premium experience at our showroom Scania Demo Centre, ensuring smooth operations in our customer-facing activities, as well as providing vehicles for various activities across Europe. You will also be part of the Event Experience management team, making sure the overall communications strategy is deployed for the Event experience department.
The Opportunity
We invite you to lead the way as the Head of Scania Driving Experience, contributing significantly to Scania's purpose. In this key role, you will head the creation and execution of premium driving experiences, showcasing - vehicles powered by renewable fuels and electricity and service solutions at our central Scania Demo Centre. In parallel, your impact will extend to providing vehicles for local activities across our business units, where your team will play a vital role in delivering operational excellence daily.
Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of 8 direct-reporting employees, in addition to overseeing various indirect team members such as reception staff, guides, demo drivers, and more.
Shape and enhance Scania's Driving Experience, both at Scania Demo Centre and for enablement initiatives.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in Communications, Sales & Marketing, Commercial Operations, and Industrial Operations.
Actively contribute to the development of the Event Experience department and Scania's communication strategy.
Manage and optimize the vehicle fleet, ensuring it reflects Scania's vision and strategy, from procurement to maintenance and sales.
Have budget responsibility for the showroom, fleet, and maintenance.
Work systematically with safety and work environment.

Requirements
Academic degree in marketing, communication, or similar or equivalent work experience.
Proficient in English and Swedish (spoken and written).
Minimum 3-5 years of proven managerial experience.
Knowledge of vehicle fleet operations, from order to maintenance, is a plus.
Experience in the meeting and event industry is advantageous.

Scania Commercial Operations (CO) is in the process of establishing a solid ERP backbone through the implementation of the D365 Platform to support our various business process areas. The D365 Platform team at CO is responsible for developing the blueprint and supporting the implementation of the D365 platform in our Business Units globally, with strong support from our Regional offices and in close cooperation with Scania IT and other Head Office functions.
The current Head of the D365 Platform team will take up another position within the company and we are now searching for a successor to lead the team. In this position you will report directly to the CFO of Commercial Operations.


Your challenge:
· Secure a robust governance structure and drive the D365 program at CO with both a strategic and tactical perspective.
· Secure development of the D365 blueprint in alignment with core processes and commodity capabilities.
· Develop and support the Business Units’ implementation roadmaps.
· Report the development regularly to CO management and other governance forums.
· Enforce one CO voice towards other involved HQ functions and ensure efficient communication throughout the organization.
