About the position
We are looking for a Technical Writert to strengthen our client’s team. They are a well-known player within the automotive industry. You will be working from the office in Södertälje, and you can work via remote two days per week.
Your daily tasks
The Technical Writer is responsible for developing high-quality diagnostic service information that enables workshops to efficiently troubleshoot, calibrate, and repair vehicles. The role focuses on producing clear, standardized, and user-friendly content that is fully integrated. This includes the creation of fault code texts, step-by-step diagnostic and calibration guides, component information, UI texts, technical illustrations, and function descriptions.
The position involves extensive use of internal tools such as OAS, Catalyst, PT (Production Tool), and GitLab, and also includes contributing to continuous improvements in documentation processes and supporting collaboration across engineering, diagnostics, and service development teams.
Key deliverables include:
Fault code texts
Diagnostic and calibration guides
Component and function descriptions
UI texts and technical illustrations

Qualifications
Relevant education and/or work experience within Technical Communication or Technical Writing and Information Technology or related technical fields
Technical basic skills are requiredas well as an interest in vehicles
Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written English and Swedish

Meritorious:
AI knowledge (within technical writing)
UX/Front-end development skills

Contract type and hours
Full-time consulting assignment until 2028-01-31. Start 2026-02-01.

Scania is on an exciting journey to implement a new System Landscape based on SAP, and we are looking for a dedicated Data Management Specialist to lead our Master Data initiatives for Production and Logistics.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for and improve our Data Management area, as a member in our Information Management team, assisting us in by coordinating and collaborating with our cross-functional teams and the business users. The responsibilities include tasks like..
• Develop and improve our areas within Data Governance, Master data governance, Data Quality management and Information Architecture.
• Support Scania business in setting strategies and priorities for data creation, maintenance and usage in alignment with connected activities, such as centrally provided data standards and data services. Provide awareness and guidance to business users on master data management.
• Coordinate and take ownership of the data management process and data architecture including lead master data initiatives.
• Ensure implementation of data standards, processes, security and monitor the compliance by ensuring that relevant set of instructions and rules are established to regulate the management of data.
• Map, develop and ensure effective implementation of data usage, reporting & analytics tools according to Target architecture (PDM/PLM, MES and ERP).
• Identify data quality and data inefficiency issues, make mitigation plans and lead improvement initiatives.

Your Profile
To be successful, you need to be a person with a genuine interest in Master Data Management with experience and have advanced knowledge in SAP S4 HANA (transactions, data model, business processes), preferably within production and logistics. Which include…
• Strong understanding of business processes and requirements from process streams and data management domains.
• Comprehensive understanding of data flow from an end-to-end (P2M) business perspective with an understanding of production and material data usage across the production and logistics chains.
• Experience in data quality management and master data management together with information modelling to capture the business demands on IT solutions (especially data architecture & data governance).
As a person you are a self-driven curious team player with social and analytic skills and you are used to take own initiatives to create and maintain structures.
You have a good level in facilitating meetings and you are structured, pedagogic and communicative.
We see that you have a Master of Science in Engineering, University degree in Information Science or corresponding knowledge. Working in the area between business and IT requires that you understand and can handle both perspectives.
You are fluent in Swedish and English.

Do you want to join an energetic and fun team who works with technical documentation for defense projects?
Our group is working with technical documentation for defense projects. We support the Integrated logistic support (ILS) managers with the preparation for new defense projects. We also assist with analyzing defense ILS requirements. Next to that we also work together with purchase, distributors, end customer, design and external suppliers. We develop solutions for defense customer specific needs. We are a part of the defense community.
Our group now is two person strong and part of a larger group. The complete group consist of technical writers and illustrators, 12 person in total. The team spirit is very good and I consider that as a very important topic. We have regular one on one meetings and weekly group meetings. Also we will have multiple workshops during the year with the whole group to keep the team spirit high.

Your assignment
Your day will look like this: You will keep track on your project planning and have meetings regarding topics that you need to follow up. You will reach out to other departments, colleagues or your network within Scania to gather the information that you need. After that you will distribute the information to the right stakeholders. You plan meetings and presentations with the end customer or suppliers. You are also responsible for master data deliveries to the customers.
