Role Summary
Treasury Business Solutions is a group within Scania Treasury responsible for enhancing business systems and bridging the needs of the business with IT coordination. We are currently running and participating in several projects for services that will be utilized by the entire Scania Group.

Job Responsibilities
Working on projects as a Project Manager or project member in an international and decentralized organization.
Supporting the treasury business with IT technical matters by being the interface to suppliers, Scania IT, and TRATON IT.
Managing and coordinating the Change Management.
Handling incident management within Treasury and coordinating incidents with business and third-party suppliers.

About the position
We are looking for a Regional Internal Control System (ICS) Manager for Southern Europe, who would like to contribute to an effective internal control environment. The Southern Europe Region is covering the Business Units France, Iberica (Spain and Portugal), Italy, East Adriatic (Slovenia, Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia) and Black Sea (Romania and Bulgaria).
As ICS Manager for the region, you will be part of the Central GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) team and reporting both to the Governance and ICS Manager at Head office as well as the Regional Office. This role manages all ICS related activities for the Business Units at the region and has an active role on the implementation, maintenance and further development of the Internal Control Framework at TRATON Financial Services.
Your primary job assignment will be to:
Coordinate, facilitate and consolidate yearly risk assessments at Business Units based on the TFS risk profile and support the preparation of the annual control evaluation plan for the Region
Perform process walk-throughs, testing of key controls and facilitate self-assessments according to the annual control evaluation plan
Support management and process owners in the Business Units in design of new and updated controls
Full maintenance and update of ICS data in the ICS IT Tool (TICA): New controls mapping and controls updates, testing documentation, issues creation and remediation actions as well as issues closure, access management, and coordination with Head Office and TRATON where needed.
Follow up on control deficiencies and remediating actions at Business Units
Fulfil reporting requirements at Business Unit, Region and Head Office level
Assist management, process-control owners and control performers in controls design for risk mitigation as well as review and provide input on governing documents in connection with control requirements
Provide training on ICS at Business Units in the Region
Facilitate implementation of ICS in pending/new entities
Ensure compliance to local regulations on ICS
Active role on other ICS related projects and initiatives

Requirements

The Corporate Finance team operates within the Treasury department, serving as the custodian of Scania and its subsidiaries' financial integrity. Job description:
In the ever-changing world of combating money laundering (ML) and terrorism financing (TF) Scania Finans AB (SFA) is looking to hire an additional Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Specialist. The position is located in SFA's head office in Södertälje but will occasionally require travel to SFA's local branches in the Nordic and Baltic regions. You will report to the AML Manager and be part of SFA's AML Department which currently consists of the AML Manager and 1 AML Specialist. The position will give you a broad knowledge of SFA's core processes and it will be an excellent stepping stone in a successful career within Scania for the right candidate.


Your main responsibilities in cooperation with the existing AML Specialist will be to take part in:


• The development, continuous improvement and maintenance of SFA's internal control system for the prevention of money laundering and terrorism financing within the first line of defence,
• Updating SFA's risk assessment regarding ML/TF,
• The maintenance and further development of SFA's policy, guidelines and instructions regarding activities to prevent ML/TF,
• Yearly reports to financial supervisory authorities where SFA operates,
• Keeping SFA up to date with changes in legislation, regulation and best-practise within AML/CTF including being involved in the training of the employees,
• Secure compliance with internal governance documents within the first line of defence.

Your profile:
We are looking for someone who has a high level of personal integrity and is structured, analytical and self-motivated. You also have strong communication skills. In order to be successful in this position you will need to have:


• Multiple years of experience within the field of AML/CTF at a bank or another financial institution.
• Good knowledge of the European and Nordic or Baltic legislation regarding AML and CTF
• Good knowledge of screening and transaction monitoring systems will be meriting
• Good knowledge of financial products related to dealer financings such as leasing and conditional sale/hire-purchase
• A university degree in Law, Economics or Business Administration
• Professional fluency in English as well as Swedish
• Professional fluency in Finnish, Estonia, Latvian or Lithuanian is advantageous but not essential

Scania Group Treasury is operationally responsible for managing the liquidity, refinancing needs and financial risks of the Scania Group. The department consists of 30 co-workers and operations are carried out from Södertälje and Malaysia.

Providing Scania with professional cash management services and efficient liquidity structures is of vital importance to the Scania group, and the Cash Management team is currently running several projects to secure compliance with the latest practices and legislation.

We are now looking for a person with solid cash management competence to further strengthen our Cash Management team.

Job description

As Cash Management Advisor your responsibilities include:


• Partner with stakeholders to develop and automate the operational processes
• Open/close and maintain bank accounts for Scania Group Treasury and Scania CV AB
• Establish/maintain and revoke bank Power of Attorney for Scania Group Treasury
• Administrate and extract relevant data in/from our Treasury Management System
• Support the Scania Group with cash management advice
• Create and maintain cash pool structures
• Negotiate cash management related terms and prices with the relationship banks
• Lead and drive Cash Management related projects and activities
• Steer Scania Group towards efficient use of current Cash Management structures
• Analyse cash management costs derived from Scania CV AB cash pools
• Support Scania Group with KYC related questions

Your profile

You have an academic background and demonstrated experience in the Cash Management area such as Cash Pool structures, payments and KYC and you have previous experience from working in projects. Experience with payment file format and interfaces i.e SWIFTnet and Host to Host connection is a plus. You are a team player with organizational abilities, and creativity in tackling problems. You are a an experienced user of Microsoft Office 365, Power BI is a plus. A very good level of written and spoken Swedish and English is a requirement.

Corporate Human Resources supports local HR-departments who in turn supplies Scania with qualified and dedicated employees that can grow with the company. By creating framework and standards with a proactive and constructive approach Corporate Human Resources is working with a focus on business driven HR.

The department Executive Compensation within Corporate HR is responsible for managing the compensation related issues for Scania Group´s Executives and Key Position Holders as well as coordinating the cross-functional performance-, talent- and succession management for this group. In addition to this, the department work closely with TRATON in several exciting cross-brand projects.

The current Specialist will take up another position within the Group and we are looking for a dedicated and ambitious colleague with a high level of integrity that would like to contribute to the department as Junior Executive Compensation Specialist. Your tasks
In this position you are responsible for the execution of Executive Compensation operational processes. Your responsibilities will include:


• Act as primary point of contact for Executives, Key Position Holders and HR in their daily compensation related matters

• Compile assignment agreements and amendments
• Manage the digital signing process
• Prepare and coordinate the annual incentive program and salary review processes
• Project work

Your profile
You have an academic degree within Economy, an experience within Executive Compensation or Controlling/Finance or and enjoy working with policies and processes. It´s essential that you value and practise a high level of integrity and that you are thoroughly and methodical by nature. You are driven with excellent organisational, administrative and planning skills. Proficiency using MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint is a must. Good communication skills in English with the ability to communicate with diverse audiences is required.

Job description

Export & Trade Finance is a department within Financial Services, we manage trade, export and project finance solutions and act as a financial support and advisor to the Scania Group. Today the department consists of 7 persons covering and supporting Scania´s business globally.

One of our colleagues is moving on and needs to be replaced by a person with a similar profile. We are looking for a person with extensive experience in the area of export and project finance. If you have experience from BRT (Bus Rapid Transit) projects it will be considered as favourable.

Key responsibilities and activities will be:


• Support the market organisation in finding third party financing for the specific transaction/project, involving risk cover providers such as commercial banks, multilateral banks, ECA´s and other risk insurers. This will be your main task
• To some extent involvement in payment instruments, EKN and internal reporting ( i.e. Letters of Credit, Guarantees, Bills of Exchange etc )
• To some extent provide payment terms and advice on risk mitigation
• Political and commercial risk assessment

Job requirements

We are looking for a person with extensive experience in the field of export and project finance. Much of the work will be related to long term financing structures where you need to understand how to tailor made an export or project finance structure. We are mainly involved in infrastructure projects adding complexity as many parties are involved. Experience from bus operating companies or equivalent will be considered as favourable.

You should be self-motivated and find it easy to work cross functional. You will be involved both in specific projects and day to day tasks, therefore it is important to be flexible and find it easy to shift focus. A large part of the daily communication will be in English, therefore you need to be fluent in written and spoken English. Other languages are an advantage.

You will need to travel abroad several times per year. Much of your daily contact will be cross functional within Scania as well as with Scania external counterparties. Social skills and multi-cultural understanding are important to better interact in the different work constellations. You need to have the ability to support sales and at the same time act as a control function.
