Role Summary
We are looking for a test engineer with a curious and driven mindset and an interest in e-machine testing, bearing current phenomena, and method development. You will join the group EMC Solutions and eMotor Testing, where you as a test engineer are responsible for hardware testing in-house at our facilities at Södertälje as well as overseeing e-machine testing at external sites. This includes hands on testing according to current methods and the development of new methods related to different emerging verification needs. Be part of our innovative team developing and verifying our products.

Our group – EMC Solutions and eMotor Testing - is a newly formed group within electric propulsion development, that is responsible for understanding and designing solutions for EMC and high frequency phenomena of the main propulsion unit of the electric drivetrain, e-machine component testing from conceptualization phase to validation of industrialized customer solutions, as well as oil formulation and tribology of the drive train.

For us within the Battery Production Unit it is important to fully understand the manufacturing processes and to support our product development and future product introductions. As an End-of-Line Test Engineer for Batteries, your primary goal will be to ensure the quality and reliability of batteries packs and modules before they are delivered to customers. You will play a critical role in the production process by planning, coordinating and carrying out activities to introduce new products, process updates, software introductions and quality improvements. You will work closely with a team of end-of-line engineers to define and procure the required test equipment, instrumentation, and data acquisition systems so that we can execute the tests effectively in the different facilities within Battery Production.
Main responsibilities in this role include:
• To conduct and develop the end-of-line tests.
• Manage and understand deviations.
• Verify product & process performance, functionality, and safety of the battery packs and modules.

Who we are looking for – your profile
Since the person in this role will collaborate a lot with other functions, we are searching for a person who is very communicative, both in speech and in writing. We communicate mainly in English, so excellent skills in English is required, and if you speak Swedish it is a plus.
You need to pay attention to details and you have strong analytical skills. Problem solving and finding solutions is something you regard as nice challenges.

Vi söker nu en ny kollega till vårt team i Liljeholmen. Du kommer att mötas av ett gäng härliga kollegor med stort tekniskt intresse och tillsammans står vi i centrum i nyutvecklingen av högteknologiska produkter.
Som konsult hos oss kommer du att arbeta med konstruktion av kablage/ledningsnät i 2D och 3D. Typiska arbetsuppgifter kan vara att ta fram nya ledningsnät eller optimera befintliga, att ta fram elschema, monteringsritningar eller att arbeta med dokument och strukturläggning av artiklar. Vi arbetar i projektform vilket gör att du kommer ha många olika kontaktytor inom våra kunders verksamheter, både internt och externt. Att ta fram en optimal produkt, både för kunderna och slutanvändaren, är ditt och vårt gemensamma mål!

Vem är du?
För att lyckas i rollen ser vi att du har: 

Du har minst 2 års erfarenhet från kablagekonstruktion inom fordonsindustrin.
Du har goda kunskaper i Catia V5 och/eller Saber Harness 
Du har erfarenhet av att arbeta i projektform.
Du har goda kunskaper i både svenska och engelska

Som person är du nyfiken, vetgirig och teknikintresserad! Du trivs med att ta stort eget ansvar och har inget emot att arbeta självständigt. Att arbeta i projektteam är en självklarhet för dig och du har en god kommunikationsförmåga. Vi ser gärna att du har goda kunskaper i både svenska och engelska.
