Scania Financial Processes Centre (SFPC) is an established Shared Service Centre within Scania. Our organisation is located in Södertälje, Bangalore, Krakow and is handling Accounts payable and Accounts receivable. Through our Vested partnership we are constantly driving change, standardisation, automation and new technology to improve our service experience.
Our stakeholders are to be found within Scania´s Industrial Operation, Commercial Operation as well as Financial Services. The Geographical scope is EU (incl Norway, Switzerland) and Australia.
We are now looking for a Service Manager to be part of a team with strong focus on innovation, process improvement and service delivery. The position gives opportunities to many contacts across the Scania organisation as well as with our third parties. You will be based in Södertälje and part of our driven and dynamic Management team.
As head of Service Management your key responsibilities are:
• To secure our services are delivered according to business needs and expectations
• The design of our end-to-end customer experience (Service Design / User Experience)
• Demanding improvement and corrective actions from SFPC service delivery and process improvement group
• Monitoring and follow-up on SFPC operation performance, including vendor service level agreement
• Handling relations with our key customers (predominantly Scania finance- and accounting managers) and vendors
• Communication of services and facilitating communication between Service Delivery, Service Support and our Customers
• Accountable for ensuring compliance and control on our processes

• Have experience with process management
• Preferably have previous management experience
