Primary duties of the position:
Monthly preparation of project Cost Reports and reporting.
Project Monthly Valuations on main contract and additional works.
Other Tasks include accurate forecasting and time phasing of expenditure
Internal Budget planning
Control cost related to subcontractors, consultants and suppliers
Supplier Account liaison
Clarification of invoice issues
Verifying supplier’s invoices
Cost appropriation and classification
Communicate and collaborate with clients, main contractors, and sub-contractors to facilitate project progress and coordination
Monitoring invoicing and cash out.
Support the contract administrator in establishing requests.
Areas of responsibilities that the position entails:
Establish appropriate cost control structures for the scope of work and contracting strategy.
Cost review and analysis and confirm quantities for progress and invoice verification of payments to construction contractors.
Manage financial claims in adherence to project conditions, contract documents and standard forms.
Cost controlling and reporting of production
Backtrack invoices from suppliers/subcontractors
Weekly trend reviews and analysis and assists in compiling historical data / key quantity analysis
Implement effective cost control measures to prevent cost overruns.
Analyze risks and opportunities for cost optimization. Managing budget for change management. Visa mindre

Vi söker en noggrann och erfaren finansassistent med internationell bakgrund inom redovisning och ekonomistyrning. Du har en kandidatexamen i företagsekonomi (validerad i Sverige) och har arbetat med redovisning, controlling och finansiell rapportering i både privat och offentlig sektor.

OHL Sverige AB is part of the international OHLA group.
It has been involved for several years now in Sweden in big projects.
It has been assigned now for the execution a part of one of the biggest projects in Sweden, Otslänken Stockholm-Linköping, we will have to built almost 3km railway in Gerstaberg.
The team is expanding, and we are looking for a Project Engineer.
As Project Engineer you will work with a team dealing with the production, with focus on concrete works.
Your tasks will include:
work close with concrete site manager but you will be in close contact with earth works site managers, supervisors, production managers, time schedulers and others
to participate in internal meetings and the meetings with the client
have contact with our subcontractors and suppliers
main support dealing with the correspondence, documents with all our contacts from production.

For our project in Järna Sweden we are currently searching for a Project Engineer with special interest in groundworks.
Job description
Assist the project management with the implementation of the project
Control the execution of the technical work of all construction processes
Coordinating the work supply chain and site management
Responsible for recording resource consumption in production
Carry out as built surveys for record purposes on built structures and on any utilities found in the ground.
Assist in the development and follow-up of agreements and activities with both suppliers and subcontractors (UE).
Prepare changes and additions) in consultation with the project management.
Invoice documentation work
Be responsible for motivating subcontractors to report hazardous conditions and incidents and ensure that the reporting is translated into measures.
Must be able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Must be a keen learner and willing to take his/her own initiative.

As a project engineer within Groundworks at OHLA Sverige, you will plan, lead and distribute the daily work for our team.
You will also be involved in the work of solving the problems that arise in terms of geotechnical engineering and the choice of method to ensure a good solution for our customer and that we work safely.
You have many and frequent contacts with our client, subcontractors and suppliers.
You will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills on construction management.

Requirements
Bachelor on Civil Engineering or equivalent.
A Master's degree on a field related to Civil Engineering or management is a plus.
Recently graduated engineers or short experience are welcome to apply.
Swedish AND English fluent level
